Ballimere Lake, which surrounded the hills, finally lived up to its name. Blue-green water rippled as far as the eye could see, round rings spreading across its surface now and then. The scenery was breathtaking.

He and Calyrex admired it together, then looked toward the Red Giant Tree ahead. It had to be hundreds of meters tall, its enormous canopy shading more than half the hills.
Birdcalls rose and fell.

Clearly, the tree that belonged to a Dynamax Greedent in the games had already been claimed by Wild Pokémon here.
Judging by the calls, there were plenty of them.
Baimu did not dare set up camp near the tree without thinking. He was fully capable of driving every Wild Pokémon away, but there was no need to act like Team Rocket.

Come to think of it, to make up for disturbing the Ghost Pokémon at Old Cemetery during yesterday's battle, he had generously shared a mountain of food with them. The gloomy place had become considerably more cheerful.
