Background & History

Gu Yuena became the Silver Dragon King through a sacrifice intended to save her kin from oppression. Her central objective remains the survival and eventual rise of the Spirit Beast Race; she is prepared to set aside personal pride if doing so gives her people a future. 157

She lived in hiding because discovery by the God Realm could lead to Tang San executing her. Tang San had already sensed her presence and attempted to recruit her, but she refused his terms. 154 Gu Yuena later states that she intends to kill Tang San if she can recover the Dragon God's power, and she assists in removing the remnants of his Divine Sense. 157

Disguised in human form, Gu Yuena enters the human world and enrolls at Shrek Academy alongside Mu Qiu'er.
