Descends Upon the Heart of the North Sea

Ryan unusually did not watch the conversation between Dumbledore and Riddle.

The next morning, he woke in his dorm bed for the first time in a long while and changed clothes with a single command.

Casually pushing open the dormitory door, he appeared in the vast, boundless heart of the North Sea the very next second.

Recently, he had grown tired of using dimensional walls.

He preferred using the concept of doors for long-distance travel.

Put simply, as long as something was considered a door, all he had to do was push or pull it open, step through, and he could reach wherever he wanted to go.

And the destination was not limited to reality. He could even set foot in intangible dreams and minds.

Logically, he should have been very interested in what happened after Dumbledore's expression changed dramatically and he left the stands.

Especially since he had caused it.

He should have been holding his girlfriends as they watched everything unfold.

Instead of running off to this godforsaken place.

But there were three reasons for that.

First, Penelope and Kate did not have time to accompany him.

To be honest, he was looking forward to the expressions on Penelope's classmates' faces when they discovered that she and the others were conducting the interviews.

Second, he could review everything that happened at Hogwarts whenever he wanted. He could wait until he had nothing else to do.

Third, what he needed to do now was something else—something that required him to act personally.

He needed to stay here for an hour and leave behind enough of an aura for Voldemort, who was still in a half-formed Divine Kingdom state, to notice.
