Nami, I've Come to Take You Home

"Mommy! Don't chase me! Aaaah..."

Usopp ran for his life. These fish-men looked incredibly fierce; if they caught him, he would definitely lose his life.

"Luffy, Moonlight, Sanji, come save me!"

As he spoke, he hurriedly set off the firework in his hand as a signal.

"That's... Usopp's direction. He found Nami!"

Seeing the firework shoot into the sky, Sanji immediately changed direction and ran toward Usopp.

"Usopp!"

Luffy had been stuffing himself in the village and gathering some information. Having just finished eating, he saw Usopp's signal firework. He patted his full stomach in satisfaction and ran toward Usopp.

"Over there!"

Yosaku and Johnny also ran toward the fireworks with Zoro.

"This is bad. That's Usopp. He must have broken into Arlong Park and been discovered!"

Seeing the direction of the signal firework, Nami could not help but be shocked.

She already knew that Luffy and the others had split up to look for her on the island, and she immediately grew anxious.

"Moonlight, we need to hurry!"

"No need to worry, and don't underestimate Usopp. He may look like that, but when it matters, he never backs down."

Moonlight merely waved a hand, unhurried.

Usopp was the kind of person who came back from desperate situations and rose in adversity. He was timid only because he had not yet been driven into a corner.

Moonlight was not worried.

"You think that highly of Long Nose?"

Nami was stunned. She had never expected a powerful fighter like Moonlight to have such an assessment of Usopp.

Moonlight did not answer and simply headed toward Arlong Park.

Arlong Park.

"They've shown themselves?"

Arlong saw the signal firework rising into the sky as well and sneered.

His men were everywhere on this island. He would learn of anything that happened immediately.

He had noticed Usopp the moment he broke in, but he had not cared about an ordinary human like him.

"They've appeared. Not just him—the other members of the Straw Hat Pirates too. Our men have already found their tracks!"

Chu said.

Fish-men were spread throughout these waters. The moment any outsider came ashore, they would know.

"What a surprise. So they're the companions Nami mentioned. Too bad they came knocking on death's door themselves. They really don't know what's good for them."

Kuroobi said indifferently.

In his eyes, no pirate crew in the East Blue could compare to the Arlong Pirates.

Anyone who came here was simply looking to die.

"Hehehe, my blades have been hungry for a long time."

Hachi chuckled, making one of his swords dance in a blur beneath his tentacles.

"That's right, the Arlong Pirates are the strongest pirate crew in the East Blue!"

"A few rookie brats aren't worth worrying about!"

"Kekekekekeke..."

The surrounding fish-men burst into laughter.

They did not take Luffy and the others seriously at all.

"Alright, open the gates and welcome our guests. They are fellow pirates, after all."

Arlong chuckled and ordered the gates opened to welcome Luffy and the others.

"Hm? Why are the gates open?"

"They're deliberately looking down on us?"

"Nami, I've come to take you home."

"Luffy, Sanji, you finally made it!"

Before long, Luffy and Sanji arrived almost at the same time. Looking at the wide-open gates of Arlong Park, Sanji thought for a moment and understood what was going on. His expression immediately darkened.

They were actually looking down on him!

Luffy, meanwhile, shouted directly into the park.

Hearing the commotion, Usopp poked his head out from the hidden bushes at the side and hurried over. Seeing Sanji and Luffy, he was overjoyed.

"Alright. Since they've opened the gates to welcome us, we should put on a good show as guests."

Sanji lit a cigarette. After exhaling a stream of smoke, the three of them walked inside.

"Where's Nami? Nami! Nami! I've come to take you home!"

The moment he entered, Luffy ignored all the fish-men around him and shouted loudly.

"Luffy, keep it down. These fish-men are vicious."

Usopp's heart trembled as he hurriedly warned him.

"It doesn't matter. At this point, everything's out in the open."

Sanji waved a hand and looked around. Finally, his gaze settled on Arlong, seated on a throne in the center of the park.

If nothing unexpected happened, he was the captain.

"Kekekeke, you're Nami's companions? Sorry, but Nami belongs to me. She was only deceiving and using you."

Seeing the three of them, Arlong was the first to laugh.

"Nonsense! Nami is our companion. She's never used me. Who are you? Hand Nami over now! Huh, Usopp, his nose is even longer than yours."

Luffy stared directly at Arlong and shouted.

Then he looked at Arlong's nose, then at Usopp's, and said it.

"You bastard, is this the time to say that?"

Usopp flew into a rage and gave him a hard knock on the head.

"I got it."

Luffy covered the bump on his head, looking aggrieved.

"Enough nonsense. The situation is clear now: four of us against a whole crowd. Don't waste time. Looking at them, they won't hand Nami over obediently."

Sanji exhaled smoke, his gaze falling on the three people beside Arlong.

Those three were likely the officers of the Arlong Pirates.

"Luffy, I'll handle these three. You just deal with their captain."

Sanji pointed at Hachi and the other two.

"Okay."

Luffy cracked his knuckles and stared at Arlong.

"Hey, hey, hey, you damn curly-brow! Don't look down on us!"

Hearing Sanji's words, Hachi could not sit still. He was a swordsman too, yet someone was looking down on him!

"Heh."

Kuroobi smiled without speaking. His eyes merely stared coldly at Sanji, a trace of disdain flashing in their depths.

"I'll deal with you."

With a cold snort, Kuroobi charged straight at him.

Sanji snorted and rushed forward as well, launching a flying kick!

Bang!

The two forces collided, and neither gave an inch!

"Interesting. No wonder a human like you dares to be so arrogant. But this is all you've got."

Feeling Sanji's strength, Kuroobi smiled. Sanji's kick was indeed powerful.

It had actually made his fish-man body hurt a little.

"Luffy!"

Sanji shouted toward Luffy.

"Okay."

Without hesitation, Luffy ran straight at Arlong.

He would send Arlong flying and bring Nami back.

"Do you think we don't exist?"

"You're looking down on us too much!"

Seeing this, Hachi and Chu sneered.

Hachi spread his tentacles, his blades dancing as they slashed toward Luffy.

Chu opened his mouth and spat out a water arrow, which shot fiercely toward Luffy!

Bang!

But just then, a flash of sword light appeared, instantly blocking Hachi's blades! A green figure flickered past—it was Zoro, arriving at the crucial moment.

Smack!

At the same time, an iron pellet struck Chu in the face. It was Usopp.

Facing powerful enemies, both of them made their move! "Don't interfere with our captain!"

"Luffy, leave him to you."

The two shouted in unison.
