The empire’s development depended on the forest’s protection, leaving its apparent rulers under his shadow 15 16 19.

During an earlier encounter on the Sun Moon Continent, Long Yao’s aura and a single glance forced the Evil Emperor’s Spiritual Origin to submit. The experience left him with a deeply buried fear and a determination to defeat the black-and-gold-robed man someday 16.

He also fought Di Tian in the Star Dou Great Forest over the Sky Dream Ice Silkworm. Di Tian gained the advantage through his bloodline and physical strength, but struggled to finish the battle against the Evil Emperor’s unusual mental powers.
