Thanos seized control of Sakaar from the Grandmaster and announced that the planet’s sinners would serve his new plan. Yang Bo returned to Sakaar with Totems of Undying, found valuable ores in the Seared Furnace, and chose a site for a future base before deciding to make Quantum Armor.

• Thanos and five allies broke into the Grandmaster’s chamber, and Supergiant made the guards turn their weapons on the Grandmaster.
• Thanos confronted the Grandmaster, who submitted and knelt as Sakaar’s ruler.
• Supergiant warned Thanos that the Grandmaster was insincere, but Thanos dismissed the warning and declared that Sakaar’s sinners would contribute to the universe.
• Yang Bo returned to Sakaar carrying more than thirteen hundred Totems of Undying and found the Seared Furnace full of iron and other ores.
• Yang Bo asked Ivan to find a suitable base site, chose an open area without Space Tunnels overhead, and decided to make Quantum Armor.

Yang Bo used hand-cranked generators to power a UU-Matter Fabricator and demonstrated how a Totem of Undying protected Ivan from a fatal blow. He discovered he could resurrect Valkyrie while her body was stored in the Ender Chest, then beheaded her again and put her away for later.

• Yang Bo built Manual Kinetic Generators and connected them to a UU-Matter Fabricator, then ordered Ivan to send more robots to mine cobblestone.
• Yang Bo gave Ivan Totems of Undying and a Return Scroll, then beheaded him with the Cleaver to demonstrate the totem's protection.

Loki arrived at Erik's laboratory expecting to seize the Tesseract and summon the Chitauri, but Erik had prepared to ambush him with Nanotech Armor. Erik's defenses overwhelmed Loki and took the Mind Scepter, just as an unknown figure rushed into the fight.

• On Titan, Thanos ordered the Chitauri leader to retrieve the Tesseract, and Loki accepted the Mind Scepter and promised to open a portal to Earth.
• Loki used the Mind Scepter to travel to the Tesseract, arriving in a laboratory filled with robots rather than the Earth he expected.
• Erik revealed that he had been waiting for Loki and put on Nanotech Armor, then struck Loki with a repulsor blast.
• Loki created an illusion and turned invisible to attack Erik, but Erik anticipated his ambush and sent old suits of Armor against him.
• The suits of Armor blasted Loki and knocked the Mind Scepter from his grasp, and Erik sent a suit to carry it away.
• As Erik moved to restrain Loki, an unknown figure ran from a distant building, shouting about an enemy and a fight.

Yang Bo introduced the captured Loki to Lady Loki, who revealed that she was the future queen of Asgard and shared his name. He then promised Hulk an arena for fights and planned to move Banner’s laboratory beside it.

• Loki woke in captivity and recognized Yang Bo, but felt an uncanny familiarity toward the woman beside him.
• Yang Bo told Loki he would be his boss, and Lady Loki revealed that she was the ruler of Asgard and another Loki.
• Yang Bo left Lady Loki with Loki and went to the Laboratory Building, where Hulk complained that Loki had been too weak to fight.
• Yang Bo promised Hulk an arena, and Hulk calmed down and transformed back into Banner.
• Banner asked Yang Bo for clothes that could stretch during transformations, but Yang Bo refused and proposed moving his lab beside the arena.

Yang Bo brought Thanos to the Overworld and showed him how to gather dirt and mine ore for Sakaar’s development. Thanos fought a skeleton archer and defeated it with one punch after it shot him in the forehead.

• Yang Bo returned to Sakaar with the Mind Stone Scepter and learned that Thanos had secured the Grandmaster’s surrender, leaving the Black Order to gather the inhabitants.
• Thanos asked for dirt and tools, so Yang Bo took him to his supply warehouse and rediscovered the forgotten Creeper Egg.
• Yang Bo brought Thanos to the Overworld, showed him how to collect and place dirt, and asked him to organize workers to gather dirt and mine ore.
• Yang Bo led Thanos underground and explained that monsters appeared at night and that the world’s ores could be mined freely.

Yang Bo finished upgrading the Sakaarians’ Pickaxes, then crafted Quantum Armor and Nano Sabers from UU-Matter. After testing the gear, he gave Ivan a saber and Quantum Leggings to study, hoping they could help develop Quantum Ships.

• Yang Bo repaired the Sakaarians’ Pickaxes and improved their durability, then finished servicing the long line of workers.
• Yang Bo fed TNT to his newly hatched charged Creeper Servant, increasing its health and explosive power.

Yang Bo abandoned his search for Morag after Yondu tried to raise the price for its coordinates, then traveled to Xandar to establish a Teleportation Stone Tablet. After the Nova Corps inspected and registered him, he asked how to find a property on the planet.

• Yondu told Yang Bo he had found Morag but demanded a higher price, so Yang Bo ended the call and refused the coordinates.
• Yang Bo decided to travel to Xandar, taking the little Creeper aboard his ship and leaving Sakaar through the Portal called the Demon's Butt.
• After two days of travel, Yang Bo reached Xandar, where the Nova Corps surrounded his ship and escorted him for inspection and registration.
• Yang Bo introduced the little Creeper to the Nova Corps members, who scanned the creature before allowing it to accompany him.
• A man and a woman from the Nova Corps registered Yang Bo's name and home planet, Terra, and explained how to find a place to live on Xandar.
• Yang Bo received a temporary pass for Xandar after asking about buying property.

Yang Bo met Groot on Xandar and offered him bone meal and work, but Groot hesitated because of Rocket. Rocket arrived ready to protect Groot, then agreed to work for Yang Bo after hearing about a lucrative, supposedly safe job.

• Yang Bo spotted Groot drinking from a fountain and introduced himself.
• Yang Bo sprinkled bone meal on Groot, and Groot felt his body grow slightly stronger.
• Yang Bo offered Groot bone meal in exchange for work and asked him for a branch to try growing another Flora Colossus.
• Rocket appeared with his gun raised, warned Groot about Yang Bo, and began backing away with him.

Yang Bo encountered Star-Lord on Xandar and stopped Rocket from trying to claim the bounty on him. The group followed Star-Lord to an alien broker, where Yang Bo planned to seek a new business partner.

• Rocket asked Yang Bo about the bone meal, and Yang Bo showed how it made a planted branch grow.
• Groot spotted Star-Lord on a walkway, and Rocket discovered the bounty on him was forty thousand credits.
• Yang Bo restrained Rocket and told him not to attack Star-Lord in public on Xandar.
• Yang Bo, Rocket, and Groot followed Star-Lord toward the broker, with Star-Lord noticing their unusual group.
• Yang Bo told Star-Lord he was looking for the broker and considered him dispensable because he had little money and Yondu would pursue whoever took the payment.

Yang Bo sold vibranium to the Broker and paid Rocket to work for him, while Rocket and Groot celebrated their new fortune. Outside, Gamora and Star-Lord fought over the Orb until the Nova Corps arrived to arrest them.

• Yang Bo sold one piece of vibranium to the Broker for 500,000 Universal Credits and arranged for Rocket to receive another 650,000.

Yang Bo brought Rocket and Groot to Endstar to help him research new things, while Ronan went to Sanctuary to confront Thanos about Gamora and the Orb. The chapter ended with a blue Portal opening before Thanos and a figure wearing a gauntlet set with four gems appearing.

• Yang Bo installed the Teleportation Stone Tablet in his ship and sent Rocket and Groot to Endstar.
• Yang Bo arrived on Endstar and told Rocket he had invited him to help research new things.
• Ronan confronted Thanos, killed an attendant who insulted him, and was ordered to bring Thanos the Orb.

Yang Bo watched Infinity Thanos recruit his counterpart, who accepted that his population-control plan could not save the universe and agreed to help transform it through farming. The two Thanos versions joined Yang Bo, who took the throne and assigned them the army to prepare for threats from other universes.

• Yang Bo and Infinity Thanos arrived in Thanos's domain, where Yang Bo admired the throne and told Infinity Thanos to handle the Thanos seated on it.
• Infinity Thanos told his counterpart that population control could not save the universe and used the Mind Stone to show him memories of another universe's future.
• After seeing Infinity Thanos's memories, Little Thanos accepted Yang Bo's farming plan and offered him the throne.
• Yang Bo renamed him Little Thanos and asked whether Thanos's army would help transform the universe.
• Infinity Thanos offered his army to Yang Bo, warning that forces from other universes might invade, and Yang Bo placed the army under his command with Little Thanos assisting.

Yang Bo vacationed in China with Skye, then received a call from the Collector asking to buy the stone from the Orb and agreed to meet him on Knowhere. Meanwhile, Ronan searched for the missing Orb and Ravagers after losing track of them following the battle at Kyln.

• Yang Bo took Skye from Hawaii to China, where she marveled at the crowds and looked forward to visiting the Great Wall.
• At their hotel, Yang Bo received a call through the Communicator from the Collector, who offered to buy the stone from the Orb.
• Yang Bo agreed to discuss the sale in person and planned to bring both Sanctuary ships to Knowhere.
• Ronan ordered his subordinates to find the Ravagers and the Orb after they escaped from Kyln with Star-Lord and Gamora.
• Ronan vowed to make his enemies pay once he gained overwhelming power.

Yang Bo visited Taneleer Tivan’s collection, freed a captive woman and Cosmo, and invited them to join him. Yondu arrived with Star-Lord and Gamora, where Thanos confronted his daughter and claimed he had found a way to save the universe.

• Yang Bo met Taneleer Tivan and asked Katina to show him around the collection.
• Yang Bo freed a woman from a display case and told her and Katina they could join him.
• Yang Bo invited Cosmo to leave with him, and Cosmo agreed after mentioning that he liked Tivan’s dog food.
• Yondu arrived with Star-Lord and Gamora, asked Tivan about the people who had taken the Orb, and began to back away upon seeing Thanos.
• Thanos called Gamora his daughter and said he had found a new way to save the universe, while Star-Lord stepped forward to ask whether he was Thanos.

Yang Bo confronted Yondu and Star-Lord while Thanos reassured Gamora, then ordered an assault on Knowhere and told Tivan to move his collection. The battle against Ronan began as Yondu looked for a way to escape.

• Yondu dragged Star-Lord away from Thanos, but Yang Bo stopped them at the doorway and revealed that he had taken and returned the Orb months earlier.
• Yang Bo spotted Ronan's forces attacking Knowhere and ordered Infinity Thanos to send in his army.
• Yang Bo sent Little Thanos through a portal to confront Ronan, with orders to spare him if he surrendered and kill him if he refused.

• Ebony Maw and the black-armored warriors subdued Ronan’s troops while Thanos fought Ronan.

Yang Bo gave Tivan a new collection hall and several powerful artifacts in exchange for the Collector’s cooperation. After Banner reported that the Mutants Potion was ready for vampire testing, Yang Bo headed to investigate its next steps, while Tivan questioned the Destroyer Armor’s ability to face the Celestials.

• Xavier approached Yang Bo with Magneto and asked about the two agents lying in the hallway.
