It seemed that a Fleet Admiral always had an endless pile of work to deal with.
Fleet Admiral Kong spoke as he looked down, reviewing documents:
"Have a seat, Sakazuki. Give me a moment."
Sakazuki acknowledged him, then sat in a chair nearby.
Enel sat on the Ark Maxim, hovering beside Sakazuki as he looked around the office.
The room was a simple wooden structure, with plain patterns decorating its pillars.
Its furnishings were sparse: just the Fleet Admiral's desk and a few armchairs.
Behind Fleet Admiral Kong hung a framed piece that covered the entire wall.
Inside it was only the enormous word "Justice," filling the wall as though proclaiming Kong's own justice.
After a short while, Kong finally finished marking the last line on the page before him.
He raised his head to look at Sakazuki, studied him, and nodded in satisfaction:
"I'm glad you're all right. Don't be so reckless next time."
"You're not strong enough yet to take on those long-established great pirates."
"If you died out there, it wouldn't just be a loss for our Navy. It would be a loss for the whole world."
Sakazuki nodded and answered:
"Yes, sir."

Sakazuki waited two seconds. Once Fleet Admiral Kong had lifted his cup to his lips, he spoke:
