"Artisan"
The aged face on the White Bone Ring scoffed, "Do you need to tell me?"
Then he urged again:
"You've tested the main physical strength and power. As for the remaining speed and endurance, you can experiment with them yourself when you have time. First, let's see how your Spirituality is now."
Lorry happened to have the same idea, and immediately took out the "Book of Dimensions".
Just as he was about to bleed, he suddenly slapped his forehead and said with a self-deprecating laugh, "Today's convenient, there's ready-made 'ink' to use."
As he spoke, he used his finger as a pen, rubbing it against his body a few times, then turned to a brand new, Dark Gold page and began to trace the words:
"... Black hair, brown eyes, linen shirt, slender build, ordinary features, rather deep-set face..." A "Marionettist Seer" through the "Diviner" Pathway...
"... Seeing the Spirit Body Threads... controlling the target like Marionette... completely turning the target into one's own Puppet..."
Based on the detailed descriptions in the Original Novel, Lorry easily sketched out a character who conforms to the laws of Mysticism and possesses the strength of a "Marionettist".
Then, he extended his right palm and covered the Dark Gold page.
With a thought, an invisible Mysticism channel was established, and Spirituality swiftly spread along his palm to the covered Dark Gold pages.
Suddenly, the bright red words on it all lit up at once, darting around like wriggling tadpoles, quickly forming a lifelike image. Lorry looked up at the White Bone Ring:
It's done.
Sebastian quickly asked, "About how much of your Spirituality did you use?"
"A little over 45%, less than 50%," Lorry replied with a smile.
Upon hearing this, even the well-traveled Sebastian couldn't help but fall silent for a few seconds. His aged features revealed an expression of surprise and delight as he murmured:
"You're a Monster, kid."
"Not even at Sequence 6 yet, but their Spirituality is already equivalent to two Sequence 5 Beyonder."
"Why don't you consider how much I paid for this?" Lorry retorted irritably. "Let's not even talk about the distant past; just the cost of these two secret techniques alone is a whopping thirty thousand pounds! How many other Sequence 7 cultivators could afford that? At market prices, that's roughly enough to concoct three Sequence 5 Potion!"
"That's true, but..."
Sebastian thought for a moment and said, "You also have to thank your Mystical Item that boosts your luck; both spells were successful on the first try."
"I failed once back then, and lost a lot of materials."
"Perhaps." Lorry nodded slightly, his expression somewhat strange. He didn't know what was going on, but ever since he got the "Lucky Money Bag," he had started spending money like water, whether willingly or unwillingly.
No matter how much money you earn, you'll always find a way to spend it all in a short time.
This experience is truly speechless.
However, little by little, it adds up to a considerable amount of good fortune today. At least I have never lost anything of value because of the "Fire Seed".
Lost in thought, he looked down at the image of Klein Moretti on the Dark Gold pages, and a slight smile suddenly appeared in his eyes.
Klein probably hasn't Advancement "Marionettist" yet... but I've already created Illusions based on him...
Life... Lorry clicked his tongue twice in his mind and reached out to touch it.
On the Dark Gold pages, Klein Moretti's image rapidly deconstructs, transforming in the blink of an eye back into an unfamiliar middle-aged face.
"I'm going to take a bath," he said, shrugging at the White Bone Ring.
Sebastian hummed in agreement, then transformed into a beam of white light and flew toward the only tidy desk in the room, concealing his Spirituality as if it were an ordinary Accessory.
As evening fell, in the captain's cabin of the "Golden Dream," after listening to Lorry's request, "Vice Admiral Iceberg" Edwina nodded slightly and said calmly, "Understood. Wait here for a few minutes."
After saying that, she turned and walked to her large captain's table, taking out a bunch of bottles, jars and herbs from the numbered drawers and getting busy.
Lorry, a guest, sat on the Sofa, grinning widely.
He came here seeking help.
The second type of "Spirit Ascension" technique has certain side effects when strengthening the physical body, namely, blood stasis in the body and occasional pain.
Lorry could indeed use the "Book of Dimensions" to create the Illusions a "Doctor" to heal himself, but there's an old saying, "Even a skilled cook can't make a meal without rice."
He did not prepare the corresponding herbs and materials in advance.
Although you can find a ship's doctor or Teleportation to a nearby island to buy one, from a cost-effectiveness perspective, finding "Vice Admiral Iceberg" is still the best solution.
He had heard the other party mention that he could simulate the abilities of a "Apothecary".
A short while later, a cool, clear voice rang out in the captain's cabin:
"Wait another forty-five minutes."
Upon hearing this, Lorry paused, put down his Mysticism Notes, and looked at "Vice Admiral Iceberg." He saw her place a timer next to the coal stove, light the coal, place a small pot on a metal stand, press the timer, and then walk over and sit on the Single Sofa. After thanking "Vice Admiral Iceberg," whose hands were folded on her knees, Lorry closed his Mysticism Notes, put it back on the Tea Table, and began the conversation:
What have you been researching lately?
He wasn't sure if it was just his imagination, but after hearing the word "research," the other person's expressionless face seemed to become a little more lively.
Edwina pursed her lips and said in a slightly trembling tone:
"The ' Artisan ' Charm is reusable."
"Due to the monopoly of the Church of the God of Steam and Machinery," Artisan " or similar abilities have long been extremely scarce."
"If my research succeeds, submitting it to the church will earn me a substantial contribution, which will help me exchange for the next level of Potion."
"Wouldn't a one-time ' Artisan ' Charm?" Lorry suggested.
"No." Edwina shook her head slightly.
"Because I don't have a comprehensive grasp of the relevant knowledge, my success rate in simulating the ' Artisan ' ability is not high, and it's very troublesome to make."
"Moreover, simply handing over Charm yields very little contribution."
The implication was that the cost-effectiveness was too low, and there wasn't much need to do it? Lorry nodded slightly, unable to help but sigh inwardly:
"It seems that it's not easy to survive in a big power. In order to accumulate the contribution required for Advancement, you are constantly busy and rushing to one mission after another."
"Of course, they are still much happier than wild Beyonder."
"At least there is a direction to strive towards."
"Forget Sequence 4, I don't even know the Formula Sequence 5 Potion..."
His thoughts were racing when he noticed the "Vice Admiral Iceberg" pause slightly, a faint smile appearing on his face, "Besides, the research itself brings me plenty of enjoyment."
That's true... Lorry nodded to himself.
The two had collaborated on research, and he was well aware of the other's temperament in this regard.
Thinking about it, Lorry suddenly had an idea. "Madam, where does your ' Artisan ' ability come from? If it's convenient, I hope you can tell me."
