The Story of the "Sea God" (5K)
"Lorry doesn't know if Laticia and the others would still have chosen to act if they knew that their actions were not accidental, but rather orchestrated by powerful beings with divine influence, and that the Book of Calamities they found would bring them destruction. But clearly, they no longer have a chance to back out."
"That forgotten temple is actually the ruins of the ancient Elf."
"Its original owner was the Queen of the Elves, the Calamity Queen Elf, Cohinem, but she did not die completely."
"The ' Sea God ' Kalvetua, worshipped by the native inhabitants of the Rorsted Archipelago, attained Demigod by absorbing some of the Beyonder Characteristic left behind by the ' Calamity Queen,' Cohinem. However, he lacked wisdom and failed to discover the Concealment connection between his hiding place and the ancient Elven Ruins of Symeem Island."
"When the Book of Calamities was taken by Laticia and the others, the ancient ruins collapsed. Already barely clinging to life, its condition worsened further, and it was on the verge of disintegration and death."
"Survival is a biological instinct."
"The ' Sea God ' Kalvetua, unwilling to die, went completely mad, seeking a way to prolong its existence. On one hand, it drove its Believer to search for the whereabouts of Laticia and others; on the other hand, it tried to find a suitable new body to Possession through the ' Holy Sword ' mentioned by its Believer."
"For unknown reasons, Klein, having successfully completed the hunt, wished to attend an extraordinary local gathering and, led by Danitz, the Fourth Sailor-in-Charge of the ' Golden Dream,' arrived at the rebel headquarters."
"This is perfectly reasonable. If the resistance wants to survive, they naturally want to make friends with many forces, including Pirate."
"Moreover, Vice Admiral Iceberg Edwina's ' Golden Dream ' is no ordinary Pirate force; it's backed by a righteous church."
"One of the rebel leaders Karat, issued a request to Klein and his men to find Laticia and the others, but Klein was not interested."
Guided by his Spirituality intuition, Klein noticed the "sacred object."
"Due to his own negligence, he exhibited certain abnormalities when he came into contact with the ' Holy Sword,' which attracted the attention of the rebel leader."
"Perhaps the rebel leaders were wary of this Crazy Adventurer who had successfully hunted 'Steel,' or perhaps the ' Holy Sword's' reaction fell far short of the oracle's requirements; in any case, for some reason even the writer himself was unaware of, they did not take action against Klein and Danitz."
Klein suspected something and planned to report "Sea God" Kalvetua.
"Danitz didn't want to accept the task of posting a complaint letter at the Church of Storms Church, but he didn't dare refuse this Crazy Adventurer."
"Perhaps by Luck, he didn't develop Beyonder Characteristic on the spot."
"Actually, Danitz's choice is not important. Even if he had bravely refused Klein's mission, someone else would have done it."
"For example, their mobile force, ' Flower Bow Tie ' Jodson."
As his condition worsened, "Sea God" Kalvetua went completely mad, plotting to unleash Catastrophe and wipe out everyone on the Rorsted Archipelago.
But its plan failed; here comes "Sea King" Arne Kottman.
The writer strongly suspects that he is the same person who gave out the missions he encountered at some Concealment gathering.
"However, that's not important; he won't let go of the opportunity to strengthen himself."
"Klein is another person who thinks the same way!"
He had read a page of a forged Roselle's Diary as a "Fool," and knew that "Sea God" Kalvetua could bring him immense benefits.
Klein decides to snatch food from the tiger's mouth!
"He carries the hatred from Tingen City, yearns for power, craves revenge, and is absolutely willing to take risks as long as he is certain of his safety."
"This is a perfectly reasonable choice, and it has nothing to do with the writer!"
"As the King of Yellow and Black who wields good fortune, Klein is clearly lucky, receiving some help from Azik, the descendant of 'Death.'"
He attempted to pinpoint the hiding place of "Sea God" Kalvetua through a Sacrifice, which led Sea God Kalvetua, who had found his last lifeline, to launch a desperate attack. In order to protect himself, he threw items infected with the Mental Pollution "True Creator" into the Sacrifice gate.
Klein's actions, by sheer chance, led to the premature demise of "Sea God" Kalvetua!
"Through Mysticism connection with his own belongings, he arrived in Spirit Body form at the hiding place of the Sea God Kalvetua before the sea Sea King."
"Can Klein succeed in snatching food from the tiger's mouth? After all, ' Sea King ' Arne Kottman is a powerful Sequence 3 Beyonder!"
"He is Luck."
"Even the mighty ' Sea King ' Arne Kottman couldn't magically find the hiding place of ' Sea God ' Kalvetua."
"Otherwise, he wouldn't have allowed the other party to linger on for so many years."
"The most important reason why he hasn't found them yet is that the Church of Storms simply hasn't located Laticia and the others."
Without the Book of Calamities, "Sea King" was left far behind by Klein!
"But Klein was also unfortunate."
"The reason the Church of Storms couldn't find Laticia and the others is that the mission is impossible to complete, because they are not even in the Real World."
Long before Klein and his companions were even planning how to hunt "Steel," Lorry had already appeared on Symeem Island.
"Perhaps they were worried that leaving in a hurry would expose their own problems, perhaps they were in poor condition due to the influence of the Book of Calamities, or perhaps they didn't buy their tickets in advance. In any case, for some unknown reason, after leaving the Primeval Jungle, Laticia and the others did not leave Symeem Island immediately, but lingered in the Port town."
"Even more unfortunately, there's only one Inn here."
"Lorry, who checked in early, effortlessly encountered a key figure that the Church of Future Church of Storms and the Military's Beyonder had been searching high and low for."
He obtained the Book of Calamities, which "Sea King" Arne Kottman had been desperately seeking, and beat him to it by finding Kalvetua!
"This is a perfectly reasonable and logical thing."
"To some extent, Lorry possesses the ability to 'predict the Future,' and combined with his powerful Sealed Artifact, doing so is effortless!"
"The failure of 'Sea King ' Yann Kottman is irrefutable proof!"
"Lorry has always held Klein in high regard and has been generous in offering his help, but how will he choose when faced with the legacy of an extraordinary being at the Demigod level?"
Nobody knows the answer.
"Even the writer himself felt the same way, so he decided to leave everything to fate and let it decide the ownership of the Kalvetua's Legacy!"
"And so, the story of the Sea God Kalvetua comes to an end."
