Why is the chocolate alive? (Please vote!)

At noon that day, after picking up the delivery in Verdant Town, Ogerpon eagerly carried the ingredients and molds for making chocolate into the kitchen.

Ogerpon brought over a stool to stand on and had the Rotom Phone hover nearby, carefully following the steps in the chocolate-making video.

Mingyou watched quietly from the side. Seeing that Ogerpon wasn't making any mistakes, he nodded. He already knew how to make chocolate, so he didn't need a video tutorial; he only needed to prepare his own molds.

"Let me think about which molds to use and what shapes to make..."

Pondering this, Mingyou strolled out of the kitchen. Ogerpon continued working diligently, crushing the cocoa blocks and melting them over a water bath... after finishing every step, Ogerpon poured the mixture into silicone molds to set.

Ogerpon was making the simplest kind. This was a first attempt, after all, and there was a worry that it might fail, especially with so much chocolate to make.

Once the chocolate had cooled, Ogerpon picked up a star-shaped piece and put it in its mouth. Savoring the smooth texture and rich, lingering flavor, Ogerpon suddenly looked disappointed.

"Pon..."

It was a little bitter. Ogerpon could accept that, but these were gifts for everyone else, so sweeter chocolate would be better.

And so Ogerpon got back to work...

Time passed, and a day went by in the blink of an eye.

Mingyou came to the kitchen with his custom-made molds and some fruit picked at the Manor.

Ogerpon wasn't there, but resting upstairs. Ogerpon had worked overtime the previous night, finishing all the chocolate and wrapping it in colorful bags. It was now hidden in the upstairs room.

"Get some good rest~"
