A new journey
Meanwhile, in another Dimension.
Lorry watched calmly as the enormous Snake Corpse slowly shrank and entered the illusory door, the Illusions outside shattering like bubbles.
The White Bone Ring, freed from its restraints, was instantly drawn into the illusory Portal.
The next second, it reappeared in Lorry's hand.
Not far away was the massive body of Kalvetua, and further away were the Corpse of Scowal, "Blood-colored Thorn," and "The Scroll Professor."
--The abilities of "Wraith" Sebas have been analyzed. In view of his sins in life, Lorry threw his Corpse into the sea to feed the fish.
The Illusions we just saw was Sequence 6 of the corresponding Pathway, "The Zombie".
Illusions lack real flesh and blood, but they still need to follow the laws of physics. Illusions from other Pathway are far less powerful and agile than "Zombie" underwater.
The latter naturally possesses the ability to withstand fire and drowning.
As they approached the enormous Snake Corpse, Lorry suddenly asked with a smile:
"Old Gentleman, what if one day the Lieutenant Colonel came back to life and discovered that his ring contained a bunch of abilities beyond Demigod level? Wouldn't that be terrifying and make you question the meaning of life?"
"Him?" Sebastian scoffed.
He would only be smug, thinking that he hadn't entrusted the wrong person, and that the strength of the Sealed Artifact had increased several levels simply by the time he woke up.
"Hmph, Vera loves getting benefits without doing any work."
His tone was full of disdain.
However, Lorry still detected a hint of nostalgia in his voice.
After a brief silence, he gave a slight grin. "Then let's keep trying and make sure this guy gets a shock when he wakes up."
As he spoke, he found a gap in Kalvetua's massive body and soaked the White Bone Ring in the foul-smelling blood.
After all this was done, the entire space quickly became quiet.
Lorry glanced down at the White Bone Ring that was focused on analyzing the blood of the Demigod, then turned back to where he had been and materialized an Easy Chair to lie down.
A Dark Gold page automatically appeared in his mind, every word in it fully activated, with Red Light freely swirling within.
This signifies that the arrangement was successful and that it has fulfilled its mission.
Soon, the page turned into golden specks of light and disappeared, leaving a tear at the binding—a faint white light was trying to repair and fill the tear.
"Now, I should continue my journey." Lorry slowly opened his eyes, a slight smile playing on his lips, and murmured to himself.
Of course, before that, he needs to take stock of what he has gained this time.
The Beyonder Characteristic of "Sea God" Kalvetua, which had briefly remained in his possession, were now being traded to Klein in exchange for three promises for the Future.
The first thing has been determined:
Once Klein Advancement "Miracle Invoker," he will find a way to locate the Lieutenant Colonel's spirit within the "Curse of Knowledge" and steal it.
Using the characteristics of the "Miracle Invoker," the Lieutenant Colonel was brought Resurrection.
Lorry hasn't figured out the latter two things yet; he only has a vague direction for now, but he's certain that one of them corresponds to Beyonder Characteristic.
An Beyonder Characteristic of the "Attendant of Mysteries" or "Worm of Time".
The physical body of "Sea God" Kalvetua had two main uses:
First, by utilizing the special nature of the "Curse of Knowledge," analyze its blood and learn the corresponding Beyonder Ability at the Demigod level.
Secondly, they used parts of Snake Skin rich in Spirituality, such as Snake Scales, Snake Bones, as Base Material Mysticism to create "Spirituality Restoration" Charm.
These Charm require very high-quality materials to make.
For example, the "Elder Tree" at the Sequence 6 level could only Charm most of the Spirituality of a Sequence 7 Beyonder.
When Lorry's Spirituality is completely depleted, it often takes several pills to fully recover.
The materials collected from the body of "Sea God" Kalvetua would never be unable to bear the Spirituality energy when making Charm.
With the matter of the Demigod creature settled, Lorry began to consider his future.
For him, there are three urgent matters at present.
First, digest the "Mystery Pryer's " Potion.
In a sense, finding the hiding place of "Sea God" Kalvetua is also a kind of decryption, and the significant digestion of the Potion can prove this point.
Having played the role twice, Lorry has now completed more than half of his digestion process.
His Spirituality intuition told him that after two more successful role-playing sessions, he could fully digest his "Mystery Pryer" Potion.
He intended to put these two performances on the latter two things.
Second, to seek revenge on the person behind the control of Parliamentarian Begat.
Lorry doesn't need to do this himself.
Currently, Pali Beria - Lorry has begun mobilizing members of the Beria Family to search for a member of the "Rose School" named Gibson.
Gather intelligence, search for clues, and unravel the mystery until the real culprit is found.
This also falls under the category of decryption.
Third, live for a period of time aboard the "Golden Dream" as "Flower Bow Tie," following this group of part-time Pirate in their pursuit of lost treasure.
This was also one of the original purposes of Lorry contacting "Vice Admiral Iceberg".
However, he is still familiarizing himself with the crew information of the "Golden Dream" and cannot board the ship for the time being, so he needs to wander around for a while longer.
"How about we go back to Backlund for a few days and process the harvest?"
Lorry suddenly realized that he had a lot of things to deal with, and the situation in Bayam was tense, with the Beyonder Gathering completely suspended.
Among them, the Beyonder Characteristic include one "Wraith", three "Scroll Professor", one "Harvest Priest", and one "Serial Killer".
Aside from the "Serial Killer" trait, everything else can be sold.
But today seems to be Monday, and I just finished Tarot Club, so there's no need to rush back... I'd rather give Justice punishment to a few vicious Great Pirate first...
With a surge of thoughts, Lorry quickly made up his mind.
I'll go back in a few days!
Backlund, Wednesday.
With today being the last day of the agreement, Fors dawdled until dusk before finally leaving home, Trembling from the cold, and boarding a carriage.
Two hours later, far away in the Rorsted Archipelago, Klein stared at the massive thing on his Bedroom table, his lips twitching involuntarily.
"This piece of junk is worth 30 pounds?!"
"Damn, if I'd known it would be this expensive, I would have picked a cheaper one."
He stared at the table with a pained expression, then suddenly took a deep breath and decided to go out for a walk, hoping to find a few Pirate to make up for his losses.
Meanwhile, inside the Breeze Bar on the Dilinus Island.
Lorry, sporting a "Flower Bow Tie" Jodson's face, swaggered to the bar and casually tossed over a few coins. "A Southville Beer."
After staring at the customer's patterned bow tie for a few seconds, the Bartender seemed to suddenly remember something, his body trembled almost imperceptibly, and he quickly turned around to take the drink.
"Okay, okay."
He chuckled and handed over a full glass of undiluted Beer.
Lorry nodded slightly, picked up the glass and took a few sips. The moment the aroma of malt burst in his mouth, he showed a blissful expression.
Then, he put down his wine glass and asked casually:
