The instant the two faced off, lightning flashed and thunder roared. Two masses of elemental energy belonging to their respective domains slammed into each other in the air. A single step separated them from their battlefield.

Both were spellcasters, naturally possessing magic of their own. As the two elemental masses collided, the animals representing them took shape behind them.
