In the deep, vast Macro World, any magnificent sight seemed insignificant before this boundless expanse. Beside the towering pillar standing in deep space, space curled and contracted like a colossal beast with a ferocious face, mercilessly devouring all matter that dared intrude upon this world.

Several faint glimmers emerged in the deathly silent world. The lights flickered as they closed the distance at faster-than-light speed. Only when they neared the Dark Demon Realm did their full outlines gradually come into view. They were several fortresses wrapped in pale green air sacs. Their designs were strange: flattened spheres with hollow centers and surfaces that gleamed like lenses.

Each fortress was only four or five meters tall. Calling them spacecraft would have made them far too miniature.
