His plans for the Dragon Clan’s revival extended beyond personal cultivation. He placed power within the continent’s mountains and rivers, passed legacies into human hands, and established institutions that survived through successive generations. Skywater Academy was one such institution, intended to remain discreet while preparing to counter Shrek Academy and the Divine Realm’s influence 6 14.

During his early travels in the Far North, he encountered the Snow Empress shortly after she developed full intelligence. He sat beside her for a day, watching the wind and snow; she followed him the next day.
