Balam casually lowered the Telescope. "Everyone from the Seven Warlords Alliance has arrived."
"They're at the main table right now, enjoying the banquet."
"They all look perfectly relaxed. I'd say they're confident about tomorrow's war."
Pascal chuckled. "Why wouldn't they be?"
"They're Shichibukai!"
"The World Government created the Shichibukai to keep the many pirates in check."
"Together, they're powerful enough to threaten any of the Four Emperors Pirates, including our Red Hair Pirates!"
Anthony was unhappy with Pascal's assessment.
He gave a dismissive snort. "I wouldn't be so sure!"

Ben Beckman held a Cigar between his fingers and said evenly, "No faction can afford to ignore the Shichibukai."
"They still have a considerable hold over the pirate world."
"When all seven Shichibukai join forces, they become a terrifying force!"
Ben Beckman turned and glanced at Anthony.
He went on casually, "The Shichibukai do vary in strength."
"Gecko Moria and Empress Boa Hancock, for instance, are relatively weaker."
"You can find plenty of pirates in the New World stronger than those two."
"But you won't find many stronger than Dracule Mihawk!"
Ben Beckman's voice suddenly dropped.
He seemed to be warning the people behind him not to underestimate any faction.
Longhair Jamal nodded. "Dracule Mihawk, the man known as the World's Greatest Swordsman..."
"He can go toe-to-toe with the Captain. His strength is nothing to scoff
