After the announcement, the Heavenly Screen abruptly shifted, its image settling on Shrek.

As far as he knew, Shrek Academy admitted two hundred students every three years.

And he was targeting all of them. Current students and former students alike would have to take his Divine Examination.

By Shrek's admission standards, reaching level twenty-five before turning thirteen was impossible without at least level-six Innate Soul Power.

In the past, it had even required level seven.

But by the time of Legend of the Dragon King, the emergence of spirit souls and the Spirit Ascension Platform had greatly sped up soul masters' cultivation. Level-six Innate Soul Power was enough to meet that standard, which was why Lin Yuan had set the condition there.

He meant to sacrifice them together. All of them.

He would bind the entire Douluo God Realm to his custom-built Dragon God's Ten Trials, forcing it to supply energy and distribute rewards as the trials' dedicated reward pool.

And every god would become a battery supplying Divine Power.

After he linked to the Divine Realm, a third of the God Realm Center was drawn into the Divine Examination system by the sacrifice. It began extracting Divine Power from the Divine Realm to fuel the trials.

The God Realm Center drew on the Divine Realm's own power, as well as the Divine Power other gods supplied to the Center to maintain its barrier against the Temporal Turbulence.

With that done, the sacrifice ended.

The entire framework was in place, and Divine Power was flowing. There was enough to pay out rewards. His Dragon God's Ten Trials were essentially complete.

The God King-level Sacrifice Domain vanished, and the Divine Realm returned to normal. But Tang San had seen everything that had just happened. So had all the other gods.

"Golden Dragon King, you bastard! You dared to establish a Divine Examination on the Douluo Continent and make people compete in such a vicious way. You're asking to die!"

"Sea God—Asura—stop shouting. The Golden Dragon King is already dead."

"He sacrificed himself out of nowhere and established the Dragon God's Ten Trials on the Douluo Continent.

But where will he get the Divine Power to keep the trials running?

The Kindness God King and the Evil God King were growing panicked too.

"We can't worry about that now. Stabilize the God Realm Center first."

Tang San immediately drew on both his Sea God and Asura God Positions, pouring Divine Power into the God Realm Center.

The Kindness God King and the Evil God King did the same.

Tang San was so furious with the Golden Dragon King that he nearly spat blood.

"I refuse to believe a mere Divine Examination can absorb that much Divine Power! Could it really drain every god among us dry and still not have enough?"
