Chapters 526–550 Vol. 6 Read

Ch. 526Killing with a Borrowed Blade

Mu You tricked Tasaki Genshu into giving him heart vein blood, then used the masked man’s intervention to kill Tasaki and advance to a 9th-generation vampire. After learning Blood Path, Iron Body, and Super Speed, Mu You followed the masked man to meet the Regent.

  • Mu You asked about Tasaki Genshu’s injuries, then accepted his heart vein blood and revealed that he had learned Talent Absorption instead of Super Sense.
  • Mu You shot the weakened Tasaki Genshu, who retaliated and nearly killed him before the masked man attacked.
  • Mu You swallowed Tasaki Genshu’s heart vein blood as the masked man’s concealed weapons blasted Tasaki to death.
  • Mu You rerolled his inherited blood laws until he gained Blood Path, awakened Iron Body, and spent blood law points to learn both talents and Super Speed.
  • The masked man warned Mu You not to manipulate him again, burned the vampires’ corpses, and took Mu You to meet the Regent.

Ch. 527Back from the dead

Mu You received the Regent’s offer to join the Royals but declined to decide immediately, then confirmed that a boy from the game had appeared dead in America. Back in the game, an email from Katelinna offered to help him evade the Regent’s Watcher and summoned him to Red Peak Cemetery.

  • The Regent gave Mu You sourceless heart blood and offered him a place as his Right Hand, explaining how he could obtain Mu You’s Blood Law and promising to help him during the trial.
  • Mu You left the Mansion without accepting the offer and returned to the game’s assigned apartment to rest while the Masked Man continued following him.
  • Mu You saw news of a teenager found dead in America, traveled to the morgue, and recognized the corpse as the boy from the game.
  • After Mu You returned home, the boy suddenly opened his eyes inside the morgue’s Body Locker.
  • Mu You’s game character woke hungry, and Mu You decided not to feed immediately because the Regent’s Watcher remained a problem.
  • Mu You received an email from Katelinna inviting him to Red Peak Cemetery, where she said she could help him shake off the Watcher.

Ch. 528The True Lord Was Calling

Mu You accepted Katelinna’s help to escape the masked man and learned that she had brought him to Red Maple Manor because the will of the world was away. The chapter left him choosing to trust her and enter the manor, where she claimed he could discover the truth about the Blood Clan.

  • Mu You read about the Deathspeaker Clan and decided to meet Katelinna, saving the Regent’s heart blood for later.
  • Mu You arrived at Chifeng Cemetery, where spirits appeared and swarmed the masked man, giving Mu You a chance to escape.
  • Katelinna led Mu You through the cemetery and foggy woods, then revealed she was a fifth-generation vampire and a prophet.
  • Katelinna said she had saved Mu You because he might help her, and urged him to act while the will of the world was away.
  • Katelinna brought Mu You to Red Maple Manor and asked him to enter; Mu You chose to trust her.

Ch. 529The Shining Manor and Mad Jack

Katelinna explained Red Maple Manor’s history and the origin of the Deathspeakers’ Prophet talent, then sent Mu You inside to find the True Master. Mu You encountered Mad Jack, a powerful first-generation vampire, escaped him briefly, and fell into the basement while pursuing the woman in red as Jack approached.

  • Katelinna told Mu You that the manor’s terrifying Flashbacks had afflicted an orphanage there and that the first Deathspeaker gained the Prophet talent from them.
  • Katelinna explained that the True Master, a woman in red who had once directed the orphanage, was calling to her and asked Mu You to find her.
  • Mu You entered the manor, found no one behind a curtain, and heard a threatening man’s laughter over a telephone.
  • Mu You chased a woman in white and encountered Mad Jack, whose axe wound severely injured him and whose blood laws resisted Mu You’s abilities.
  • Mu You activated Super Speed after many attempts, escaped Mad Jack, and hid beneath the stairs as the killer passed.
  • Mu You spotted the woman in red on the second-floor landing, pursued her up the staircase, and fell into the basement when the rotten planks broke, drawing Mad Jack toward him.

Ch. 530Nun Lilith

Mu You followed the Red-Clothed Woman’s clues through the manor, escaping Mad Jack and surviving the traps to reach the forty-fourth floor. There he found a journal revealing how Lilith adopted and cared for a monstrous child, whose death after a purification ritual may explain the newspaper’s accusations.

  • Mu You rewound time to take a newspaper accusing Lilith of slaughtering eleven adopted children, then escaped Mad Jack with Super Speed.
  • The Red-Clothed Woman’s Flashback visions disrupted Mad Jack, allowing Mu You to flee through the second-floor corridors and enter an elevator.
  • Mu You escaped the elevator’s flames by climbing onto its cables and reached the forty-fourth floor, where he saw Flashbacks of Lilith with thirteen children.
  • In the last children’s room, Mu You encountered a burned, feral boy and found an Orphanage Journal identifying him as Lilith’s thirteenth adopted child.
  • The journal revealed that Lilith fed the boy her blood, that he killed one of the other children, and that the Church returned him as charred remains after a purification ritual; Lilith then buried him and another dead child.

Ch. 531Where was the head?

Mu You explored the manor’s hidden floors, found the Red-Clothed Woman’s sunlight-immunity ring, and killed Mad Jack by exposing him to sunlight. The woman led him to the monstrous infant’s grave, where he uncovered a charred, headless corpse.

  • Mu You compared the journal and newspaper dates, then found the Blood God's Blessing ring where the Red-Clothed Woman had stood.
  • Mad Jack ambushed Mu You on the stairs, but Mu You rewound time and escaped onto the forty-first floor, where he saw a flashback of the church in its past.
  • Mu You lured Mad Jack into the church hall and tore down the curtains, exposing him to sunlight and burning him to death.
  • Mu You absorbed Mad Jack’s corpse, obtained first-generation heart vein blood, and picked up the Mad Blood Axe.
  • The Red-Clothed Woman guided Mu You to a grave marked with the number 13, and he dug up a coffin containing a charred, headless corpse.

Ch. 532The true progenitor of the Blood Clan

Mu You learned from the Lamp Genie that Lilith, the Blood God, had once been a compassionate healer before her bloodline was corrupted and she created the vampire plague. He realized the woman in red’s story was a metaphor for Lilith’s fate, identified Cain as the one who usurped her power and the Administrator, and concluded that Cain was now vulnerable with most of his body sealed away.

  • Mu You questioned the woman in red, who confirmed that the monstrous infant had caused the events and replaced her, then indicated the story was a metaphor for something real.
  • Mu You summoned the Lamp Genie and learned that Lilith had once been the benevolent Blood God, revered as the Mother of Blood.
  • The Lamp Genie explained that Lilith’s bloodline became corrupted, leading her to enslave believers, spread the Blood Plague, and create the vampires.
  • The gods tried Lilith for her crimes and sealed her immortal body in six pieces, but her head disappeared and the Blood God’s server entered Divine Concealment.
  • Mu You deduced that the monstrous infant was Cain, who had drained Lilith, killed her twelve successors, and usurped her power.
  • Mu You concluded that Cain was the Administrator and that he had little power outside the scenario because his body remained sealed beneath sunlight.

Ch. 533One advancement after another

Mu You accepted Lilith’s request to find her twelve heirs’ burial sites and tell their remnant souls the truth, while her lingering consciousness transformed the Blood Shrine and connected him to the Mind Network. He absorbed remains to advance to a seventh-generation vampire, then met Katelinna outside the manor, where she revealed she knew the exit and urged him to leave with her before a disaster trapped them.

  • Mu You told Lilith he would clear her name, and she asked him to find her twelve heirs’ burial sites and explain the tragedy to their remnant souls.
  • Mu You revoked the former judgment against Lilith, accepted the quest Blood God's Last Wish, and watched her lingering consciousness enter the Blood Shrine and transform it into the Blood God's Shrine.
  • Lilith’s remaining energy connected Mu You to the Mind Network, where Katelinna warned him that the Administrator was returning.
  • Mu You used the Blood God's Shrine to absorb the monstrous infant’s remains, advanced twice to become a seventh-generation vampire, and gained new Blood Laws.
  • Mu You met Katelinna outside the manor, learned she planned to leave the city through an exit shown to her by the True Master, and heard her warning that they might be trapped if they stayed.

Ch. 534Tutankara

Mu You refused Katelinna’s invitation to leave and heard a prophecy warning him about a dangerous object and a future confrontation with Beverly. After passing the Regent’s loyalty test by drinking ordinary blood, he learned of a mission to recover Tutankara, the Plague Coffin, from the Revolutionary Clan, and suspected it was the object Katelinna had warned him not to touch.

  • Mu You refused Katelinna’s invitation, then asked her to prophesy and heard visions of a burning city, Beverly attacking him, and an unknown object he must avoid.
  • Katelinna left, and Mu You returned to his apartment, where the Masked Man confronted him before escorting him to the Regent.
  • The Regent offered Mu You a vial of supposed Heart Vein Blood, and Mu You drank it, discovering it was ordinary human blood and a test of his loyalty.
  • The Regent told Mu You that Mansur’s Revolutionary Clan had Tutankara, a sarcophagus containing a plague that could devastate the city’s human population.
  • The Regent asked Mu You to steal Tutankara and return it intact, and Mu You wondered whether it was the dangerous object from Katelinna’s prophecy.

Ch. 535Vampire hunter

After gaining access to Katelinna’s intelligence dossier, Mu You hunted solitary vampires to collect rare Blood Laws and used Shapeshifting to impersonate Jack. By nightfall, his killings and a message sent through Katelinna’s mind network had spread fear of the first-generation vampire Mad Jack throughout Enoch City.

  • Mu You searched Katelinna’s mind network and used her dossier to identify 82 solitary vampires carrying rare Blood Laws.
  • Mu You traveled to a forest farm and confronted Vernon Hocha, a sixth-generation vampire with Shapeshifting.
  • Mu You frightened Vernon by standing unharmed in sunlight, then pursued and killed him, absorbing Shapeshifting and leaving a bloody message signed “Vampire hunter, Mad Jack!”
  • Mu You transformed into Jack and hunted seven more targets, collecting their rare Blood Laws while leaving messages to spread fear.
  • By nightfall, the vampire clans had discovered the daytime killings, and a message in Katelinna’s mind network claimed Mad Jack had killed her and was a first-generation vampire, throwing Enoch City into panic.

Ch. 536Cain's Coffin

Mu You infiltrated the Revolutionaries’ ship to find the Stone Coffin, but Naz Mansur revealed that it had vanished and claimed it held Cain’s remains. Mansur invited Mu You to lead the Revolutionaries against the Regent, and Mu You returned to the Regent’s residence facing a forced choice between the factions.

  • Mu You sneaked aboard the cargo ship and found only an ordinary crate where the Stone Coffin was supposed to be.
  • Naz Mansur confronted Mu You and explained that the Stone Coffin had disappeared on its own and supposedly contained Cain’s remains, not a plague virus.
  • Mansur asked Mu You to become the Revolutionary Clan’s leader and help overthrow the Regent, but Mu You declined to commit.
  • Mu You returned to the Regent’s residence and overheard vampires arguing about Mad Jack, Cain, and the Burning Apocalypse.
  • The Regent asked Mu You whether he had found the Stone Coffin, and Mu You was offered choices to reveal or conceal his meeting with Mansur.

Ch. 537A mere brat dared show off before a master

Mu You urged the Regent toward war with the Revolutionaries, then received a threatening message from the Administrator and endured a supernatural punishment that intensified as his Madness grew. The punishment drew Ju Snake's attention, and Ju Snake decided to teach the Administrator a lesson.

  • Mu You encouraged the Regent to seek a legitimate reason to fight the Revolutionaries and learned that the Regent dismissed the Burning Apocalypse prophecy as superstition.
  • The Administrator emailed Mu You threats over his actions at Shining Manor, but Mu You refused to beg and was told he would face a punishment the next day.
  • Mu You learned that the Herbalist had earned the title Miser, then confirmed he could inherit the title by recalling the Herbalist into his body.
  • Mu You began hunting vampires, but the Administrator's punishment caused Jack's phantom to haunt him, increased his Madness, disrupted his commands, and eventually attacked him.
  • The Administrator's eerie music continued playing from Mu You's phone even after he turned the volume down, and Little Eight told Mu You that the sound carried the rules of Fear.
  • Ju Snake called the Administrator a brat showing off before a master and began plotting to teach him a lesson, while Mu You asked the Night Watchman which version of Fahai he had shown Ju Snake.

Ch. 538The Secret Art Church

Mu You used Ju Snake’s help to work around the Administrator’s punishment and framed Mansur as Mad Jack on the Mind Network, then brought two clones to the Secret Art Meeting. There, Libra revealed that the Black Magic Enthusiasts’ Club may have rebranded as the Secret Art Church, and Mu You prepared to discuss the threat.

  • Ju Snake agreed to help Mu You against the Administrator in exchange for the Night Watchman leaving him undisturbed for a month and giving him daily private time.
  • Mu You used the Pocket Watch and Silence Charm to manage the Administrator’s punishment, then staged a sighting of Mad Jack wearing Mansur’s face and let a dying Deathspeaker spread the accusation online.
  • Mu You hunted seventeen vampires and collected twenty-seven Blood Laws before bringing two clones to the weekly Secret Art Meeting as his junior fellow disciples.
  • Mu You asked the meeting members about Taurus, but none had heard from her; he said he would arrange for a clone to investigate the Abyss.
  • Libra reported that the Secret Art Church had appeared in the Fatima Empire, attracting tens of thousands of people by promising to teach side-effect-free black magic, and suspected it was the former Black Magic Enthusiasts’ Club.
  • Leo urged the Association to declare war on the church for exploiting its reputation, while Mu You told him to calm down.

Ch. 539Millennium Blood War

Mu You’s Association planned to infiltrate the Secret Art Church while he stirred up distrust between the Blood Clan’s Royals and Revolutionaries. After collecting most of the Blood Laws, he received the Regent’s invitation to join a decisive battle against the Revolutionaries that night.

  • Mu You assigned Cancer, Leo, Aquarius, Pisces, and one additional member to investigate the Secret Art Church, then sent his Night Watchman clone to join them and his Herbalist clone to investigate Taurus in the Abyss.
  • Mu You used the Pen of Order to extract Gemini’s and Scorpio’s Secret Art Crystals and gave one to each clone.
  • The Regent issued a Blood Hunt against Mansur, and a video appeared showing Regent Moltaza draining a Blood Clan member; the Revolutionaries accused the Regent of fabricating the earlier evidence, deepening distrust among the clans.
  • Mu You collected all twenty-seven rare Blood Laws, most of the common ones, and advanced to the sixth generation by draining vampires.
  • The Regent summoned Mu You, hinted that he suspected Mu You’s methods, and invited him to join a decisive battle against the Revolutionaries that night.

Ch. 540The battlefield corpse collector

Mu You followed the Regent’s army to attack the Revolutionaries, but the ambush failed when the enemy’s allies joined the fight. He slipped away to collect corpses and watched the Regent unleash second-generation power, killing the Shapeshifters’ and Blood Rose’s chiefs before Mu You harvested the bodies.

  • Mu You evaded the Regent’s questions about his strength and learned that the Upper Clans planned to attack the Revolutionaries’ factory.
  • The Regent led nearly a thousand vampires toward the factory, where Mu You identified several third-generation vampires among the forces.
  • The Regent’s troops found the Revolutionaries prepared for them, while Shapeshifters and Blood Rose forces attacked from outside.
  • Mu You used concealment Blood Laws to escape the battle and positioned himself to collect high-ranking vampire corpses.
  • The Regent transformed to second-generation strength, killed the chiefs of the Shapeshifters and Blood Rose, and pursued the remaining enemies.
  • Mu You used the chaos to remove every nearby corpse from the battlefield.

Ch. 541A parting Easter egg

Mu You collected corpses during the vampire battle, advanced from sixth generation to fourth, and escaped Beverly after he identified him as Mad Jack. The Administrator confirmed that reaching second generation would clear the game and revealed that a Divine Artifact was sealed in Tutankhamun’s coffin, which an archaeologist planned to open publicly the next night.

  • Mu You used Gluttonous Demon to collect corpses and loot across the battlefield, then helped a reformist vampire defeat a Regent-side Elder before killing the weakened survivor for two third-generation bodies.
  • Beverly confronted Mu You on the rooftop and deduced that he was Mad Jack, but Mu You disguised his escape behind bats and blood mist rather than fight him.
  • Mu You absorbed nearly a hundred corpses with the Blood Shrine and advanced to fourth generation, but four drops of third-generation heart blood were not enough to advance further.
  • The Administrator told Mu You that becoming a second-generation vampire and the lowest-generation vampire in the city would fulfill the game’s clearing requirement, and revealed that Tutankhamun’s coffin held a Divine Artifact of the Blood God.
  • Mu You saw a trending broadcast announcing that an archaeologist would livestream the opening of Tutankhamun’s coffin at the Natural History Museum of Wonders the following night.

Ch. 542The Gold-Medal Fortune Teller

Mu You investigated the aftermath of the vampire battle and learned that human authorities had uncovered evidence of the Blood Clan, forcing vampires into hiding ahead of the museum’s Stone Coffin exhibition. After hearing that a corpse’s head had vanished and suspecting Cain was on Earth, Mu You encountered Linglong disguised as a fortune teller and caught her soliciting women in K City.

  • Mu You found police searching the factory and discovered that vampires had burned down his apartment in retaliation, so he hid his character in the sewers.
  • Mu You learned that Enoch City had imposed martial law after police discovered a blood-storage facility, leaving the Stone Coffin exhibition as his last chance to hunt third-generation vampires.
  • Nine Nether introduced Mu You to Justice Detective, who reported that the teenage corpse’s head had disappeared, making Mu You suspect Cain had reached Earth.
  • Mu You investigated a crowd gathered around a gold-medal fortune teller and recognized the disguised Linglong as she read a young woman’s palm.
  • Mu You confronted Linglong in an alley and grabbed her to take her home, while she protested that she wanted to flirt with girls.

Ch. 543Sleepless Flower

Mu You learned about the Herbalist’s expedition into the Great Abyss and the Night Watchman’s investigation of the Secret Art Church before discovering that the Giant World’s starting area was an isolated island with an underwater exit guarded by a giant octopus. He enlisted Son of Heaven to use Sleepless Flower incense to lure the Nine-Star Giant into the octopus’s path, hoping to kill it and open a route beyond the island.

  • Mu You sent Linglong away to handle matters elsewhere while he checked on the Herbalist and Night Watchman, who reported their progress in the Great Abyss and the Secret Art Church.
  • The Night Watchman told Mu You that a Priest had used black gloves to calm people who lost control while casting black magic, possibly with a Forest Spirit’s Heart.
  • Mu You read a Forum post that described the Giant World as an isolated island, then learned from the Lamp Genie that server locations were secret and that the island’s underwater exit was guarded by a giant octopus.
  • Mu You realized the octopus might attack the Nine-Star Giant if it ate a severed tentacle, and asked Son of Heaven how he had attracted the Giant during their earlier battle.
  • Son of Heaven explained that Sleepless Flower incense attracted the God Race and agreed to help Mu You use it to lure the Giant toward the octopus.
  • Mu You and Son of Heaven agreed that if the Giant died and left a corpse, Son of Heaven would take its divine bones while Mu You claimed its god’s blood.

Ch. 544Opening the coffin

Mu You infiltrated the museum’s coffin-opening exhibition, where the stone coffin bewitched vampires and unleashed deadly black mist. After a vampire tried to claim it, the coffin killed him and declared that all creatures of Enoch City deserved to die.

  • Mu You arranged for chefs at Dragon Group headquarters to prepare the severed octopus tentacle with heavy seasoning while preserving its structure.
  • Mu You entered the museum disguised as a reporter, using the Ring: Sunlight Affinity to withstand a hidden simulated-sunlight trap.
  • Mu You spotted signs that vampires were concealed among the exhibition attendees and realized the museum displays resembled scenes from Katelinna’s prophecy.
  • The stone coffin’s bewitching influence nearly compelled Mu You’s character to approach it, but he rewound time and resisted its effects.
  • The coffin’s opening released black mist that drained the laborers of their blood, while the old man urged others to keep opening it and was shot by a third-generation vampire.
  • The vampire attacked the coffin, but a stone eye opened and the coffin drained him with black mist after declaring that all creatures of Enoch City deserved to die.

Ch. 545When the prophecy came to pass

Mu You watched the vampires fight over Cain's Coffin and realized the coffin required someone from outside Enoch City to approach it safely. After Wagangluo impersonated Mu You to take the coffin and was killed by the Masked Man, the Regent and Mansur's factions erupted into battle, leaving Mu You to withdraw as the only person who could open it.

  • Vampires rushed the stage to seize Cain's Coffin, but the coffin killed both a fourth-generation vampire and a Malformed who swallowed it.
  • Mu You suspected that an outsider could open the coffin, while unaffiliated vampires began leaving the hall.
  • Police surrounded the exhibition hall with purple lights, and a vampire's earthquake blood law destroyed some of their lamps.
  • Mansur ordered the Revolutionaries to seize the coffin as a vampire disguised as Mu You approached it and lifted it safely.
  • The Masked Man killed Wagangluo, who had impersonated Mu You, and died under the Regent's forces' counterattack.
  • The Regent's forces and the Revolutionaries began fighting, and Mu You withdrew from the hall.

Ch. 546Reincarnation in Progress

Mu You followed the Regent to the Stone Coffin, defeated him, and advanced his vampire bloodline before confronting the coffin’s final temptation. He chose to open it, was dragged beneath its blood, and learned that the coffin itself was a Divine Artifact capable of performing a Reincarnation Ritual.

  • Mu You watched the military contain the vampires until the battle ended, then tracked the escaped vampire who had taken the Stone Coffin.
  • Mu You found Moltaza Yukik in a park with the coffin, refused to open it, and fought off the Regent’s attack.
  • The Regent opened the coffin’s lid, but black smoke killed him; Mu You absorbed his heart vein blood and advanced to a second-generation vampire, revealing an exit Blood Gate.
  • Mu You tested leaving with the coffin, then returned and chose to open it despite Katelinna’s warning.
  • A headless corpse seized Mu You and dragged him into the coffin’s blood, immobilizing his real body as the Reincarnation Ritual began.

Ch. 547A new cellmate acquired

Cain attempted to reincarnate through Mu You, but Mu You’s mind and allies trapped him and stopped the ritual. Mu You captured Cain’s head and transferred the Poison of Chaos to Cain, while the Fairy Girl’s crystal began to crack.

  • Cain used Lilith’s head to bite Mu You and began invading his consciousness to complete the Reincarnation Ritual.
  • Cain’s consciousness entered Mu You’s Sea of Consciousness, climbed the tower, and was terrified by Ju Snake.
  • Cain fled through a Light Gate and emerged from Mu You, but the little girl seized his head as he tried to escape.
  • The little girl revealed herself as Mu You’s ally, kicked away Cain’s headless body, and trapped Cain’s head in a birdcage.
  • Mu You returned and revealed that he had used Cain’s invasion to transfer the Poison of Chaos to him.
  • The crystal containing the Fairy Girl cracked after its Chaos Energy vanished.

Ch. 548Blood God arc epilogue

Mu You and the Herbalist subdued Cain by cutting off the blood pool that powered his head, then imprisoned his soul in Mu You’s sea of consciousness. After securing the Coffin of Death and Rebirth and gaining substantial Blood Clan rewards, Mu You returned to the desert and encountered a robed figure.

  • A ghostly blue caterpillar hatched from its crystal, bonded with Mu You, ate a Tree of Life leaf, and fell asleep on his shoulder.
  • The Herbalist arranged with Linglong to drain Cain’s power source, while Cain struggled unsuccessfully to escape his cage.
  • Linglong found Cain’s blood pool in an American slum and had Little Spider devour its blood, leaving Cain powerless.
  • The Herbalist and Mu You transferred Cain’s consciousness into Mu You’s sea of consciousness, where Chaos and Ju Snake chased him through endless floors.
  • Lilith’s remnant consciousness returned to her head, prompting Mu You to consider recovering her body parts and resurrecting her.
  • Mu You claimed the Coffin of Death and Rebirth, advanced to the 10th Generation, collected Blood Clan rewards, and met a robed figure after returning to the desert.

Ch. 549Looking Up at the Starry Sky

Mu You helped Katelinna prepare to search for Lilith, then gathered a specially prepared octopus dish and lured a giant with it. After the giant ate the food, Mu You provoked it and led it into a chase.

  • Mu You realized Katelinna had become a level 1 tenth-generation vampire and a Fool after clearing the scenario, and she pledged allegiance to him to help revive Lilith.
  • Mu You brought Katelinna to Eternal Night City, gave Mai twelve drops of primordial blood, and left Katelinna in Mai’s care to level up.
  • Mu You collected the Forest Spirit’s Heart from Eugene and found its contamination had fallen to 87.8053%.
  • Mu You inspected the octopus dish prepared by Nine Nether’s chefs, then collected Sleepless Flower seasoning from Son of Heaven.
  • Mu You placed the dish near the Hero Tower, hid with the Blood Law Presence, and watched the giant eat it.
  • Mu You used God Skin to approach the giant, then strengthened his presence, insulted it, and showed it the god’s bone blood, provoking it to chase him.

Ch. 550Blind Men and an Elephant

Mu You led the Giant to the shore, where a giant octopus attacked and killed it, giving the City Lords a chance to cross the Black Hole. In the new territory, the survivors found their items unusable and their surroundings deceptive, then learned that its creatures were blind too and discovered powders that affected dreams.

  • Mu You lured the Giant to the sea, where a giant octopus emerged and fought it; the City Lords sent nearly a thousand players underwater while the beasts battled.
  • Mu You crossed the Pitch-Black Vortex, and the survivors learned that the octopus had returned and killed the Giant, though only thirty-two of the original group survived.
  • Mu You and the others explored a misty land of apparent buildings, but their items were contaminated and unusable.
  • Mu You discovered that visible objects, including a Soul-Guiding Lamp, were illusions, while invisible obstacles and monsters occupied their real surroundings.
  • Mu You killed an invisible Poison Gland Sea Snail and found Sweet Dream Powder, while Son of Heaven reported finding Nightmare Powder.
