Holding her staff, Elder Muyu watched the Great Xia soldiers hurrying around her and speculated gravely:
"Could it be... a surprise attack by the Demon Clan's Burrowing Earth Dragons?"
Warwick tightened his grip on his battle-axe, puzzled, and glanced up at the sky.
His companion Wukong was still keeping watch overhead, which meant Great Xia's fief was not in danger.
Then what was going on?
Thorin was the most impatient and charged straight toward the command center.
"Why don't we just ask?"

Thorin asked gruffly.
Lin Mo stood beside Long Zhan, his expression serious as he watched them enter.
"A Demon Clan army is approaching through the sea."
"Their numbers... are close to five hundred thousand!"

The pupils of Kael and the others who had just entered contracted.
The staff in Elder Muyu's hands nearly fell to the floor.
Warwick gripped his battle-axe tightly, his face ashen.
"Five hundred thousand..."
Thorin swallowed.
"A war on this scale..."
He did not finish, but everyone knew what that meant.

Each time, the allied forces had suffered astronomical casualties.
Kael took a deep breath and asked in a low voice:
"Do you need our help?"

"The Elves can send water mages to support you."
