Su Jiu and Yun Huanling investigated soul-stealing incidents in Peace City and exposed Yuan Yu’s use of the Soul-Locking Book to heal himself. Su Jiu freed the stolen souls, but Yuan Yu escaped capture with the Painting Spirit’s help, leaving her fate uncertain.

• Su Jiu and Yun Huanling reached the Spiritflight Continent, rescued Tongzi’s voice, and learned that a fox-demon illusion had left Zhuzi unconscious and that a cultivator had taken Tongzi’s heart blood.
• Su Jiu connected the missing souls to Fox Demon Tales, investigated the City Lord’s Residence with Yun Huanling, Wei Yu, and Yun Chao, and identified Yuan Yu as a suspect.
• Yuan Yu’s demonic allies exposed themselves, and Su Jiu immobilized the cultivators, confronted Yuan Yu, and learned he possessed the Soul-Locking Book.
• Su Jiu seized the Soul-Locking Book, purified it, and released the trapped souls, awakening Zhuzi and other victims as Yuan Yu fled after taking a cultivator’s heart blood.
• Su Jiu tracked Yuan Yu to a demon beast’s cavern, confronted him over his crimes, and forced him to sever his bond with the Painting Spirit before she helped him escape.
• Su Jiu returned to Peaceful Village, helped Zhuzi recover, and gave Tongzi part of a Life-Extending Pill, while Ning Fan captured the wounded Yuan Yu.
• Yuan Yu vanished from Ning Fan’s grasp, but Ning Fan’s formation exposed him and the Painting Spirit, who began giving him her life essence as Su Jiu arrived and confronted her.

Su Jiu fought the demonic invasion, joined Silver Snow and his companions at the Silver Moon Star Sea, and helped stop Si Lishen after the Holy Demonic Sword took control of him. When Swallowing Heaven emerged and threatened the Spiritflight Continent, Su Jiu helped evacuate its residents before its explosion, then learned the Azure Realm’s Heavenly Dao regarded its lifeforms as foreign invaders.

• The Painting Spirit died beside Yuan Yu, and its memories merged into Su Jiu as demonic cultivators began invading the Spiritflight Continent.
• Su Jiu left her recovery to defend the border cities, killing demonic cultivators and purifying the demonic qi in the cities she saved.
• Su Jiu helped Yun Chao expose a spy among the gathered Dao cultivators, then fought Wei Ren and destroyed his primordial spirit.
• Su Jiu met Silver Snow and Yin Ze, learned that their stories concealed the dangers of the Silver Moon Star Sea, and joined them in investigating it.
• As the Silver Moon Star Sea overlapped with the Sea of Ignorance, Su Jiu helped Silver Snow deal with the Original Yang Purifying Demonic Pearl and fought Si Lishen after the Holy Demonic Sword possessed him.
• Su Jiu and Xia Jue subdued the sword spirit, but a black-cloaked figure opened a trench and Swallowing Heaven rose from the sea.
• Su Jiu helped Xia Jue and the other cultivators evacuate residents across the Spiritflight Continent before Swallowing Heaven exploded.
• Su Jiu later learned that the Azure Realm’s Heavenly Dao considered Swallowing Heaven’s lifeforms foreign invaders.

Su Jiu used her innate origin qi to remove demon seeds from afflicted cultivators while investigating storybooks and searching for Zheng Qilong. After the Grand Elder’s apparent death, the Black Miasma revived his corpse, and Su Jiu agreed to travel with Silver Snow to capture Zheng Qilong.

• Su Jiu discovered she could destroy demon seeds with innate origin qi, treated afflicted cultivators at Endless Peak, and accepted Xia Jue’s Profound Spirit Command Token.
• Su Jiu and her companions investigated dangerous storybooks, crossed the transformed sea, and found Jiao Chen and Bai Su, who told Su Jiu about the black-cloaked captor and her connection to Zheng Qilong.
• Su Jiu reached Fox Mountain and removed demon seeds from several Nine-Tailed Tribe members while growing closer to Silver Snow and discussing her unusual lack of emotional roots.
• Su Jiu tried to remove the Grand Elder’s immense demon seed with sacred artifacts, then found that it had regrown and hidden inside his dantian.
• Su Jiu froze the Grand Elder’s dantian, killed him, and suppressed the demon seed, but the Black Miasma later entered his corpse and revived him.
• Su Jiu learned that Zheng Qilong possessed the Fortune-Transferring Pearl, and Silver Snow agreed to accompany her to the Demon-Subduing Land.
• Silver Snow tried to persuade Su Jiu to rest, and she agreed to travel with him after they captured Zheng Qilong.

Su Jiu survived the demon attack but spent three years recovering, while Silver Snow died protecting her. As Su Qingqing and Yan sought a Soul-Suppressing Pearl for Meng'er, they were captured and reunited with Su Jiu, who recognized Meng'er as the missing child from Great March Mountain.

• The Grand Elder attacked the Nine-Tailed Tribe, and Su Jiu confronted the demon controlling him while Silver Snow helped the foxes escape.
• Su Jiu and Silver Snow fought the gray-clothed demon, but he fatally wounded Silver Snow after Su Jiu poisoned him with Spirit-Cleansing Pool Water and the power of two pearls.
• Chu Mojin and Chu Luohen brought the unconscious Su Jiu and Silver Snow’s body back to Ice Veil Peak, where Silver Snow’s lingering spirit awakened Su Jiu after three years.
• Yao Yan encountered Yan and Su Qingqing as they fled a demonic beast, then learned that they had taken the Soul-Suppressing Pearl to save Meng'er.
• The Enforcement Hall captured Yan and Su Qingqing and interrogated them, while Su Jiu learned of their detention and went to see them despite Chu Luohen’s orders.
• Su Jiu reunited with Su Qingqing and Yan in prison, then agreed to deliver the Soul-Suppressing Pearl to Meng'er in the Demon-Subduing Land.
• Su Jiu recognized Meng'er and the Nightmare Demon as the missing pair from Great March Mountain and explained their story to Yan and Su Qingqing.
