Nothing but mowing down hordes

The Necron Warrior blocking the corner fell down like cut weeds.

The Necrons put up a stubborn resistance.

Then they were wiped out by the Immortality enemy horde.

Those insects, those humans, those human super soldiers, and the one at the very center whose tomb door would shatter with a wave of his hand.

Once they lose their advantage of Immortality, the swarm can overwhelm them with sheer numbers.

The Necron Warrior in the front row, holding Gauss Rifle, all aimed at the corner of the corridor.

This is the third line of defense.

The entrance to the tomb was shattered with a single wave of the Golden Light human's hand, along with half of the door frame and two rows of Warriors.

The second line of fire consisted of over a hundred Warriors arranged in four rows, taking turns firing in the middle of the corridor. Theoretically, the firepower density could melt any known substance.

In fact...

The insects swarmed up, and they couldn't do anything.

The third line of defense is now blocking the way behind the corner, guarding the passage leading to the central main Tomb Chamber.

There is only one passageway leading to the central Tomb Chamber; if breached, the enemy could directly enter the central burial site.

The Necrons soldier's metal finger was on the trigger, motionless.

The central crypt contains their recasting Tomb Chamber; if the central crypt is invaded, they will all become fish on a chopping board.

A tremor came from deep within the corridor, a rumbling sound like ten thousand feet landing at the same time, or like a hundred bulldozers roaring in the distance.

The tremors grew closer, and dust began to fall from the stone wall at the corner.

The first Warriors in the front row tilted his head slightly, and his auditory sensor picked up a strange sound.

Beneath the thunderous footsteps of the insect swarm, a human voice cried out.

"--Charge! Don't block the way! Those in the back, don't push! Step back a little, don't step on me--!"

The human voice that spoke was young, estimated to be around twenty years old.

Then a swarm of insects appeared around the corner.

The skeleton is terrifying.

A mantis-like creature darted out from around the corner, its four legs moving like wheels. Its compound eyes darted around, locking onto the Necron Warrior in the front row, and it let out a sharp squeak.

The Necron Warrior immediately opened fire.

Gaussian rays struck the insect's thorax and head, cracking its green chitinous exoskeleton and splattering bodily fluids.

Logically, at this point, the Gaussian rays should have continued to corrode the insect's body, breaking it down into a bunch of basic particles.

But the insect only wobbled and took two steps back, and then new flesh grew from the holes in its chest and head at a speed visible to the naked eye.

... Immortality?

The Necron Warrior's thought process was so intense it was almost exploding, sparks flying out.

No carbon-based life form could survive a Gaussian ray.

Carbon-based life forms cannot, or at least should not, exist.

It fired another shot, this time in the chest.

The insect grew back, and it even ran faster than before.

...?

Then countless more insects emerged from behind the first insect.

The corridor seemed to have turned into a water pipe, with insects gushing out with a whooshing sound.

The Necron Warrior fired relentlessly, green lights darted wildly through the corridor, and the insects in the front row were blasted to pieces, while those in the back row charged forward, stepping over the shattered shells of the ones in front.

Before the broken shells even hit the ground, new insects sprouted, and then these new insects stepped on the broken shells in front of them to continue charging forward.

Row after row, endlessly.

The swarm advances thirty steps only to be pushed back twenty, advances fifty steps only to be pushed back forty, but who cares? They always manage to advance twenty steps.

The number of insects was enough to fill the entire corridor, pushing the Necrons soldiers further back.

Just then, the swarm of insects suddenly parted to the sides, creating a path in the middle.

A human emerged from the swarm of insects. His face was not clearly visible, but he was very bright, and the Golden Light throughout the tomb passage emanated from him.

Behind that man were more than a dozen larger human super soldiers wearing Power Armor.

The human stopped, glanced at the Necron Warrior standing guard around the corner, and grinned.

"That's all the people?"

He raised his hand and waved it casually, and a silvery-white light suddenly filled the space in front of him like a rain curtain.

The Necron Warrior looked down at their chests.

They were still standing from the chest down, holding Gauss Rifle.

Above the chest... including the head, shoulders, and the front half of the Gauss Separator, everything was neatly shattered into pieces.

Slide down the diagonal line.

It slid to the ground and turned into a pile.

The remaining eye-like camera on the Necrons fragment glanced at its companion's remains, then looked up at the human.

Humanity has turned and walked away.

Then the insects regrouped and followed the human, continuing their charge forward.

... The green light in the Necrons camera that had fallen to the ground went out.

--The Necrons's third line of defense has been breached.

The Necron Warrior retreated towards the central tomb, stepping over the remains of the Canoptek Scarabs.

The retreat turned into a rout, and then into utter defeat.

The quantities are not even in the same league.

The Necrons are not a race that wins by sheer numbers; they rely on technology and the Gaussian rays that can destroy everything.

So when the Gaussian beam malfunctions...

The young human voice was still shouting from behind:

"Don't push! Don't push!! Don't step on the shells and break them! And don't push towards me! -- Ouch!"

There were too many wolves and not enough meat, and the corridor was narrow, so the insects all wanted to squeeze out as soon as possible.

They squeezed Lin En so much that her feet were off the ground.

Lin En simply climbed onto the head of a Tyrant Guard next to him and raised his left hand.

Another familiar silvery-white light appeared, and then a pile of stone slabs collapsed at the entrance of the tomb passage, suddenly expanding the area.

Lin En waved his hand and shouted, "Kids, keep charging!"

--Is this human sick?

All the Necrons along the way were dealt with.

Finally, they retreated to the central tomb passage where Zeras was located.

The tenth and final line of defense is the entrance to the central tomb passage.

Beyond this lies the Reanimation Chamber for all Necrons, or rather, the resurrection point.

The remaining Necron Warrior stood on either side of the tomb entrance, with their backs against the main Tomb Chamber.

The heavy Blackstone gate was covered with runes, and a green light flowed in the grooves. In the center of the gate was a huge skull relief, with two balls of soul fire burning in its eye sockets, staring at the end of the corridor.

This was a door personally set up by Zeras, with the eye sockets of the sculpted skull connected to his monitoring screen.

He is currently inside the Tomb Chamber, closely observing the movements outside.

The Necron Warrior held their guns, pointing them at the corridor.

It's probably too late to say anything now, but they can't just give up on their main Tomb Chamber like that.

The familiar rumbling sound came again from the end of the corridor.

The swarm of Zerg poured out from the end of the corridor, followed by human soldiers and Space Marines carrying guns.

The human walked among a group of insects, golden light emanating from his body, illuminating the perpetually dark underground with dazzling brilliance.

To his left was a particularly large purple insect, and to his right was a Space Marines in yellow armor carrying a Bolter.

The young human looked up at the skull relief on the tomb passage door, nodded, and seemed to appreciate it.

"Phoros, after the battle, take this door back as a trophy."

The yellow-armored Space Marines beside him immediately nodded. "Yes."

What can't I do? To ask you Xenos for a door is already doing you a favor!!!

Zeras inside the tomb trembled with rage.

How dare these inferior races insult him like this! It's outrageous!

The yellow-armored Space Marines glanced back at the Zerg swarm and humans behind him, and waved his hand:

"Did you hear the adults' orders? When the fight starts, be careful when you hit this door, don't break it!"

The swarm has really stopped.

The thousands of insects that were crowding at the front actually obediently moved back, making some space.

The young human took a step forward, stood directly in front of the tomb entrance, and looked up at the skull face.

The soul fire in the skull-faced man's eye sockets flickered, as if it were also looking at him.

The young human smiled, but the smile sent chills down the spine of the Necrons.

"Lord Zeras, is it? Come out and let's talk."

The soul fire on the skull's face suddenly shot up three feet higher.

Two rows of Necron Warrior opened fire simultaneously.
