Background

Bai Qi first appeared as a dangerous demon wolf attempting to enter Jing City after attacking a caravan while disguised as a woman. Jiang Changsheng subdued her with the Golden Scale Jade Leaf rather than killing her, then ordered her to guard the Great Vehicle Dragon Tower for ten years. The following morning, he brought her to his courtyard, where Wang Chen remarked on her glossy gray-white fur. 50

Originally regarded as a villainous killer with a majestic presence, Bai Qi became one of Jiang Changsheng's longest-serving companions. Although he initially hoped to develop her into a powerful demon-beast combatant, he later accepted her as a companion and “mascot”; Bai Qi and White Dragon remained with him as other people came and went. 134

She trained under Jiang Changsheng and the Sword God, studying the Heavenly Thunder Undying Divine Body, the Nine Gods Heaven Shifting Skill, the Wild Dao Divine Essence Skill, and swordsmanship.
