For the next 10 seconds, the target's armor and thunder resistance are reduced by 50%. If the target's health is below 50%, the effect doubles, and the target is forcibly paralyzed for 3 seconds.
At max level, Extreme Thunder Skybreak's damage increased tenfold.
It also reduced resistance and armor and provided crowd control. If the target's health fell below 50%, the armor and resistance reduction doubled, directly reducing both by 100%. It certainly qualified as an ultimate skill.
