Time flew by. On the little hill where Dumbledore's ancestral home stood, the small wooden cabin that had originally only had one floor was now at the stage where it needed its roof completed.
Over the past two days, Roy had been building the house while also preparing the furniture. By now, all the rooms on the first floor had been arranged. Once Roy finished the final roofing work, he and Mia could move in immediately with their bags.
The weather was still scorching today. Early in the morning, while Mia was still asleep, Roy quietly climbed onto the roof alone. With a hammer and nails in hand, he firmly nailed specially made wooden shingles onto the roof's planks one by one.
Thud, thud, thud—thud, thud, thud—
Mia woke to the repeated sound of hammering. Opening her eyes, she slowly crawled out of the large bed in the tent's master bedroom, rolled over, then laboriously rolled off the bed. With her hair in a complete mess, she staggered out of the tent.
"Roy! Roy!!!"
Standing beside the wooden cabin, Mia raised her head and loudly called Roy's name toward the unseen roof.

At Mia's call, the hammering on the roof stopped. Then a claw hammer fell from the sky, hurtling straight toward Mia's head. If Mia had not dodged quickly, that blow would have sent her back to St Mungo's Hospital for another ten days or half a month.
"Fuck you, Roy Smith! What are you doing?! You almost killed me!!"
Still shaken, Mia looked at the claw hammer that had slammed heavily into the ground and rolled twice. She hurriedly stepped back, moving out of Roy's range, then looked up and began furiously cursing at him on the roof.
"Oh, sorry! My hand slipped a little."
