Hoshi led Konoha to defeat Iwagakure, then returned to stop Uchiha San'yō’s rebellion and the rampaging Nine-Tails. The arc left Hoshi negotiating with the Nine-Tails, offering freedom in exchange for protecting Konoha and Kushina.

• After the Third Raikage died holding off Iwagakure’s forces, Hoshi led Konoha’s army on a counteroffensive and defeated Ōnoki’s forces, driving Iwagakure to surrender.
• Uchiha San'yō plotted to seize Konoha, but Itachi revealed the plan to Tsunade, who prepared the village’s defenses.
• San'yō’s forces attacked the Hokage Building while he used Mikoto to lure Kushina out and took control of her and the Nine-Tails.
• Kagetsu fought San'yō and struck him down, but he used Izanagi to survive, wounded Kagetsu, and rode the Nine-Tails toward the village.
• Tsunade and Hiruzen fought the Nine-Tails as it devastated Konoha, until Hoshi and Minato arrived and diverted its Tailed Beast Bomb.
• Minato transported Hoshi and the Nine-Tails outside the village, where Hoshi fought it and disrupted its next Tailed Beast Bomb before escaping its blast with Minato.
• Hoshi returned to the exhausted Nine-Tails and offered it freedom if it protected Konoha and Kushina and stopped harming humans, while Minato objected and the Nine-Tails threatened to destroy Konoha.

Hoshi helped Kushina befriend Kurama and release his main body, while Konoha recovered from the Nine-Tails’ attack and Hoshi pursued Madara’s forces. The arc ended with Hoshi confronting Madara and shattering the upper body of his Susanoo.

• Hoshi and the Sealing Corps sealed the Nine-Tails inside Kushina, and Hoshi learned that Kagetsu was critically injured while the Uchiha rebellion had been stopped.
• Hoshi and Fugaku arranged a cover story for the rebellion, while Kushina befriended Kurama and became his Perfect Jinchuriki.
• Kurama created a small clone named Little Red, who joined White Wolf Ridge’s summoning contract.
• Hoshi and Orochimaru researched the Mangekyō Sharingan and found that Yin Release Chakra from Nawaki’s cells had revived the eyes.
• Hoshi visited Nonō’s orphanage, identified Kabuto and Shin as promising candidates, and set plans in motion for their training and care.
• Obito and Black Zetsu freed the Uchiha prisoners, but Black Zetsu killed three of them and led Hoshi to Madara’s hideout.
• Madara fought Hoshi in the underground cavern and summoned a giant Susanoo after their hand-to-hand clash.
• Hoshi used his Sky-Rending Iai Slash to crack Madara’s armored Susanoo and shatter its upper body.

Hoshi defeated Madara and helped Minato become Hokage before traveling to Rōran, where Obito used the Dragon Pulse to send him into a changed future. After fighting Kaguya Ling Yi, Hoshi reached a modern Konoha and met Naruto, now the Seventh Hokage.

• Hoshi defeated Madara with Swallow Reversal, killed him at his request, and warned White Zetsu to keep Black Zetsu away from his loved ones.
• Hoshi returned to Konoha, where Minato won the election and became the Fifth Hokage, while Hoshi helped Jiraiya and Nonō begin a date.
• Hoshi traveled to Rōran to investigate Anrokuzan, defeated Mukade, and tried to stop the Dragon Pulse with Sara.
• Obito used Danzo’s body to seize Sara and trap Hoshi in the collapsing Dragon Pulse, but Hoshi escaped through its temporal turbulence.
• Hoshi discovered that he had arrived in a modernized Ninja World with a different history, then fought and defeated Kaguya Ling Yi.
• Ling Yi brought Hoshi to Konoha, where Hoshi introduced himself to Naruto Uzumaki and was welcomed by the Seventh Hokage.

Hoshi met another transmigrator, trained with Kimimaro for nearly three years, and returned to his own world. He reunited with Tsunade and his friends, learned how events had changed during his absence, and began reconnecting with Konoha as Black Zetsu's plans loomed.

• Naruto believed Hoshi's account of coming from another world, and Hoshi reunited with Kimimaro, who explained their shared origins and the risk of their worlds overlapping.
• Kimimaro arranged a battle between Hoshi and Ling Yi to awaken Ling Yi's Tenseigan, but Hoshi defeated him and gained new sword skills from his system.
• Hoshi and Kimimaro sparred repeatedly for nearly three years until Hoshi reached 480/500 Grandmaster-level Swordsmanship and chose to return home.
• Hoshi returned through the Dragon Pulse, reunited with Tsunade, and learned about the major events and attacks that had taken place during his absence.
• Hoshi returned to Konoha, reunited with Rie and Tsunade's family, met Naruto, and told Minato about a possible barrier Sealing Jutsu to conceal Konoha's strength.
• Hoshi sparred with Kakashi, easily defeated him, and advised him to improve his swordsmanship or focus on Lightning Release.
• Hoshi and Tsunade visited the Hyuga and Uchiha compounds, where Hoshi reunited with Obito, Itachi, Sasuke, and finally Kagetsu.
