A peaceful life was always wonderful.

During this time, Ellin followed much the same routine every day.

After breakfast, she went to the Training Ground to train with Noelle and discuss how to approach the written portion of the knight qualification exam.

After training, she went home, took a bath, ate lunch, and had a nap.

In the afternoon, she went to see Fischl.

Whenever Fischl saw Ellin, she was overjoyed, her face flushed and her heart racing. She would abandon her work and pull Ellin along to take on commissions.

Once she grew used to this routine, Fischl worked hard to finish everything in the morning so she could happily spend the afternoon with Ellin.

Occasionally, Fischl found all sorts of excuses to drag things out until evening, then invited Ellin to stay the night at her house. That way, she could use helping Ellin wash her hair and scrub her back as an excuse, and...

Ellin could actually see through Fischl's little schemes, but she did not mind. Sleeping in Fischl's arms was quite nice, after all.

Fischl was warm, and sometimes Ellin held her while they slept, too. Fischl was soft and comfortable, and she smelled lovely.

For five days straight, Ellin lived much the same way. Although this life was repetitive, it was not boring, and she loved it.

Spending each day in peace and comfort with the characters she loved was her greatest happiness.

As for Sucrose, Ellin did not know whether dissecting the Cryo Regisvine had given her some inspiration, but she had stayed shut inside ever since.

Afraid of disturbing her experiments, Ellin did not dare drop by her house just to hang out.

Another two days passed. On this day, Ellin's routine was shattered!

Dawn had barely broken over Mondstadt City when a deafening dragon's roar echoed above the city, shattering the peaceful morning.

An azure dragon swept low overhead, its enormous claws smashing into houses, sending tiles flying and breaking bricks.

The tremendous noise brought people outside to investigate, but when they saw the azure dragon circling above, they froze.

"Isn't that Dvalin, the legendary Eastern Wind Dragon, one of the Four Winds?"

"What's he doing here?"

"And why is he attacking the city?"

The people were both astonished and confused. Some elderly residents even called Dvalin's name toward the sky, asking why he was doing this.

But the only answer they received was another roar from the dragon!

The dragon soared upward and gave a powerful beat of his enormous wings, stirring vast amounts of Anemo in the air!

An immense storm surged over Mondstadt City like a tsunami!

Reality was far crueler than the game.

In the game, the wind disaster Dvalin unleashed looked terrifying, but it caused no real damage to Mondstadt City. The houses remained intact, and the streets were not strewn with debris.

But now, the storm descending upon them truly was like a tsunami!

Violent gusts howled along the main roads, through alleys, and between houses, hurling tables, chairs, and advertising boards off the streets!

Countless roof tiles were lifted and torn away!

Wooden houses cracked apart under the relentless wind and were flung through the air!

Flowerpots were swept off balconies and smashed down below!

The tiles, splintered wood, and other objects swept up by the gale became part of it, surging along with the wind and greatly increasing its destructive force.

Tables, chairs, stones, and tiles hurtled into market stalls at tremendous speed, smashing them to pieces.

Then the shattered stalls were swept up, adding their own force to the gale.

Meanwhile, the wind forced its way into every opening, smashing doors and windows before pouring into people's homes and reducing their furniture and household belongings to fragments!

Before long, the raging wind mixed with the sand and dust it had stirred up, forming a vast dust storm that blotted out the sunlight and plunged Mondstadt City into gloom.

The howling wind, crashing impacts, countless objects shattering, and the terrified screams of the people all mingled together. At that moment, Mondstadt City looked as though the apocalypse had arrived!

"Ugh!! Why is it so noisy this early in the morning?!"

On her large pink bed, Ellin opened her bleary eyes.

Still half-asleep, she groggily opened the balcony door, intending to retrieve the clothes she had hung outside, along with her Slime bra and sheer, mist-white panties, and put them on.

But the instant Ellin stepped onto the balcony, her eyes flew wide open!

The wind roared, dust filled the sky, and the streets were in chaos!

Countless people huddled in corners, screaming and trembling!

The azure dragon let out deafening roars as he repeatedly dove over Mondstadt City, sweeping low above the city!

Just as Ellin stepped onto the balcony, she saw the azure dragon fly over her roof!

The enormous rush of air stirred up by his high-speed flight slammed into Ellin's house like a tsunami.

Ellin watched helplessly as the wind swept up her Slime bra, carried it high into the sky, and snagged it on a spike on Dvalin's wing.

For a moment, Ellin fell silent. She lowered her head, her expression turning utterly foul.

"You...!!!"

Still cranky from being woken before she had slept enough, Ellin gritted her teeth and clenched her fists.

Meanwhile, the wind disaster Dvalin had unleashed quickly drew the attention of the Knights of Favonius.

Kaeya and Acting Grand Master Jean wore deeply grave expressions as they surveyed the devastated city and its countless terrified, screaming residents.

It was not just Jean and Kaeya. Diluc stood in the plaza as well, looking grimly up at the dragon in the sky.

A nun in purple fishnet stockings stood at the Cathedral entrance, her brow tightly furrowed.

Clearly, they were all powerless against the azure dragon.

Dvalin was a dragon who soared through the skies and could summon storms in midair, possessing tremendous strength in both aerial combat and air-to-ground attacks.

But whether it was Diluc, Jean, or anyone else, however powerful they might be, they were still mortals.

Their mortal bodies could not ride the wind and fly, much less rival a dragon's aerial combat capabilities.

Most importantly, Dvalin was a servant of the Anemo Archon and one of Mondstadt's Four Winds. Although they did not know why he was attacking Mondstadt City, Jean and the others could not simply strike against one of the Four Winds.

They could not fly, could not reach him, could not defeat him, and were not free to attack him.

As Acting Grand Master of the Knights of Favonius, Jean suddenly found herself in an agonizing predicament.

As the eldest daughter of the Gunnhildr family and Acting Grand Master of the Knights of Favonius, she believed in protecting Mondstadt always. But what could she do in this situation...?

Mondstadt City was engulfed by the storm, and the people's cries and screams rang in her ears, each one piercing her heart.

"Anemo Archon... please guide us..."

Lost, Jean closed her eyes in prayer. But when she opened them, she suddenly caught sight of what looked like someone climbing the Statue of The Seven outside the Cathedral.

"It's dangerous up there!"

Climbing such a tall Statue of The Seven in this violent storm was no different from courting death.

Jean turned toward the Statue of The Seven and shouted.

At that moment, some of Mondstadt City's people also noticed something unusual and turned their eyes toward the Statue of The Seven.

When they saw the figure climbing the Statue of The Seven, not only Jean, Rosaria, Kaeya, and Diluc, but even the ordinary residents of Mondstadt froze!

"Is that... Ellin?!"

Under the gazes of countless Mondstadt City residents, a white-haired girl in a loose nightdress printed with a bear climbed the Statue of The Seven with her bare hands, a beautiful large bow strapped to her back.

But perhaps Jean was imagining it-she could not shake the feeling that the white-haired girl looked... positively furious.
