The woman in white had lush curves, with firm, shapely breasts. Her figure bore some resemblance to Jiang Mengyun's and was enough to make anyone drool.

Her face, however, was as different as heaven and earth, looking utterly ordinary.

"Martial Nephew Ye, it's me."

The woman in white smiled as she spoke, her voice exactly like Jiang Mengyun's.

"Uncle-Master Jiang?"

Hearing that familiar voice, Ye Fei's eyes widened, his face full of disbelief.

"That's right. I'm just wearing a mask."

As she spoke, the woman in white gently peeled at the spot behind her ear with her delicate hand, pulling off a Human-Skin Mask.

Jiang Mengyun's stunning face was revealed.

"Phew, it really is you, Uncle-Master Jiang. You scared me to death."

Only after confirming that the person before him was indeed Jiang Mengyun did Ye Fei let out a long breath.

"It's rather inconvenient to show my real face in the secret realm. With this mask on, I won't have to worry."

As Jiang Mengyun spoke, she put the Human-Skin Mask back on.

"Uncle-Master Jiang, we're already in the Divine Feather Secret Realm. Let me try and see if I can bring you out of the Azure Dragon Sword."

Looking at that unfamiliar face while addressing her as Uncle-Master Jiang felt rather awkward to Ye Fei.

"All right, go ahead. I'm ready."

Jiang Mengyun nodded.

Seeing this, Ye Fei hesitated no longer. With a thought, he wrapped a strand of divine sense around Jiang Mengyun.

The next moment, the two appeared outside the Azure Dragon Sword, standing in the dense forest.

"My cultivation really has been suppressed."

In an instant, Jiang Mengyun noticed the change in her cultivation realm.

Her cultivation had now been suppressed to the Qi Refining ninth layer.

"Where do we go next?"

After looking around, Ye Fei turned to Jiang Mengyun beside him.

"Let's follow Senior Sister Luo Ying's advice and go to the Formation God Hall first."

Jiang Mengyun answered without hesitation.

Clearly, she had already thought it through.

"Do you know where the Formation God Hall is, Uncle-Master?"

Ye Fei asked.

"Yes. I've been here before, so I certainly know it better than you do. Just follow me."

Jiang Mengyun smiled sweetly, then raised her delicate hand and summoned a flying sword.

The two then stepped onto the flying sword. Under Jiang Mengyun's control, it slowly rose into the air and sped southeast.

"Won't this draw too much attention?"

Watching the towering mountains and steep ridges flash past, Ye Fei felt a faint unease, afraid they might attract someone's attention and invite unnecessary trouble.

"What's there to fear? My cultivation realm has been suppressed, but my divine sense hasn't. I can see everything within three hundred li perfectly clearly."

"If I spot anyone, I'll simply steer clear of them."

Jiang Mengyun spoke without a care.

Hearing this, Ye Fei put his worries aside.

Since they were not very far from the Formation God Hall, half a day later, Jiang Mengyun brought Ye Fei to stand before a sheer cliff.

The cliff rose straight up, towering into the clouds.

A valley lay beneath it, and Ye Fei and Jiang Mengyun were now standing at its bottom.

"This is the place?"

Ye Fei asked curiously.

The valley was empty, with scarcely any vegetation, let alone anything resembling the Formation God Hall.

"You'll see in a moment."

Jiang Mengyun gave a mysterious smile, then stepped forward, heading straight into the cliff before her.

Ye Fei was just about to call out and stop her when he saw her body pass straight into the rock face.

The sight left Ye Fei dumbstruck.

Still, he did not hesitate. He stepped forward and followed her.

The instant his body entered the rock face, his vision brightened. It felt as though he had passed through a curtain of water and entered another valley.

This valley was only a few zhang wide and wound ahead with no end in sight.

Along its center, however, a raised circular platform stood every dozen or so zhang.

There were many of these circular platforms, stretching all the way into the depths.

Jiang Mengyun was staring blankly at them.

"What's wrong, Uncle-Master Jiang?"

Seeing her expression, Ye Fei asked with some concern.

"Nothing. Let's go."

Jiang Mengyun drew a deep breath and led Ye Fei farther inside.

They continued inward for half an incense stick's worth of time before finally stopping before a seven-colored curtain of light.

The light curtain was enormous, covering the entire valley ahead.

It was clearly the protective formation guarding this place.

"This is it. Take out that Jade Plaque."

Jiang Mengyun pointed at the seven-colored light curtain.

Ye Fei nodded and extended his right hand. The purple Jade Plaque appeared in his palm.

Then he gently tossed it forward with his right hand, sending it onto the seven-colored light curtain.

The instant the Jade Plaque touched the light curtain, ripples spread across it. A round doorway of light appeared directly in front of Ye Fei, just large enough for one person to pass through.

Seeing the doorway appear, Jiang Mengyun and Ye Fei exchanged a glance, then walked through one after the other.

Once they entered, the doorway slowly closed. Then, with a flash of purple light, the Jade Plaque flew back toward Ye Fei.

Ye Fei swept his sleeve and put the jade pendant away.

After storing the Jade Plaque, Ye Fei finally took a careful look ahead.

The interior was not much different from the area outside the light curtain. There was still a valley leading deeper inside, with no end in sight.

"Do we keep going?"

Ye Fei looked at Jiang Mengyun.

"I suppose so. This is my first time inside, too."

Jiang Mengyun sounded uncertain.

"All right."

Helpless, Ye Fei could only continue deeper inside with Jiang Mengyun.

Fortunately, they did not have to walk far before reaching the end of the valley.

At its end lay a circular meadow.

It was about a li in diameter.

Sheer cliffs towering into the clouds surrounded the meadow.

Nestled against the cliffs were exquisitely built pavilions. Each had two stories and was constructed entirely of wood.

At the very center of the meadow stood an octagonal tower. It had six floors, stood about eight zhang tall, and measured two or three zhang across, occupying a sizable patch of ground.

"This is the Formation God Hall?"

Ye Fei sounded doubtful.

He had not seen so much as a single written character along the way. How had Luo Ying and the others determined that this place was called the Formation God Hall?

"That's right. What we're after should be inside this octagonal tower."

Jiang Mengyun nodded solemnly.

"How do you know, Uncle-Master?"

Ye Fei asked in puzzlement.

"I just examined the surrounding pavilions with my divine sense. None of them contain what we want, but my divine sense can't see through this octagonal tower."

Jiang Mengyun explained.

"Then let's just go inside and look."

Seeing the open tower entrance, Ye Fei walked straight toward it.

Though Jiang Mengyun had some misgivings, she dared not hesitate when she saw Ye Fei move. She hurried after him, afraid something might happen to him.

Thus, the two walked into the octagonal tower side by side.

The moment they entered, the tower doors shut on their own with a clang.

The sudden change startled them both.

"What's going on?"

Ye Fei instantly grew anxious.

Though he did not know why the doors had closed, he had a vague feeling that this was nothing good.

"I'm afraid we can't get out."

After sweeping the surroundings with her divine sense, Jiang Mengyun's expression darkened.

"We can't get out?"

Ye Fei froze, then hurried to the entrance and tried to open the doors.

To his dismay, when he reached the spot where the entrance had been, he discovered that the doors had already vanished.

Before him stood nothing but a seamless tower wall.
