There were still three days until the weekend.
It was Mingyou's first interview, and with a TV station from his home region, even he felt a little nervous. Early the next morning, he tidied up the Manor, sent out the orders, and started cleaning.
After all, this wasn't one of Iono's livestreams. It was a televised interview. Levincia TV Station was the first and largest TV station in the Paldea Region; anyone there could see its programs just by turning on a TV.
When Ogerpon and the others heard, they all sprang into action. Latias was especially excited. She even stopped going to the Video Game Store and stayed at Mingyou's side, asking questions. She wanted to be on TV too.
Calyrex didn't stay with them. After repairing the fruit tree Ogerpon had damaged yesterday, he remained alone in the Orchard, studying the Meadow Plate.
Mingyou was too busy to look after him for now. He only had Ogerpon call him over at mealtimes. The Manor's Pokémon thought even less of Big Turnip now; it was a wonder they hadn't beaten him up again and driven him off.
Before long, though, everyone went back to their usual routines and ignored Calyrex. Perhaps he had deliberately kept a low profile so no one would disturb him while he gathered his strength.
Two more days soon passed...
The sky was slightly overcast. With spring approaching, Kitakami's snow had begun to melt. Streams flowing down Oni Mountain irrigated the fields, and many Wild Pokémon were gradually waking from hibernation.
