Personality

Bellamy is aggressive, proud, and quick to resolve conflict through force. He initially approaches Aeneas as a prospective subordinate, but immediately attempts to kill him when Aeneas does not submit. 36 37

His greatest conviction is his admiration for the Donquixote Family. The sight of Andorhal wearing its emblem provokes Bellamy into treating him as an impostor, and that belief pushes him beyond his previous limits. 38 46

Despite his arrogance, Bellamy recognizes threats when he sees them. After witnessing Hulk’s destructive power, he withdraws rather than fight while injured and considers whether the unstable giant could be useful later. 39

Spring-Spring Fruit

Bellamy can transform parts of his body into springs, allowing him to compress and launch himself or his limbs with immense force. 35 37

Bellamy is regarded as one of Tinos’s most dangerous young fighters. His earlier actions reportedly included destroying a warship and a pirate crew with a 20-million-Beli bounty. 23

Tinos Reputation

Before meeting Aeneas, Bellamy’s actions have already made local gangs wary of anyone thought to be associated with him. Orton’s group attacks Aeneas partly because it mistakes him for one of Bellamy’s people. 22 23

Round Street Slaughter

Bellamy emerges as a major rookie contender during the Round Street Slaughter. He confronts Aeneas on North Street, but his Spring Hopper is countered when Aeneas exploits the charging delay of his spring attacks. 35 36 37

Andorhal interrupts Aeneas’s finishing sword aura and identifies himself as a Donquixote Family member. Bellamy’s outrage over the claimed affiliation turns their conflict into a battle over the Donquixote name; Bellamy ultimately remains standing after defeating Andorhal. 38 39

Hulk Incident

While recovering from his battle with Andorhal, Bellamy witnesses Bruce Banner’s Hulk form devastate North Street. Recognizing that he is in no condition to challenge such a monster, Bellamy retreats. 39
