In a forest, a monkey was picking fruit. Just as it was about to reach one, a brilliant light appeared, and a figure stepped out of it.
"System, are we here?"
"That's right. Host, you've arrived. This is the world of Shenbing Kids."
After confirming that this really was the world of Shenbing Kids, Yun Tian extended his divine sense to survey his surroundings. He found himself in a dense forest, with fruit growing on the trees. He picked one and tasted it. Mm, not bad.
Finding no one nearby, he decided to go exploring.
"System, can you take human form?"
"Yes, host. Why do you ask?"
"No particular reason. I was just thinking that, since I'm alone now, I'd like someone I can talk to whenever I want."
"Of course. Watch closely, host. I'm about to transform."
A light appeared in Yun Tian's mind, and a little girl stepped out of it. (An azure robe wrapped her delicate frame, and the loose strands beside her temples swayed gently with her steps. When she lifted her eyes, her gaze was clear and bright, like light steeped in a spring stream. Her plain azure robe set off skin whiter than snow, while tiny plum blossoms embroidered on her cuffs flickered in and out of sight. As she walked beneath the covered walkway, the breeze stirred her sleeves, making her even harder to look away from than the wind chimes beneath the eaves.)
She asked, "Well, host? Am I pretty?"
Yun Tian was utterly speechless. Only after a long while did he manage to blurt out, "You're absolutely beautiful."
Seeing Yun Tian's reaction, the system's lips curved upward. She was clearly very pleased with it.
"System, don't call me host anymore. Call me Brother Tian. And you shouldn't be called System either. I'll call you Ling'er."
"Host, you're so shameless."
"System, please? Pretty please? I'm begging you."
"All right. I suppose I can reluctantly call you Brother Tian."
Hearing her agree, Yun Tian leaped up in excitement.
"Ling'er, let's go take a look around."
"Okay."
Yun Tian walked through the forest, chatting constantly with the system in his mind.

Holy crap, the Azure Luan and the Nine-Tailed Fox spoke-and they had little girls' voices!
"Ling'er, what's going on?"
"Brother Tian, you're making a fuss over nothing. What Divine Weapon Beast can't talk? And these are divine beasts."
"Oh, my mistake. I shouldn't have made such a fuss."
Yun Tian looked at the Azure Luan and the Nine-Tailed Fox, naming the Azure Luan Little Qing and the Nine-Tailed Fox Little Bai. He asked both of them to shrink, then placed one on each shoulder. He had to admit, the two little ones were fluffy and felt quite comfortable.
With Little Bai and Little Qing along, the three walked for who knew how long before finally spotting a village. As for why he walked instead of flying, Yun Tian's stance was that, since he was already here, he ought to admire this world.
