Carol approached with an intelligence report:
"Vice Admiral Sakazuki, the latest intelligence is in."
Sakazuki casually blocked a strike from Bullet.
He threw him to the deck with a shoulder throw:
"Oh?"
"How did it turn out?"
Watching the two spar, Carol picked up the report and said:
"Hale Nock really paid through the nose this time."
"He came under attack from an enraged Big Mom and Golden Lion."
"Two-thirds of his territory was wiped out."
"But those two had grown too powerful."
"They frightened everyone."
"No one knows what terms Hale Nock reached with the other pirates."
"A number of pirates from the new generation stepped in to help him."
"By the time the fighting ended, Hale Nock had handed over a massive amount of treasure."
"Only then did the New World settle down."
"Hale Nock now has only two-thirds of his original territory left."
"The remaining third, along with the destroyed islands along his borders with the other two powers."
"And quite a few of Hale Nock's underground operations, shipping routes, weapons businesses, and so on."
"Were divided among the new-generation pirates."
"They serve as a buffer zone between the three powers."
"The three-way division of the New World has now been broken."
"The new-generation pirates seized the opportunity to band together and occupy the center."
"There'll be no shortage of trouble from now on."
"A perfect outcome."
Sakazuki raised a hand to stop Bullet:
"Good. Keep building up your Haki."
Then he turned to Carol:
"Trouble is exactly what we want."
"Pirates are easier to control when they're in chaos."
"There won't be any major problems for now."
"The whole world has its eyes on Roger right now."
"The Roger Pirates' goal is already clear."
"The legendary Laugh Tale."
"Oh, right."
