Yang Bo arrived in Las Vegas in 1962, exchanged gold for cash, and discovered that the club he had approached was the Hellfire Club in the world of X-Men: First Class. He heard a woman report that people had disappeared inside the club, and she decided to seek an expert in genetic mutation.

• Yang Bo appeared on a Las Vegas rooftop, saw women entering a club, and followed one of them toward the Atomic Club.
• A doorman demanded an invitation, so Yang Bo left and exchanged a gold nugget for money at a nearby bank.
• Yang Bo learned that the year was 1962 and considered visiting a casino before heading back.

Yang Bo infiltrated the Hellfire Club, found that the Black King was gone, and installed a Teleportation Stone Tablet in his hidden dance hall to return to his own world. There, he began organizing a biology lab and recruited Dr. Banner into his super-soldier plans.

Yang Bo returned to Little Planet with Azazel and Magneto’s blood, then worked with Dr. Banner and Kaecilius to contain the mutant and address Kaecilius’s dangerous study of the Darkhold. He handed Magneto’s blood to Banner for research and revealed that vampires would also be available for experiments.

• Yang Bo brought Azazel to Little Planet, where Dr. Banner identified him as a mutant with teleportation, great strength, and a dangerous tail.
• Yang Bo summoned Kaecilius, who examined Azazel and offered to create an array that might restrict his spatial powers; they arranged to hold Azazel while Kaecilius worked on a solution.

Yang Bo learned that Karen and Banner had developed an inhibitor that suppressed mutant genes, and a serum that killed mutants by making their genetic structures collapse. The chapter ended with Mystique, whose mutant genes had been suppressed, proudly showing Yang Bo her human appearance.

• Yang Bo told Ivan to see if he could mass-produce Resistance Headbands for their people.
• Karen explained that the laboratory had developed a drug that suppressed mutant genes but could not safely alter them completely.
• Karen revealed that she had also created a serum that killed mutants when it injected into them.

Yang Bo brought Raven to Xavier’s mutant gathering place, where he subdued Magneto and showed Xavier Raven’s new normal appearance and company-issued armor. Xavier was left astonished and asked whether the company was hiring.

• Yang Bo flew with Raven to Xavier’s estate outside New York, where he found Xavier, Beast Hank, and Magneto.

Yang Bo and Ivan unleashed the Iron Legion against the scavengers searching for them on Sakaar, destroying their forces and aircraft. As more spaceships approached, Ivan revealed that one of Yang Bo’s combat ships carried a two-hundred-kiloton thermonuclear warhead, leaving Yang Bo stunned.

• Yang Bo ordered Ivan to activate the Iron Legion and eliminate the scavengers searching nearby.
• Yang Bo emerged from underground with Ivan and the mechanical army, which killed the scavengers in a barrage of laser fire.
• Yang Bo deployed more than twenty Small Combat Ships to attack the scavengers’ approaching aircraft.
• The combat ships overwhelmed the aircraft’s energy shields, and Ivan’s missile destroyed the leader’s ship and its crew.

Yang Bo and Ivan detonated a nuclear bomb on Sakaar, wiping out the nearby forces and unlocking several Minecraft mods, including IndustrialCraft 2. After Yang Bo encountered Valkyrie, she attacked him, and he asked what she would do in his place after the Grandmaster’s Scavengers had attacked him.

• Yang Bo warned Ivan not to blow up their surroundings, while Ivan lured enemy warships toward the ship carrying his nuclear bomb.
• Ivan detonated the bomb, destroying the nearby battlefield and driving the surviving ships back toward the city.

• Yang Bo paralyzed and wounded Valkyrie, then killed her after she identified herself as Scavenger 142 and said she would rather die than return to Asgard.

• Yang Bo contacted Ivan and discovered he was hiding underground, then learned that Sakaar’s forces had lost most of their small combat ships and nearly all their nuclear bombs.
• Yang Bo told Ivan to stay underground and use the tablet to escape if necessary, then teleported to Little Garden No. 1.

Yang Bo sent Thanos and the Black Order to Sakaar to deal with the Grandmaster, outfitting them with enchanted gear and supplies. After they departed, Yang Bo built a Seared Furnace to process Sakaar's discarded metal and prepared to visit the Overworld to hunt pillagers for Totems of Undying.

• Yang Bo built an Iron Farm and carried villagers to an elevated room, where he fed them carrots to encourage breeding.
