Xi Yan roared those words at a session of the Galactic Community.

"I'm merely eliminating inferior life-forms in an orderly fashion and expanding human civilization. I'm clearly the galaxy's greatest philanthropist! How did I end up being branded an evil villain?"

Ever since he was transported into the world of Stellaris, Grand Marshal Xi Yan had led humanity's interstellar military junta in a struggle for survival among the stars-until they ascended to a higher-dimensional realm.

He held one simple belief: The galaxy needs a master, and that master is me.

To achieve this goal, Xi Yan, the universe's greatest philanthropist, regularly parked his Colossus and fleets on alien empires' doorsteps, sincerely inviting them to submit.

Xi Yan firmly believed that one day, his empire would rule the entire galaxy.

"Doesn't that make you a war criminal?!" an alien xeno demanded.

"Exactly. And that's why you're about to lose your homeworld," Xi Yan replied, immediately flashing an evil villain's grin.
