Hold Up the Heavens found the black box that could take them home, but chose to delay returning while they prepared. When they visited Water Mirror Star, they found the planet in ruins after Calamities and newly empowered Awakened had destroyed its society.
Abyssal Erosion was born when the blue-haired girl sacrificed herself to save Water Mirror Star’s last survivors. It turned on the fleeing warships, and Wan Lan challenged their leader’s pleas for mercy.
The Hold Up the Heavens witnessed Water Mirror Star’s history and learned that [Abyssal Erosion] had arisen from Mu Bingge’s power. As [Abyssal Erosion] asked them to end its existence, Ye Buyu proposed separating it from Water Mirror Star’s Consciousness Entity instead.
Ye Buyu and Mu Bingge separated [Abyssal Erosion] from Water Mirror Star’s consciousness, creating a new being from the merged consciousnesses of Water Mirror Star and Heart Tide. After the being woke, Ye Buyu invited her to help save civilization, while the group considered returning home.
Ye Buyu and the others returned from the past to find that time on the Dead Star had stopped while they were away, leaving their enemies and a tier-ten expert still nearby. With the enemy they could not defeat still present, Hold Up the Heavens prepared for a major move and asked Zhao Zhe what backup the Salvation Hall of Fame had.
Hold Up the Heavens summoned the Voidwalker to pull the hidden blade from the Dead Star’s core, causing the planet to break apart and defend itself. As the factions rushed to seize the Divine Miracle, the chapter left them converging on the giant and its prize.
The Salvation Hall of Fame joined the battle to protect the Voidwalker as Qian Tu and Zhan Tu pressed the attack. With Li Yong nearing the Voidwalker, the chapter ended as the Wind and Thunder King arrived first and hurled a bundle toward Kou Ying.
Judgment’s Lu and Mie arrived to confront Li Yong while Hold Up the Heavens and their allies struggled to pull a strange saber from Voidwalker. The Void Order joined the effort, but the group still had not discovered what condition would release the saber.
Lou Guanshan used the Planetary Core to awaken the Dead Star and help Hold Up the Heavens pull a hidden blade from it, while Judgment launched a slaughter against the Calamities. As Li Yong fought Slaughter and others converged on the treasure, a black streak raced toward the Voidwalker and darkness swallowed the battlefield.
Darkness, the Second Princess of the Dark Abyss Calamity Dynasty, appeared and tried to claim the saber, but the Dead Star’s magma burned her when she touched it. As Seat Mie and the Primordial Beginning Tower’s Elder Wu moved to stop her, the battle for the divine blade remained unresolved.
Darkness fought Wu Dan and the Annihilation Seat while arguing that Civilizations were doomed to extinction. As the Six Hold Up the Heavens Members tried to draw the blade, allies rallied to help, and the Primordial Beginning Tower’s people joined them despite fears over who would claim it.
Hold Up the Heavens drew a dangerous saber from the magma while allies from Judgment, the Salvation Hall of Fame, and Those Without a Home fought to keep the Calamities away. As the blade emerged, Wind-Thunder urged the group to hurry before he resorted to self-detonation.
Those Without a Home and Wind-Thunder sacrificed themselves to buy time for Hold Up the Heavens to draw the blade hidden in the Dead Star. The Primordial Beginning Tower used the revealed Blade Edge to attack Li Yong while the Judgment Seats engaged their opponents, and Qian Tu fought the Annihilation Seat.
Qian Tu abandoned her fight and withdrew with the Dark Abyss Calamity Dynasty as Judgment clashed with the retreating Calamities. Dead Star’s blade struck Li Yong, but he survived and seized Ye Buyu as the exhausted fighters gathered below.
Ye Buyu and her allies fought Li Yong, a Calamity that regenerated by drawing energy from everyone nearby. As the monster continued to grow, Ye Buyu searched through чужие memories for clues about its origin.
Ye Buyu uncovered Li Yong’s memories and learned that his obsession with living fueled [Life Sustenance], allowing him to resurrect. As the battle continued, Wan Lan asked everyone to answer what living meant, and the fighters attacked while sharing their answers.
Yan Yan explained that he stayed alive to remember the 358 Blueprint Drafters who had represented Dustgrass, and his answer helped Li Yong recall the hands that had saved him. Li Yong stopped drawing in energy, allowing Lou Guanshan and the others to destroy the Calamity’s core; the survivors celebrated, and a puppy-shaped charm remained as a civilization’s last legacy.
After [Life Sustenance] fell, the surviving factions withdrew from the battlefield, leaving the Divine Miracle item and the shattered core behind. The exhausted survivors scattered to safety as two unknown figures arrived at the empty site.
After the factional crisis, Ku Rong publicized Hold Up the Heavens in two plays and argued that the eighth-tiers could become a banner for the universe’s scattered remnants of Civilization. Hold Up the Heavens confronted the bleakness of a world where many had surrendered, and Su Wuwei insisted that some would still rise and fight.
After facing the grim realities of their world, Ye Buyu and her teammates focused on rebuilding her body and avoiding their pursuers. They decided to go undercover in enemy territory and planned to ask Sister Note to conceal Ye Buyu’s identity.
Ye Buyu and her allies prepared to infiltrate Calamity territory while Little Whale arranged training for their companions. A call from Wei Changming brought news from home and revealed his concern over Ye Buyu’s damaged body.
Wei Changming updated Hold Up the Heavens on the Present World's progress and asked them to become war correspondents to keep the people vigilant. After Ye Buyu admitted she would run when frightened, Wei Changming decided Kou Ying was the best choice to report from the front.
Kou Ying accepted an assignment to send footage during the team's undercover mission, while Ku Rong faced questions about his refusal to help Ye Buyu. After Ye Buyu asserted her authority as Hall Master, Ku Rong revealed a cryptic message and said she had ordered him not to interfere in her life and death.
Ye Buyu divided the Fourteenth Tier Calamity Core among Hold Up the Heavens and the Withered Glory Theatre before her group began absorbing its energy. Ku Rong then invited Zhao Zhe and the others into the Theatre’s Plays, where they could face historical catastrophes to grow stronger and uncover clues about resistance.
Chen Ze and the others questioned Ku Rong about the Salvation Hall of Fame and learned why he trusted Hold Up the Heavens. Note prepared disguises and escape talismans for their plan, but was left exasperated by the group’s choices.
