The emerald-green spherical core was repaired as well, the cracks on its surface filled with newly grown flesh.
In the end, Yang Yi hammered this enormous monster flat, then repeatedly folded and forged it.
During this process, the Abyssal One Armor gradually compressed, growing smaller and smaller until it became a flat strip, with the emerald core parasitized by flesh at its center.
Yang Yi shrank as well, leaving his Flame Giant form to prepare for some delicate work.
He decided to leave a unique mark on this piece of equipment, recording his past within it, beginning with piloting the Nightmare: his first kill, encountering monsters, meeting Su Na, crossing storms, overcoming the cold, fighting his appetite...
Yang Yi's movements grew faster and faster. Broken Iron's edge trembled at his fingertips, working like a lithography machine to record his past in miniature patterns, gradually forming obscure, incomprehensible reliefs on the belt.
The larger patterns depicted things that had left particularly deep impressions on Yang Yi, such as the Deathbirth Star laden with Undead, the powerful Paladin, the roaring Steam Island, the mysterious Miskatonic University, the Wind Fly, the Holy Capital, the Paradise Device, the Mirror Tower, the invincible Salt King... and finally, the Great Beings: the Mother of Ten Thousand Limbs, the Charred Tree, the Feast Master, and the Ice Nest
