"I'm asking how we beat this guy!" Choso swore.

"Oh, then I've got nothing." Kinoshita spread his hands. "He's exploiting a bug. Unless you beat him, there's no way out."

"His Impure World Reincarnation will end once he runs out of cursed energy, but the problem is that fighting doesn't cost him any."

"There is one option... bring Megumi Fushiguro here!"

Hearing Megumi Fushiguro's name, Itadori immediately retorted, "You really do know everyone, Mr. Kinoshita!"

Choso fired a shot of Piercing Blood as he spoke.

"Please! Bring him here! We'll hold this guy off!"

Before Kinoshita could refuse, something happened.

A tremendous crash suddenly rang out in the distance, followed by a wave of scorching air.

Kinoshita's devious brain kicked into gear. Toji was currently fighting Choso and Itadori, which meant he had already prevented Sukuna from appearing.

Then this sweltering heat was clearly coming from Jogo.

Everyone knew Jogo never fought in the minor leagues.

But who else could be fighting Jogo this fiercely right now?

"Holy shiiiit!!"

"No way...?"

His own conclusion startled Kinoshita, though excitement outweighed his shock.

"Bro Itadori! Lure Toji over there! There's no way I can bring Megumi Fushiguro here!" Kinoshita waved at the two of them.

Choso had barely raised his Blood Armor before Toji pierced it.

His repeated use of his cursed technique had left his cursed energy running low.

"We can't!" Itadori barely managed to drive Toji back.

If Choso hadn't been able to stop his wounds from bleeding, he would probably have bled out long ago.

"No! We can!" Choso sneered. "Yuji, do you know where the blood for Blood Manipulation comes from?"

Itadori panted for breath. "Isn't it blood from your own body, or blood bags?"

"That's right, but I'm a cursed spirit. I can turn cursed energy into blood."

With that, Choso furrowed his brow and pressed his palms together.

Kinoshita could vaguely guess what Choso was planning.

He's about to bust out a water-style jutsu!

Toji swung Playful Cloud, preparing his next attack, when a rumble reached his ears. The street suddenly stirred with a vast quantity of blood Choso had created from cursed energy!

"Yuji! Let's go!" Choso didn't linger.

After using that move, his cursed energy had bottomed out. Even his Convergence was weakening.

Itadori nodded and immediately sprinted toward the source of the enormous cursed energy.

Just as Toji was about to move, he realized the blood had caught his ankles. Even his mobility was restricted within it.

He was about to leap between the tall buildings when the sound of Piercing Blood rang out again.

With Toji airborne, Choso was confident in this shot.

"How's that! Bet you didn't think luring you into the air was part of my plan too!" Choso unleashed Piercing Blood with the last of his cursed energy.

"This is the last of my cursed energy! How dare you hurt my little brother!"

Kinoshita was impressed too. A veteran through and through-even while running away, Choso was looking for a chance to land a dirty hit.

Unfortunately, Toji hadn't earned his reputation for nothing.

Without even turning his head, Toji pinpointed Piercing Blood by sound alone.

He flung Playful Cloud downward and kicked off it, performing a double jump to easily evade the hidden killing blow.

"That's so damn unfair!!" Choso didn't even look back, abandoning any thought of continuing to fight Toji.

Toji retrieved Playful Cloud and glared at Kinoshita, two hundred meters away, before turning and racing in the direction Itadori and Choso had fled.

"Scared the shit out of me."

Kinoshita wiped away his sweat, feeling some dampness in his pants.

When these monsters started fighting, there really was nothing an ordinary guy like him could do.

"Enjoy yourselves for another couple of days. Once I get a cursed technique, I'll send you all flying!" Kinoshita glanced around, confirmed there were no cursed spirits nearby, and immediately ran toward the center of the battle.

Watching the fiery clouds on the horizon, he almost forgot it was nighttime.

"No way..."

The situation was beginning to confirm Kinoshita's suspicions.

Even a thrill-seeker like Kinoshita couldn't help blurting out, "That's your boy Jogo for you! Whoever's strongest, that's who he fights!"

"Domain Expansion: Coffin of the Iron Mountain."

An intense surge of cursed energy erupted, just like an active volcano.

A black sphere hovered overhead.

According to the original story, Sukuna should have been locked in a fierce battle with Jogo right now.

Yet this opponent had actually forced Jogo to deploy his domain!

Soon, the domain shattered.

Yes.

The domain had been broken, not voluntarily dispelled by Jogo!

A bizarre, muscular figure hung in midair-the very creature Kinoshita had encountered during his first teleportation.

"Eight-Handled Sword Divergent Sila Divine General Mahoraga!"

Kinoshita shouted his name excitedly. "Jogo really didn't let me down!!"

If Toji hadn't fought Megumi Fushiguro, Jogo was bound to run into Megumi while cleaning up the remaining survivors!

That straightforward kid never played mind games. After facing a disaster-level cursed spirit like Dagon, he probably didn't even have half his usual strength left, let alone enough for Domain Expansion.

Naturally, that summoning mutt had gone straight for mutual destruction, dragging Jogo into the subjugation ritual on the spot.

And so, it happened.

Jogo ended up fighting Mahoraga!!

"Satoru Gojo, Sukuna, Mahoraga..."

"Jogo, you little rascal. You're a real connoisseur!"

Soon, Jogo hovered in the air with blood seeping from the corner of his mouth, staring at Mahoraga in disbelief.

"What the hell did that kid summon?! Even my domain couldn't kill it completely!" Jogo formed a hand sign.

But Mahoraga swung the Sword of Extermination on his right arm. Powerful positive energy surged along the blade as it struck Jogo's arm.

Jogo immediately severed his own arm to prevent the positive energy from destroying him completely.

The severed arm exploded, nearly blowing apart half his body!

"Gah!!"

"You bastard!!"

At the last moment before death, Jogo unleashed his final cursed technique.

"Maximum: Meteor!!!"

Countless ember insects swarmed toward Mahoraga, but he had already finished adapting. Two swats scattered the little mosquitoes.

After several more rounds of bone-crunching exchanges, Jogo's disadvantage became overwhelming, and a massive meteor began sweeping down toward the area.

Kinoshita leaned comfortably against a streetlight by the road.

Since Jogo had been forced to use his domain, he had to be nearing his limit.

There was absolutely no way Kinoshita could dodge this Maximum: Meteor.

Still, getting to witness such a spectacular battle made the trip worthwhile.

"Hahahaha!"

"Hahahahahahaha!!"

"Jogo, you little rascal... I probably won't forget you for at least a week!"
