Captain Marvel Goes Offline
In the pitch-black space, Carol was bathed in brilliant Cosmic Energy, like a miniature star.
She crossed her arms in front of her chest, and energy gathered into a dazzling sphere of light.
"You killed Nick, you must pay the price!"
Xiao Han hovered in the void, looking at her expressionlessly.
He didn't speak, but slowly raised his right hand and made a "come on" gesture.
"Boom!!!"
Carol unleashed an energy shockwave powerful enough to destroy a small planet; a blinding beam of light tore through the darkness and hurtled straight toward Xiao Han!
The Avengers watching instinctively raised their hands to shield their eyes from the bright light.
Tony's armor alarm blared. "Sir, energy readings have exceeded the threshold! Immediate evacuation recommended!"
However, when the light dimmed slightly, everyone was stunned.
Xiao Han caught the energy impact with one hand!
A golden force field unfolded in front of his palm, steadily blocking Carol's full-force attack.
"This is impossible..." Carol muttered to herself.
"Your energy." Xiao Han's voice entered her mind through telepathic magic.
"From the Space Stone. And I..."
He suddenly accelerated and appeared in front of Carol in an instant!
"From the sun itself!"
This punch was simple and unadorned, yet it contained terrifying power.
Carol hastily raised her arms to block, and Cosmic Energy formed a shield.
"Bang!!!"
The shield shattered like glass, and Carol was blasted away by the punch, leaving a golden trail in space.
She managed to steady herself, a trace of golden energy blood spilling from the corner of her mouth.
"What exactly are you?" Carol wiped the blood from the corner of her mouth, her Cosmic Energy surging wildly as it repaired her injuries.
Xiao Han did not answer, but his eyes suddenly shone with an unprecedented golden light.
Energy at the level of Solar Flare surged within him, distorting the surrounding cosmic background radiation.
The Avengers watching felt a chill run down their spines. Banner trembled as he said, "His energy readings... are increasing exponentially!"
Not to be outdone, Carol raised her hands above her head, drawing more energy from the depths of the universe.
Her body gradually became transparent, as if merging with the universe.
"Ultimate Photon Blast! Die!"
She compressed all her energy into a single point and fired a thin, yet extremely concentrated, energy beam at Xiao Han.
Wherever this beam of light passed, tiny cracks appeared in space.
Xiao Han neither dodged nor avoided the blow, letting it strike his chest.
And then, that was it.
"What?!" Carol's eyes widened.
Golden light patterns flowed beneath Xiao Han's skin, like liquid sunlight.
He slowly raised his hands, palms facing each other, and a miniature sun was forming!
"Carol Vers."
His voice was like a divine pronouncement. "You call yourself an interstellar policeman, yet you allow aliens to infiltrate Earth. Today, I will show you what true power is."
The miniature sun was gently pushed out, seemingly slowly but actually arriving in an instant.
Carol tried to dodge, but found herself locked in place by some kind of force field, unable to move!
"No!"
A blinding white light engulfed everything.
As the light faded, Carol floated in space, her suit shattered, her surrounding light dimmed like a candle flickering in the wind.
Her consciousness was beginning to fade; she could only see Xiao Han's figure slowly approaching.
"I could have ignored you." Xiao Han's voice echoed in her mind.
"But you want me dead."
He reached out and pressed his hand against Carol's forehead, a golden light flashing within. "Sleep now, and be a good person in your next life."
Carol's body floated limply in space, unconscious.
The Avengers watching were completely silent.
Tony's expression turned to shock beneath his visor. "He just defeated Captain Marvel? A one-sided annihilation?"
A complex light flickered in Adam's eyes. "What kind of being are we fighting against?"
Wanda flew to Xiao Han's side and saw him use his Heat Vision to vaporize Captain Marvel 'Xiao Han body. "What do we do now?"
Xiao Han glanced around at everyone, his gaze finally settling on the damaged space station. "Now, we'll go find the remaining Skrull. And then..."
His voice was icy cold. "End this Secret Invasion completely."
Xiao Han raised his hand and summoned a golden portal, then turned to Adam and said, "You stay here at this space base to prevent Skrull rebellion."
Adam opened his mouth as if to say something, but in the end he just nodded. "Understood."
The other end of the portal leads to Tony's villa laboratory.
Xiao Han strode in, his black combat boots making a crisp sound on the floor.
He raised his hand and waved, JARVIS immediately began to work. The laboratory's holographic projection system was automatically activated, and countless data streams intertwined in the air.
"JARVIS, retrieve the Skrull biometric data," Xiao Han said calmly.
Tony whistled and took off his tattered armor gloves. "Wow, this is my lab, right?"
Banner had already walked to the workbench, his eyes behind his glasses gleaming with the focused concentration of a scientist. "Their cells are highly plastic, but gamma-ray scans should be able to..."
Too slow.
Xiao Han interrupted, his eyes gleaming with golden light, "We need real-time monitoring covering the entire globe."
His Super Brain was working at lightning speed, his fingers dancing across the holographic keyboard, leaving afterimages.
Tony and Banner were quickly drawn to his ideas, and the three of them formed a perfect working rhythm.
"Different refractive indexes of polarized light..." Tony suddenly snapped his the Snap.
"Combined with quantum resonance!" Banner immediately chimed in.
Xiao Han condensed a wisp of golden energy at his fingertips and injected it into the holographic model. "Add this to the mix."
Just twenty minutes later, a dozen silver-gray wristband-style detectors were already on the experimental table.
"This...it's unbelievable." Natasha picked up a bracelet and gently turned it.
Clint adjusted the miniature detector on the bowstring. "So this thing can really identify those green-skinned aliens?"
"Theoretically, it can cover a radius of 2 kilometers." Banner pushed up his glasses.
"JARVIS is in mass production."
Xiao Han tapped his watch. "Turing, spread the news of the Skrull invasion to all mainstream media and dark web channels."
"Executed, sir."
Turing's voice came through, "The Wall Street Journal and S.H.I.E.L.D..'s internal network have already reported on this."
Xiao Han stood in the center of the laboratory, his eyes slightly closed.
Super-Sight penetrates layers of buildings and scans the entire surface of the Earth.
"Found it."
He suddenly opened his eyes. "North Africa, 300 meters underground in the Sahara, the shelter Fury built for them has now become their base."
Tony donned his new armor. "Rhodey and I will lead the troops to conduct searches in New York and Washington. Banner and two agents..."
"I'm going to the Skrull' lair." Xiao Han interrupted him, his black nanotech suit automatically covering his entire body, golden patterns shimmering under the light.
"Wanda, come with me."
Wanda's fingertips were already wrapped in crimson energy, and she nodded slightly upon hearing this.
Tony raised an eyebrow. "Just the two of you?"
Xiao Han's lips curled slightly. "Isn't that enough?"
Before anyone could answer, he had already opened a massive portal.
On the other side of the gate lies a scorching desert, with sand dunes stretching to the horizon under the blazing sun.
Wanda followed Xiao Han through the portal, her red hair flying in the hot wind.
Tony's voice came from behind. "Hey! At least bring this!"
A silver-gray bracelet passed through the closing portal, which Xiao Han caught casually.
The desert heatwave hits you in the face, and the sand grains twist slightly under the high temperature.
Wanda used Chaos Magic to create a barrier, keeping the intense heat out.
"The underground entrance is over there," Xiao Han pointed to a seemingly ordinary sand dune.
His eyes gleamed with golden light, and his Heat Vision shot out with a roar! The sand instantly vaporized, revealing the thick metal door below.
