In Konoha: Three Choices at the Start

"The Senju Clan will be ordinary people from now on! We'll live peacefully in Konoha, just like everyone else!"

Senju Bai's face darkened with grief, and his furious shout rang throughout Konoha.

"Elder Bai! Konoha truly needs you! I promise I'll give you an explanation for this!"

Hiruzen Sarutobi grew anxious. If the Senju Clan became ordinary people, they would no longer be Ninja. How could he scheme against them from the shadows then?

The Senju Clan might call themselves ordinary people, but who the hell would dare treat them that way?

"Getting nervous? Or have you still not found a way to wipe out the Senju Clan?" Senju Bai sneered.

"My mind is made up. Sorry for troubling you with our affairs, Lord Hokage!

"Senju Clan, let's go home!"

Hiruzen Sarutobi watched the Senju Clan stagger away, his face shifting between shades of purple and green.

Without sparing the crowd a glance, he vanished.

The moment he disappeared, the onlookers lost all restraint.

They began talking over one another.

"I never thought Lord Hokage was that kind of person."

"A border defense map ended up in enemy hands? Even an ordinary person like me knows how important that is!"

"Do you think Lord Hokage really had something to do with it?"

Everyone had an opinion, but not one of them criticized the Senju Clan.

After all, people sympathized with the vulnerable. The clan had defended the Konoha Border, only to be betrayed and nearly wiped out. No one could blame them.

"Let's go. The show's over." Liuyun smiled faintly in the crowd and quietly left, holding the two women's hands.

Three days passed in the blink
