Arrival at Spirit Hall

Bai'e appears seated on the papal throne, displaying the Angel God Sword and Rakshasa Demon Scythe before Bibi Dong. She identifies her own bloodline and Qian Renxue’s within him, then deduces that he is connected to Jin Li. Bai'e abandons his innocent-child act after she exposes him 18 19.

He tells Bibi Dong that he wants to gather faith to become a god and has also come to see Qian Renxue. They strike a bargain: she will let him operate under the identity of her child in exchange for a Hundred-Thousand-Year Soul Ring or Soul Bone each year. He supplies a Divine-Given Soul Ring immediately and asks her to conceal his identity 19.

Reunion and Captivity

Bai'e visits the Elder Hall as Bibi Dong’s newly accepted disciple, hoping to grow close to Qian Renxue before revealing who he is. When she questions his familiar angelic aura, he suppresses her bloodline’s outward presence and emphasizes Bibi Dong’s instead 21.

Qian Renxue takes him into a hidden chamber under the pretext of testing his Angel Bloodline. Qian Renyou assumes control of her body, exposes his deception, overpowers him, and drains his Soul Power and accessible bloodline power. His foundational drop of golden blood resists her devouring force 21 22.

Because his spiritual power remains intact, Bai'e activates Bibi Dong’s mark to call for help. His restraints are broken after he offers a Soul Ring age-increasing package, but Qian Renyou seizes his mirror and demands to see his original body. Through the resulting call, Jin Li explains his imprisonment and why he sent clones to gather faith. Qian Renxue accepts his explanation and allows Bai'e to leave 23 24.

Star Dou Great Forest Expedition

Bibi Dong sends Bai'e and Hu Liena toward the Heaven Dou Empire with Chrysanthemum and Ghost Douluo during the campaign against Blue Sky. By then, Bai'e’s reincarnation cycles have produced exceptionally old rings, although his level-one body remains dangerously fragile 37.

In the Star Dou Great Forest, Zi Ji and the Titan Giant Ape ambush their party, which also includes Ling Yuan. Bai'e volunteers to hold off the ape while the three elders seek an escape. His life-burning assault severs one of the ape’s arms and draws the attention of both the Angel God and Rakshasa God 47 48.

His final self-fusion attack overwhelms the ape’s Titan God Fist but leaves him bleeding and vulnerable. Chrysanthemum and Ghost Douluo activate their Two Extremes Stillness Domain, allowing Ling Yuan to carry Bai'e and Hu Liena away 49.

Withdrawal and War Planning

After the expedition, Bai'e announces Spirit Hall’s temporary withdrawal. He presents the decision as an opportunity to let the Two Kingdoms and Three Sects weaken the Soul Beasts first; his concealed motive is that Blue Sky, another of Jin Li’s clones, cannot yet withstand Spirit Hall taking the lead 51.

Back at the Pope’s Palace, Bai'e helps assess the apparent capture of Chrysanthemum and Ghost Douluo. He also warns Qian Renxue that the future Tang San has joined the Soul Beast Clan and may be capable of defeating the three previous-generation Peerless Douluos alone. He ends by telling her that Bibi Dong most likely will not become a god 59 60.

Appearance

Bai'e initially resembles a white-haired boy of about ten, wearing yellow-and-purple clothing 18 19.

Personality

Bai'e uses feigned innocence, affectionate forms of address, and concealment to secure cooperation. He initially calls Bibi Dong “Mommy,” hides his identity from Qian Renxue, and exaggerates the difficulty of producing Divine-Given Soul Rings during his bargain with Bibi Dong 19 21.

His confidence can become open boasting when discussing his aptitude, but he recognizes his practical weaknesses. He explains that old Soul Rings cannot compensate completely for low Soul Power and chooses a growth strategy built around that limitation 37 44.

He is also willing to endanger himself rather than immediately expend his allies. His decision to confront the Titan Giant Ape earns Chrysanthemum Douluo’s gratitude because Bai'e does not treat him and Ghost Douluo as disposable escape tools 47.
