Arc 3The Portal and the Expedition

Lin Mo secured Great Xia’s agreement with the Elves and Holy Human Race to open a Portal, then helped connect Terra to the Arctic Theater base. As the Demon Clan attacked the Portal site, Long Zhan sent drones through to support the defenders.

  • Long Zhan and Wang Hai placed the military and industry on wartime footing as Great Xia mobilized for the Terra expedition, and Elder Zhao gave Lin Mo full authority over the project.
  • Lin Mo negotiated with Pope Gregory VII and High Archbishop Kael for Astral Teleportation, securing a 25,000-soldier limit and agreeing to weapons inspections and joint oversight.
  • Lin Mo arranged for the Elves to provide a World Tree seed and reopen the Portal after the campaign, while Great Xia prepared its expedition at the Arctic Theater base.
  • With Kael’s detection array, Lin Mo’s cross-world ripple revealed Blue Star’s coordinates, allowing the mages to establish the Portal’s connection.
  • Wolaz spotted the Portal’s pillar of light and ordered the Demon Clan to assemble and march on the Elf Royal City.
  • Long Zhan presented the 25,000-soldier Expeditionary Force, then ordered drones through the newly opening Portal to scout the approaching Demon Clan.
  • Adrian’s Elf warriors and Elder Muyu’s allies fought the Demon Clan as its forces attacked the defenses and Winged Demons broke toward the Portal.
  • Long Zhan sent suicide drones against the Winged Demons, killing them in successive blasts and prompting Elder Muyu to declare that the Elves still had hope.
Chapters 51–75 Vol. 1 Read

Ch. 51Great Xia Began Going All Out

Long Zhan learned that the First Expeditionary Army would lead Great Xia’s desperate bid to secure passage to a new ship that could save its civilization, while the country mobilized industry and supplies for an unknown war. At Ark Base, Lin Mo signed preparations for the mission and jokingly added a requirement to a proposal about recruiting women.

  • Long Zhan called the second-in-command, who told him the First Expeditionary Army was the vanguard in a battle Great Xia had to win, and Long Zhan ordered level-one combat readiness.
  • Wang Hai ordered Ma Dongsheng to put Polaris Military Industry Group on wartime footing, double production within twenty-four hours, and suspend foreign trade orders.
  • Great Xia placed pharmaceutical production and food warehouses under military control and restarted its industrial mobilization.
  • Lin Mo reviewed and signed proposals for the New Hope Project, including expedition, quarantine, security, logistics, and resource-planning preparations.
  • Lin Mo read Liu Chengen’s proposal to recruit young women for the team and wrote, “Big breasts required!”

Ch. 52Thank you for all your hard work

Lin Mo met Elder Zhao, who thanked him for helping Great Xia and gave him full authority over cooperation with the Terra Continent. The chapter ended with Elder Zhao praising the project team as heroes and thanking them for their hard work.

  • Lin Mo complained about the paperwork until Zhao Gang returned and brought Elder Zhao into his office.
  • Elder Zhao noticed Lin Mo’s crude comment on Liu Chengen’s personnel proposal, but responded with a good-natured remark.
  • Elder Zhao thanked Lin Mo for his reports and footage, then told him that Great Xia had assembled 20,000 soldiers and begun preparing equipment, medicine, and supplies for the Terra Continent.
  • Elder Zhao authorized Lin Mo to take full responsibility for contact and cooperation with the Terra Continent, with the highest decision-making authority over military affairs, diplomacy, and trade.
  • Qian Zhenhua, Liu Chengen, and the core project team arrived, and Elder Zhao praised them as heroes and thanked them for their hard work.

Ch. 53Fendona: This was so mortifying!

Lin Mo learned that Great Xia would help the Elves retake Emerald Leaf City if they could establish a portal, so Queen Ellari sent him with a delegation to seek the Holy Human Race’s help. At the departure platform, Lin Mo mistook their allied dragons for attackers and publicly embarrassed Fendona by carrying her to cover.

  • The chief encouraged Lin Mo to press on, reminding him that Great Xia could not afford to lose and feared nothing.
  • Lin Mo told Queen Ellari that Great Xia’s soldiers could help reclaim Emerald Leaf City once the portal was opened, and she ordered a delegation to Holy Light City to request Astral Teleportation.
  • Queen Ellari assigned Fendona and Elder Muyu to the delegation and arranged for two Elders to protect Lothia City.
  • At the World Tree platform, Lin Mo mistook three descending Western Dragons for enemies and carried Fendona over his shoulder to shelter.
  • Elder Muyu introduced the dragons as allies, including Yadis, who said he disliked humans, while the mortified Fendona hid behind Elder Muyu.

Ch. 54An appeal to the Church to build a portal

Lin Mo and Elder Muyu brought an Elven delegation to Holy Light City to ask the Church to connect Terra with Great Xia. The meeting ended with Elder Muyu urgently appealing to Pope Gregory VII to build a portal as the Demon Clan threatened the continent.

  • Elder Muyu explained that Yadis was hostile to humans because the Holy Human Race had pursued dragon riding, and Yadis reluctantly accepted that Lin Mo was not one of them.
  • Elder Muyu used his nature staff to grow wooden houses on three dragons, which carried the delegation on a seven-hour flight to Holy Light City.
  • Lin Mo and the delegation arrived at Holy Light City and entered Holy Light Cathedral, where they met Pope Gregory VII and High Archbishop Kael.
  • Elder Muyu described the Elves' desperate position, and Lin Mo explained that Great Xia relied on technology rather than magic.
  • High Archbishop Kael mocked Lin Mo and the people of Great Xia, prompting Elder Muyu to demand respect and appeal to Pope Gregory VII to use Astral Teleportation to build a portal between the two worlds.

Ch. 55Agreement to establish an Astral Portal

Lin Mo challenged High Archbishop Kael’s refusal to use Astral Teleportation and demonstrated the power of Great Xia’s weapons, persuading Pope Gregory VII to approve opening a portal. The pope required Great Xia to pay the costs and accept strict limits and oversight, leaving the agreement subject to a magical contract.

  • High Archbishop Kael rejected Astral Teleportation, arguing that its risks and costs were too great and that the Church would not rely on mortals.
  • Lin Mo confronted Kael, while Fendona defended him and Elder Muyu countered Kael’s pressure before warning the Church that the Demon Clan was overrunning Terra.
  • Elder Muyu credited Lin Mo’s weapons with helping repel the attack on Lothia, and Lin Mo demonstrated a compound bow as an Elven guard fired a repeating crossbow.
  • Pope Gregory VII approved Astral Teleportation after seeing the weapons and hearing Lin Mo warn that Terra would fall without a chance to seek survival.
  • Pope Gregory VII demanded that Great Xia cover the portal’s costs and sign a magical contract limiting its personnel, weapons, and operations while requiring it to accept joint oversight.

Ch. 56Terms of the magical contract

Lin Mo negotiated with High Archbishop Kael over the size, operating area, and weapons restrictions for Great Xia's military aid to Terra. They agreed to send 25,000 soldiers to Elf territory, but negotiations stalled when Kael demanded approval of every weapon.

  • After the pope left, High Archbishop Kael proposed limiting the initial force entering Terra to 10,000 soldiers.
  • Lin Mo rejected the limit as inadequate against the Demon Clan and demanded 50,000 soldiers, while Elder Muyu urged Kael to reconsider.
  • Kael refused 50,000, but accepted Lin Mo's compromise of 25,000 soldiers.
  • Kael restricted the army's operations to Elf territory, and Elder Muyu specified the area between Aivinol and Emerald Leaf City; Lin Mo agreed to the plan to retake Emerald Leaf City.
  • Kael demanded a detailed weapons inventory and approval of all weapons entering Terra, and Lin Mo hesitated to provide one because Great Xia's weapons systems were complicated.

Ch. 57Heaven blessed Great Xia

Lin Mo secured permission for 25,000 Great Xia troops to enter the Terra Continent, then asked Great Xia's leadership to share the full intelligence with General Long Zhan. Elder Zhao approved the request and assigned Long Zhan to the New Hope project team.

  • Lin Mo persuaded Kael to postpone the weapons-list discussion until the next day, then returned to the Bell City base.
  • Lin Mo told Zhao Gang and the other core members that he had raised the troop quota from 10,000 to 25,000, though Kael still required a weapons list for review.
  • Zhao Gang proposed letting General Long Zhan's Arctic Theater team prepare the list and share all available intelligence with him, and Lin Mo agreed.
  • Elder Zhao approved sharing the intelligence and officially assigned General Long Zhan to the New Hope project team.
  • Elder Zhao told Old Yang that Lin Mo had secured a quota of 25,000, and they praised Lin Mo as Great Xia's lucky star.

Ch. 58Just Who Was Lin Mo?

Elder Zhao assigned General Long Zhan and his expeditionary force to the New Hope Plan, placing them under Lin Mo's command. After learning that Lin Mo was only 23 and that his file was almost entirely classified, Long Zhan resolved to find out who he really was.

  • Elder Zhao authorized General Long Zhan's assignment to the New Hope Group, whose commander-in-chief was Lin Mo.
  • Long Zhan reviewed his assembled twenty-thousand-soldier expeditionary force and turned down repeated requests from commanders seeking places on the mission.
  • A call raised the first deployment quota to twenty-five thousand and ordered Long Zhan to serve under the New Hope Plan and cooperate fully with Lin Mo.
  • Long Zhan searched the highest-security system and found only Lin Mo's age, position, and a top-secret classification.
  • Long Zhan suspected Lin Mo had powerful connections and decided to meet him to see who he really was.

Ch. 59He Was No Nepotism Hire!

Long Zhan learned that the Expeditionary Force would enter the Terra Continent to secure a new home for Blue Star, then pledged the Arctic Theater’s 25,000 troops to Lin Mo. Lin Mo brought Great Xia’s equipment list to the Holy See to finalize the Portal arrangements, but had to enlist Fendona to translate it.

  • Brigade Commander Zhao and officers from several units crowded Long Zhan, demanding slots in the Expeditionary Force, and Long Zhan agreed to allocate them.
  • At the Bell City underground base, Zhao Gang briefed Long Zhan on the Terra Continent, the Demon Clan, and the New Hope Project.
  • Zhao Gang introduced Lin Mo as the only world traveler connecting Blue Star to Terra and the project’s Commander-in-Chief, prompting Long Zhan to salute and pledge the Arctic Theater’s 25,000 troops.
  • Long Zhan prepared a simplified weapons and equipment list, which Lin Mo took back to Terra to finalize the Portal arrangements.
  • At the Holy See, High Archbishop Kael could not read Great Xia’s writing, so Lin Mo asked Fendona to translate the equipment list onto parchment.

Ch. 60How would they get back with a time-limited portal?

Lin Mo and Kael negotiated the terms for Great Xia’s forces to enter Terra, including weapons, penalties, and inspections, before the Elves paid for a ten-day Portal opening. Lin Mo realized the Portal’s time limit could leave his people stranded after retaking Emerald Leaf City and asked Elder Muyu how they would return.

  • Kael questioned Lin Mo about the weapons on Great Xia’s list, and after bargaining, allowed three Dongfeng missiles while rejecting biological and chemical weapons.
  • Kael proposed that every Great Xia soldier face death for any contract breach, but Lin Mo objected until they agreed to joint Holy Human Race and Elf inspections at the Portal.
  • Kael wrote a Magic Contract that bound the parties and could provoke rejection by Terra’s World Will if they broke it.
  • Elder Muyu presented the Elves’ payment for ten days of unlimited Portal use, and Lin Mo learned they would need to renew the fee afterward.
  • Lin Mo asked Elder Muyu how Great Xia’s forces would return after the Portal’s ten-day opening ended.

Ch. 61Signing a Contract with the Elves

Lin Mo and Elder Muyu signed a contract for Great Xia to help the Elves reclaim Emerald Leaf City in exchange for a World Tree seed and a ten-day Portal, with the Elves covering its cost. After arranging for a Portal construction team to travel to Elven territory, Lin Mo toured Holy Light City with Fendona and awkwardly tried to advise a Dwarven smith.

  • Lin Mo insisted on a contract, and Elder Muyu agreed to terms requiring the Elves to provide a World Tree seed and pay to open a Portal for ten days after Great Xia helped reclaim Emerald Leaf City.
  • Lin Mo and the Elves arranged for the Holy Human Race to send a Portal construction team to Elven territory the next day.
  • Lin Mo invited Fendona to walk around Holy Light City, and she reluctantly agreed to show him around while running an errand.
  • Lin Mo observed the diverse residents and refugees in Holy Light City as Fendona explained the city's population and history.
  • Lin Mo suggested that a Dwarven smith standardize his forging process, but the smith bent a metal tool to intimidate him, and Lin Mo quickly left.

Ch. 62Return briefing: the portal was secured

Lin Mo returned from the Terra Continent with a sample for Liu Chengen and briefed the assembled officials on the portal negotiations with the Holy See and the Elves. The portal was secured for ten days, and Zhao Gang asked Lin Mo whether it could be used in other ways.

  • Lin Mo stopped at a stall to admire a cat-eared girl and nearly offended her by asking to touch her ears, but Fendona pulled him away.
  • Lin Mo returned to reality with the bottle Liu Chengen had requested and called a meeting.
  • Lin Mo recounted how High Archbishop Kael disputed the weapons list, Elder Muyu supported him, and the negotiators replaced a coercive contract clause with an inspection delegation.
  • Lin Mo revealed that the Elves had purchased only ten days of portal access, prompting the officials to worry that transporting twenty-five thousand troops and their equipment would be too difficult.
  • Lin Mo explained that a supplementary agreement required the Elves to reopen the portal after the war and provide a World Tree seed, though the return journey depended on their victory.
  • Zhao Gang asked Lin Mo whether the portal had other possible uses.

Ch. 63Defend Commander Lin to the Death

Lin Mo and the New Hope Group planned their next steps after learning how the Holy Human Race’s Portal could be used, then relocated to a fortified Arctic base. The chapter ended with Long Zhan asking Lin Mo to stay behind after dinner.

  • Lin Mo explained the three Portal payment options, and Elder Zhao set priorities: transport the Expeditionary Force, help the Elves reclaim Emerald Leaf City and obtain the World Tree Seed, then secure a fief and a permanent Portal.
  • Elder Zhao assigned Long Zhan to command the expedition, ordered him to prioritize Lin Mo’s safety, and approved placing Blue Star’s Portal at the Arctic Theater’s underground base.
  • The New Hope Group packed its equipment and samples, boarded a military transport aircraft, and flew to the Arctic base.
  • Lin Mo and the others arrived at the fortified base, where Long Zhan showed them their accommodations and private dining hall.
  • After dinner, Long Zhan asked Lin Mo to stay behind alone.

Ch. 64Construction began on the Portal

Lin Mo accompanied the Holy Human Race and Elf delegation to select a site for the Astral Portal, while Long Zhan reminded him that his safety mattered more than the expedition’s objectives. After Lin Mo chose a defensible valley near Firefly Leaf Town, construction began, marking Great Xia’s imminent arrival on the Terra Continent.

  • Long Zhan told Lin Mo that he would command the Expeditionary Force and that Lin Mo’s safety took priority, even if the force were wiped out; Lin Mo promised not to act recklessly.
  • Fendona led Lin Mo to meet Elder Muyu and High Archbishop Kael, and the party departed Holy Light City for the Elf Royal City.
  • On the journey, Lin Mo questioned Fendona about Kael’s Unicorn Pegasus and its healing horn, while Kael proudly displayed his mount.
  • Elf Queen Ellari received Kael, designated a valley near Firefly Leaf Town for the Portal, and assigned five thousand Elf warriors to guard the construction.
  • Lin Mo surveyed the valley with Fendona, chose a defensible clearing in its center, and Kael ordered the party to begin breaking ground.

Ch. 65Spatial Coordinates

Lin Mo and Fendona surveyed the area as the elves and Holy Human Race prepared to build an Astral Portal. When Kael explained that the portal required precise spatial coordinates to avoid opening into a dangerous world, Lin Mo and Elder Muyu realized they did not know how to obtain them, and Fendona asked Kael what they should do.

  • An Earth Elf Mage leveled the ground and raised a platform while the Holy Human Race unloaded supplies and Fendona organized the elves’ camp and defenses.
  • Lin Mo asked Fendona to accompany him to a mountaintop, where they surveyed the surrounding terrain and watched the preparations below.
  • Lin Mo asked Kael how long the portal would take to complete, and Kael explained that its connection time depended on the distance between the worlds.
  • Kael asked Lin Mo and Elder Muyu for Great Xia Kingdom’s spatial coordinates, but they asked how those coordinates could be determined.
  • Kael warned that an Astral Portal without precise coordinates could open into the Abyss, Hell, or a Death World, and Fendona asked how they could establish it safely.

Ch. 66There Was a Way!

Lin Mo realized that his ability to carry objects between worlds in his sleep could reveal the coordinates needed to connect Blue Star and Terra. The Astral Portal’s base and a detection array were completed, but Lin Mo could not fall asleep under everyone’s watchful eyes.

  • Fendona showed Lin Mo the lighter he had brought from Blue Star, and he recognized it as proof of his cross-world ability.
  • Lin Mo convinced Kael that his crossings created a traceable spatial ripple, and Kael ordered a detection array prepared for that night.
  • The Elves and Holy Human Race mages completed the Astral Portal’s base and set up an auxiliary array with a blanket and crystal detectors.
  • Lin Mo put an Energy Crystal in his mouth and tried to sleep while Kael, Elder Muyu, Fendona, and the mages watched.
  • Lin Mo repeatedly failed to fall asleep, then sat up and beckoned Fendona over.

Ch. 67Oh no, the Demon Clan might see it

Lin Mo let Fendona knock him unconscious so Kael and the mages could use the Magic Crystal to lock onto the spatial ripple and activate Astral Teleportation. The enormous pillar of light drew attention from Emerald Leaf City, where Wolaz saw it as the Demon Clan mined the World Tree.

  • Lin Mo asked Fendona to knock him out, and she struck him unconscious.
  • The Magic Crystal vanished, and Kael’s mages captured the spatial ripple and locked onto its coordinates.
  • Kael activated the teleportation platform, sending a pillar of white energy through the clouds and startling the Elves near Firefly Leaf Town.
  • Elder Muyu feared that the disturbance would alert the Demon Clan in Emerald Leaf City.
  • Wolaz ordered the Lesser Demons to mine the World Tree faster, then turned toward the pillar of light on the western horizon.

Ch. 68Crush Them!

Wolaz identified the pillar of light near the Elf Royal City as a Human spatial Portal and led the Demon Clan army toward it. On Blue Star, Lin Mo briefed the New Hope Group on the Portal’s construction and the planned expedition, then inspected the assembled force of 25,000 soldiers.

  • Wolaz learned from a Gargoyle scout that a powerful spatial Portal was opening near the Elf Royal City and ordered the entire Demon Clan army to assemble.
  • Wolaz rallied the demons and sent their forces racing toward the pillar of light.
  • Lin Mo returned to the Arctic Theater base, showed Qian Zhenhua an energy crystal, and explained the Portal’s construction and the methods for establishing a spatial link.
  • Liu Chengen reported that Terra’s air, water, and soil posed no known hazards to people from Blue Star.
  • Long Zhan told Lin Mo that the 25,000-person Expeditionary Force was ready for six months of independent operations.
  • Long Zhan led Lin Mo and Zhao Gang into the underground assembly area, where they saw the soldiers standing in formation.

Ch. 69The Portal opened

Long Zhan revealed the Expeditionary Force’s mission to conquer a new world and ordered the soldiers to protect Lin Mo. As the soldiers swore their loyalty, a Portal opened beside Lin Mo, revealing High Archbishop Kael on the other side.

  • Long Zhan showed Lin Mo the assembled forces and described their units and equipment.
  • Long Zhan told the soldiers that their dying planet had a new path forward: a world they could conquer and make their home.
  • Long Zhan explained that the new world held Elves, Dwarves, Half-Orcs, magic, and enemies called the Demon Clan, and the soldiers vowed to fight to the death.
  • Long Zhan introduced Lin Mo as the man who had found them a new home and ordered the soldiers to defend him above all else.
  • A blue ring of light appeared beside Lin Mo, and Long Zhan knocked him down while Zhao Gang and the guards prepared for an enemy attack.
  • Lin Mo recognized the ring as the Portal opening, then saw High Archbishop Kael chanting beside a glowing magic array on the other side.

Ch. 70The Demon Clan Army Had Arrived

The Demon Clan army reached the Elf camp before the Portal had fully opened, forcing Elder Muyu to order Fendona to take Lin Mo’s body and flee to the royal capital. Fendona warned Lin Mo and the humans on the other side, leaving them to face the news as the Portal continued opening.

  • Long Zhan ordered the soldiers to prepare for deployment, while Qian Zhenhua and Liu Chengen rushed to study the Portal until Zhao Gang made them stand back.
  • Kael told Lin Mo that the Portal would open fully before sunrise, with only about three hours remaining.
  • An Elf scout warned that the Demon Clan army was approaching, and the Elf guards formed defensive lines as Fendona and Elder Muyu flew up to assess the threat.
  • Elder Muyu learned that the Demon Clan’s flying units were overwhelming the Elf scouts and ordered Fendona to take Lin Mo’s body to the royal capital while he stayed behind to buy time.
  • Fendona returned to camp and told Lin Mo that the Demon Clan army had arrived, and Lin Mo translated the warning for Long Zhan, Zhao Gang, Qian Zhenhua, and Liu Chengen.

Ch. 71"Give up" Was Never in His Dictionary

Long Zhan’s forces learned that a Demon Clan army of nearly a hundred thousand was closing on the Portal, while only five thousand Elven guards could defend it. With the Portal still hours from opening, Great Xia deployed drones to scout the enemy and began preparing to help; Elder Muyu recognized the drones as Lin Mo’s people’s devices and ordered the Elves not to attack them.

  • Fendona reported the approaching Demon Clan army and the small number of defenders, leaving Lin Mo, Long Zhan, and Zhao Gang facing the threat of the Portal being destroyed.
  • Long Zhan told Fendona to carry Lin Mo’s body to the Elf Royal City, and she flew away with it under escort.
  • Long Zhan ordered a temporary command center and sent a drone through the Portal to film the Demon Clan army, including its monsters, siege beasts, and flying units.
  • After seeing the footage, Long Zhan ordered more drones, including suicide drones, sent through the Portal.
  • Elder Muyu stopped an Elven guard from attacking the drones and told the troops they came from Lin Mo’s world.

Ch. 72Reinforcements arrived

Elder Muyu rallied the Holy Human Race mages to defend the Portal after promising they could keep the Elves’ payment, while reinforcements from the Elf Queen and Lin Mo’s world gathered. The chapter ended at Blue Star’s Arctic base, where Long Zhan watched the Demon Clan approach and asked how many drones had been deployed.

  • An Elf scout told Elder Muyu that General Adrian was bringing fifteen thousand Silver Moon Guard soldiers, giving the defenders twenty thousand troops in total.
  • Elder Muyu returned to camp and found the Holy Human Race mages arguing over whether to flee or keep working on the Portal.
  • Elder Muyu pointed out Lin Mo’s drones and promised the mages they would not have to repay the Elves, persuading them to stay and fight for as long as they could.
  • A fifth-tier magus led the mages and knights toward the valley entrance after they left protective arrays around High Archbishop Kael.
  • At Blue Star’s Arctic base, Long Zhan watched drone footage of the Demon Clan advancing to within two kilometers of the Elf Defense Line and asked how many drones had been deployed.

Ch. 73Were drones really useful?

Long Zhan’s forces deployed hundreds of drones through the Portal while the Elves prepared to face Wolaz’s nearly hundred-thousand-strong Demon Clan army. The battle began with powerful magic and heavy casualties among the demons, but the protected horde continued advancing toward the twenty thousand Elf defenders.

  • A technical officer reported that 520 Swarm drones and 80 Blade drones were deployed, and Long Zhan said they might buy the Elves time.
  • Wolaz led the approaching Demon Clan army on a siege beast and ordered his troops to charge the Elves.
  • Elder Muyu and the Holy Human Race’s mages attacked the vanguard with thorn magic and Holy Light, killing thousands of demons.
  • High-level Liches shielded the advancing Demon Clan troops, while Adrian rallied twenty thousand Elf warriors to defend the line until reinforcements arrived.
  • The Demon Clan’s beasts, armored soldiers, flying units, and siege beasts surged toward the defenders as the all-out clash erupted.

Ch. 74The Portal, in Peril!!!

General Adrian led the Elves’ defense against the advancing Demon Clan, and the arrival of three Dragons briefly eased the pressure before Winged Demons broke through toward the Portal. Elder Muyu called for the Portal to be protected as the battle’s rear came under threat.

  • General Adrian ordered the Elf archers and Elemental Elf mages to attack the charging demons while the shield infantry held the first defensive line.
  • The Demon Clan breached the shield wall, but ten Golden-Armored Knights sealed the gap and helped stabilize the defenses.
  • Three Dragons arrived and used Dragon Breath to devastate the demon army, then fought two corrupted Bone Dragons in the sky.
  • Hundreds of Winged Demons broke through the aerial Elves’ blockade and swooped toward the mage position and the Portal.
  • Elder Muyu shouted for the Portal to be protected.

Ch. 75A hymn played by Great Xia's technology

Great Xia’s suicide drones entered the battle and intercepted the Winged Demons threatening the Portal, destroying them with powerful explosives. Elder Muyu watched the attack and realized the Elves still had hope.

  • Elemental Elves used enchanted Repeating Crossbows to shoot down the Winged Demons attacking their mage formation.
  • Elder Muyu raced toward the Portal but could not stop the other Winged Demons from breaking through the Elf Defense Line.
  • At the Arctic base, Long Zhan waited until the Winged Demons approached before ordering Great Xia’s suicide drones to attack.
  • The drones detonated their RDX payloads against the Winged Demons, killing them in successive explosions.
  • Elder Muyu watched the surviving Winged Demons flee and exclaimed that the Elves still had hope.
