Personality

Welt is cautious around unfamiliar powers but continues to seek explanations. After seeing the Female Lord defeat the Doomsday Beast, he questions her about the Imaginary Divine Court despite his misgivings 3. He tends to protect others even when he believes he cannot win: he places himself between Su Chen and Xingbao after Su Chen threatens to remove her Stellaron 18.

His knowledge also makes him prone to reading too much into Su Chen’s performance. He treats the invented Divine Court as a potential threat beyond the Aeons and warns Himeko not to provoke its supposed Fourth Seat 4 5.

• Jarilo-VI: Welt prepares to defend the crew against the Silvermane Guards and uses gravity to slow their fall into the Underworld 30 34.
• Public reveal: He witnesses Su Chen absorb the supposed Court members and confess that he alone played their roles 44.
