Background

Lu Xueqi is Master Shuiyue’s beloved disciple of Xiaozhu Peak. From her introduction, Shuiyue identifies Ji Changfeng as Xueqi’s future greatest rival and urges her to pursue victory in the Seven Meridians Martial Arts Tournament. Xueqi resolves to win both to repay her master’s kindness and to overcome the perceived gap in talent through greater effort. 5
