Anyone Else Want to Try?
(This concludes the daily routine; let's get back to the main topic.)
Back at the villa, Wanda immediately rushed to the study, where crimson energy carrying a heavy ancient book floated in front of her.
Turing thoughtfully prepared tea and snacks for her and even adjusted the room's lighting.
"Miss Maximoff, would you like me to read this to you?" Turing asked.
"No, thank you."
Wanda flipped through the pages intently. "Where's Xiao Han?"
"The gentleman is in the Solar Simulation Chamber. Should I notify him so you can find him?"
"No! No need!" Wanda quickly shook her head, her cheeks slightly flushed.
"I was just asking casually."
Turing paused for a few seconds, then suddenly said, "According to my database, humans typically behave in this situation as follows..."
"Turing!"
"Sorry, I'll shut up."
When the night was deep and quiet, Wanda finally closed the book.
She rubbed her aching neck and walked to the balcony, only to find Xiao Han floating in the night sky, surrounded by several golden devices that seemed to be absorbing energy.
He sensed her gaze and slowly lowered his gaze to the balcony railing.
"Finished watching?"
"Um."
Wanda nodded. "There are some parts I don't quite understand, about the energy conversion rate."
Xiao Han landed lightly beside her, still carrying the coolness of the night dew. "Which page specifically?"
Wanda flipped to the marked section, and Xiao Han glanced at it while holding her hand, then suddenly chuckled, "If you interpret it that way... then the correct ratio should be 3:7."
His breath brushed past her ear, carrying a faint scent of mint.
Wanda then realized that they were so close that she could count his eyelashes.
"How... how do you know this is definitely right?"
"Because I am Superman."
Xiao Han took the book and pointed to his own brain.
Wanda's eyes widened. "Super Brain? That's amazing?"
"More impressive than you think."
Xiao Han casually handed the book back to her, saying, "Go to sleep, you need to get up early tomorrow."
He turned to leave, Wanda suddenly mustered her courage. "Xiao Han!"
"Um?"
"Thank you for teaching me so much."
Under the moonlight, Xiao Han's expression softened slightly. "You learn very quickly."
He paused, then added, "Much better Strange."
Wanda asked curiously, "Who is this?"
"A Sorcerer Supreme, that guy's first attempt at a portal, and he got himself stuck in the Mirror Dimension."
Xiao Han shook his head. "She's asleep, little witch."
Watching his departing figure, Wanda hugged her books tightly, a smile appearing on her lips.
She suddenly felt a strong urge to train tomorrow, though she would never admit it.
The next morning, when sunlight streamed into the bedroom through the sheer curtains, Wanda had already packed her luggage.
She changed into a pale yellow beach dress, her red hair loosely tied up with a ribbon, and the Mind Stone necklace on her chest shimmered in the sunlight.
"Turing, where is Xiao Han?" she asked softly, stuffing the sunscreen into her small bag.
"The gentleman is undergoing morning recharging in the Solar Simulation Chamber," Turing's voice came through the watch.
"Should I let him know if you're ready?"
Wanda shook her head, crimson energy flickering at her fingertips, and walked towards the underground laboratory while carrying the items: "No need, I'll go myself."
She carefully opened the door and entered the underground training room.
Inside the transparent enclosure of the simulator, Xiao Han floated amidst a beam of blazing white light, his muscles beneath his black vest undulating slightly with his breath.
His eyelashes were almost transparent under the strong light, and his whole body seemed to be bathed in liquid sunlight.
Wanda unconsciously held her breath. Just then, Xiao Han suddenly opened his eyes, his golden pupils staring straight at her.
The simulator slowly opened, and he landed lightly on the ground.
"It's impolite to peek at someone charging their device, Miss Maximoff." He smiled and picked up the shirt beside him to put it on.
Wanda's ears burned. "I just came to tell you I'm ready."
Xiao Han raised an eyebrow at her carefully chosen outfit. "Looks like someone's really looking forward to a vacation."
"It's training!" Wanda emphasized, but the smile on her face betrayed her.
Xiao Han chuckled softly and raised his hand to create a teleportation portal.
On the other side of the gate lies the turquoise waters of Tahiti, where white sand glistens in the sunlight, even more enchanting Hawaii.
"Let's talk about the rules first."
He stepped through the portal. "Morning training in energy control, afternoon free time."
Wanda cheered and followed, and when her bare feet touched the soft sand, she couldn't help but twirl around.
The sea breeze lifted her skirt, and her red hair shone like a burning flame in the sunlight.
Xiao Han had already walked onto the shallow water, where the seawater was up to his ankles.
He bent down and scooped up a handful of seawater, which solidified into a glistening coral shape in his palm. "Watch closely."
As he moved, the water coral suddenly split into hundreds of miniature jellyfish, each shimmering with golden light, forming intricate three-dimensional patterns in the air.
Wanda watched intently and tried to imitate him. At first, her jellyfish were of different sizes, but she quickly learned to control them with greater precision.
Crimson energy mingled with the seawater, refracting a rainbow-like halo under the sunlight.
"Good."
Xiao Han nodded in agreement, "Let's try this now."
He snapped his the Snap, and all the jellyfish suddenly transformed into glowing words, arranging themselves into the basic incantation of Kamar-Taj.
Wanda bit her lower lip and concentrated, and her swarm of jellyfish began to transform, slowly but eventually forming the words "Chaos Magic".
The midday sun grew increasingly intense, and Xiao Han conjured up two deck chairs and a parasol from who-knows-where.
Wanda slumped in the chair, fine beads of sweat glistening on her forehead.
"Tired?" Xiao Han handed her an iced coconut.
Wanda took the coconut, her fingertips unconsciously tracing its smooth surface. "It's more strenuous than training in the gym, but..."
She looked up at the azure sea, "Happier."
Xiao Han leaned back in his recliner, sunglasses obscuring his eyes, but the curve of his lips softened slightly. "Magic originates from emotion. Happiness inspires creativity more than fear."
Wanda nodded thoughtfully, then suddenly noticed her subtle movements reflected in Xiao Han's sunglasses.
Her fingers were unconsciously twirling her red hair. She quickly lowered her hand, pretending to be very interested in the coconut.
In the afternoon, they arrived at the coral reef area.
Xiao Han taught her how to compress energy into fine filaments to explore the internal structure of the coral without harming it.
Wanda learned quickly, her crimson energy moving through the coral reefs like a living thing.
"Gentlemen."
Turing's voice suddenly came from Xiao Han's watch, "Sir, the Monaco match is about to begin. Perhaps this time will be different from before."
The holographic projection unfolded, displaying live footage of the Monaco Grand Prix.
Tony Stark stood swaggering in the stands, blowing kisses to the cheering crowd.
The atmosphere reached its peak as he walked toward his race car.
"Tony still loves to show off," Xiao Han commented, reaching out to open a small portal, where a plate of sliced fruit appeared in his hand.
The race started quickly, and the cars rushed out of the starting line.
Tony Stark drove his race car at high speed on the track.
Just then
In the scene, a man in work clothes suddenly rips open his shirt, revealing Arc Reactor on his chest, from which two Electric Whip lash out like live snakes!
"Wow!" Wanda exclaimed.
The blue Electric Whip lashed out at the oncoming race car, instantly splitting it in two.
Gasps erupted from the crowd as Tony's race car drew ever closer to the Whiplash.
Whiplash revealed a cruel smile as Electric Whip lashed out at Tony's race car.
The next second
Tony reached for his watch on his wrist, and instantly, a golden-red Nanotech Armor covered Tony entire body.
He caught the Electric Whip with one hand, and then fired a cannon shot from his palm, blasting the Whiplash away and sending it crashing heavily against the railing.
The entire stadium was silent for a second, then erupted in deafening cheers.
Tony pulled off his mask, grinning slyly at the camera. "Anyone else want to try?"
Wanda couldn't help but laugh out loud, "He really is..."
"You deserve a beating," Xiao Han retorted.
He turned off the projector and looked at the setting sun in the distance. "Turing, it seems Playboy doesn't need rescue."
Wanda gazed at his profile, bathed in the golden light of the setting sun, and suddenly said, "Thank you for bringing me here."
Her voice was soft, "These past two days have been the best training I've ever had."
Xiao Han turned to look at her, his sunglasses sliding down his nose to reveal his golden eyes. "You're welcome, little witch."
A sea breeze swept by, carrying the salty, damp scent and the fragrance of jasmine blossoms in the distance.
Wanda's heart suddenly raced, and a strange feeling took root in her chest.
Xiao Han simply put his sunglasses back on, lay back in his chair, and seemed oblivious to everything.
