Background / History

The Heaven-Earth Alliance Leader seeks to overturn the peaceful order protected by Nuwa. His campaign involves conquering regions and corrupting Divine Weapon Beasts into evil servants 3.

During an earlier invasion of the Eastern Sea Region, his forces overran the Eastern Sea Pavilion, where a fire caused a falling beam to strike Dongfang Tiexin and erase her memories. He demonized Phoenix and took Tiexin away before her mother, Dongfang Xiong, arrived. Tiexin subsequently mistook him for her father 22.

Personality

The Alliance Leader is boastful and domineering, announcing invasions with prolonged laughter and openly declaring his intention to seize territory and turn its divine beasts into Demon Weapon Beasts. He treats conquered defenders as potential servants rather than merely defeated enemies 8 9.

His pride makes him especially vulnerable to mockery. Yun Tian’s casual attitude enrages him because he expects others to tremble before him. When Yun Tian interrupts his transformation, he accuses him of dishonorable fighting; during their later crystal-ball argument, he loses his temper and hangs up after failing to match Yun Tian’s insults 12 24.

He also responds harshly to incompetence. He rebukes Fierce Yama for neglecting intelligence reports and humiliates Jue Tianji after the loss of the Beiming Xue Snowfield 9 33.

Conquest of Nangong City

The Alliance Leader demands Nangong City’s surrender and attacks when Nangong Yi refuses. His legion defeats the guards while he presses the city lord into retreat. Nangong Yi sends Xiao Long away with Heaven Crystal Beast’s egg to preserve a chance of resistance 8.

He then demonizes Jade Spirit Dragon, uses it to capture Nangong Yi, and corrupts the city lord as well. Declaring Nangong City his domain, he sends Fierce Yama after Xiao Long and the Nangong children 9.

First Clash with Yun Tian

While attacking Yu Feng’s palace, he boasts that its capture will give him the entire Jade Dragon Kingdom. Yun Tian evacuates Yu Feng before the barrier falls and waits inside to meet him 12.

The confrontation becomes a humiliation: Yun Tian’s enhanced Shadowkhan defeat his followers, and Yun Tian interrupts Tiger Soul’s transformation. After a shouting match, Yun Tian departs, leaving the Alliance Leader promising revenge 12.

Beiming Xue Snowfield Campaign

He ambushes Beiming Zheng and Ten Directions Bright, knocks them into a valley, and orders Clever Strategist to occupy Beiming Mountain Manor 14. Jue Tianji subsequently controls the manor while nominally following Beiming Lei’s orders 18.

Wentian’s group eventually defeats Jue Tianji and expels the Alliance’s forces. The Alliance Leader responds by berating his strategist and threatening further opposition in the Eastern Sea Region 32 33.

Loss of Dongfang Tiexin

Yun Tian restores Tiexin’s memories of the Eastern Sea invasion, exposing the Alliance Leader as her abductor rather than her father 22. When the Alliance Leader later calls her, Yun Tian answers and informs him that she will not return. He accuses Yun Tian of stealing his daughter and again vows revenge 23 24.

Eastern Sea Opposition

Following the snowfield defeat, he turns his attention to Wentian’s journey through the Eastern Sea Region 33. His servant, Fraud General, poses as a boatman and traps the group aboard a leaking boat, but Wentian defeats him 35.
