Background and History

Transmigration and Awakening

Before arriving on the Douluo Continent, Ye Guixu selected four rewards from an eight-option post: the Galaxy Star, Void Star God Sauron, Beauty Compendium, and level-20 innate Soul Power. Dayun Superman then struck him through space, shrinking his body and depositing him in Holy Soul Village 1.

An orphan in his previous life, he presented himself as a wandering orphan in the new world. Old Jack helped him and brought him to the martial soul awakening despite the possibility that an outsider might take the villages’ shared work-study quota 2 50.

Tang Hao’s Pursuit

Ye Guixu planned to leave immediately after awakening, fearing Tang Hao’s response to his exceptional martial soul. Tang Hao nevertheless pursued him and demanded that he become Tang San’s servant or die. Ye Guixu refused, froze him with Space-Time Vortex, and escaped using Sauron’s flight capabilities 2 3.

His first retaliation was to steal the Blue Silver Emperor and a hundred-thousand-year soul bone from Tang Hao’s hidden cave. He later spread reports of Tang Hao’s whereabouts and left a threatening message in his name at the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well, directing unwanted attention toward him 4 6 15.

Gathering Resources and Companions

In Suotuo City, Ye Guixu killed a criminal mercenary band, acquired its wealth, and read its members’ memories for meditation methods and geographical knowledge. He then monitored Dugu Bo’s movements before entering the unguarded Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well and collecting its immortal herbs 7 11 15.

After obtaining his first three rings, he summoned Yan Lingji and Tide Siren. Both remembered an adult Ye Guixu rescuing and training them in their original world, although he remembered no such encounters. He considered either future time travel or implanted memories as possible explanations; neither was confirmed 18.

He subsequently awakened their martial souls, created Puppet Sauron, and helped persuade Xiao Wu to sacrifice herself to Tide Siren in exchange for a path toward avenging her mother 20 21 24.

Star Dou Great Forest and Gu Yuena

Ye Guixu transformed the Blue Silver King into a loyal Dark Blue Silver King, bringing the Blue Silver Forest under his control. After receiving the Sky Dream Ice Silkworm’s sacrifice, he confronted Xiong Jun and later captured the Emperor Auspicious Beast to reach the Lake of Life 29 32 36.

At the lake, he subdued Er Ming and the Sky Azure Bull Python, then used Void Profound Ice as bait to lure Gu Yuena. Their later cooperation included strengthening more than a hundred soul beasts through puppet counterparts and creating Dark Gu Yuena 36 37 41.

Revenge and Holy Soul Village

Ye Guixu revived Ah Yin as the two-hundred-thousand-year Dark Blue Silver Emperor before confronting Tang Hao. He defeated and imprisoned Tang Hao, using puppets and repeated restoration to prolong his punishment 44 46 49.

He learned that Tang Hao had massacred Holy Soul Village after the villagers discovered his abuse of Tang San. Old Jack, absent at a banquet, was the only survivor. Ye Guixu searched nearby settlements, rescued the now-destitute village chief, and arranged for the enslaved Strength Clan to protect him 50 52.

Ye Guixu also subdued Tang San and the parallel-space-time Tang God King inhabiting his mind. He eventually confined them, Tang Hao, Yu Xiaogang, and the Rose Boy Band within the Mystic Ice Illusion Realm. Afterward, he considered his immediate resentment settled, but still intended to revive Holy Soul Village’s dead once the Galaxy Star became unsealed 52 55 56.

Conflict with the Asura God

Suspecting divine interference in Tang Hao’s survival and Tang San’s life, Ye Guixu forced the Asura God’s hidden remnant to emerge. He erased its divine sense with Doomsday Heaven and Earth, then examined a puppet counterpart’s memories 48 49.

Those memories revealed that the Asura God had shaped Tang San into a future vessel rather than merely preparing a successor. Ye Guixu then entered Slaughter City to dismantle the god’s remaining arrangements. He devoured another divine phantom, claimed the Asura Demon Sword, and converted the city into a territory under his control, anticipating the god’s return in six years 49 59 63.

Appearance

Ye Guixu initially has a six-year-old body. Repeated soul-ring absorption and body tempering later restore the tall, muscular appearance he possessed before transmigration 2 26 56.

Personality

Ye Guixu follows a deliberate principle of repaying kindness and retaliating against hostility. Old Jack’s help leaves a lasting impression because the village chief reminds him of his former orphanage director. He later spends days searching for Old Jack and accepts responsibility for helping resolve the aftermath of Holy Soul Village’s destruction 2 50.

He is cautious when outmatched and prioritizes preparation over unnecessary confrontation. His early response to Tang Hao is escape; his cultivation plans emphasize strengthening his body before attempting unusually powerful rings. He also supplements his knowledge of the setting with stolen memories, recognizing that fiction had not supplied every practical detail of the real world 1 3 7 8.

Toward enemies, he is vindictive and willing to extend punishment far beyond defeat. He deliberately attacks Tang Hao’s family connections, deprives Tang San of opportunities, and uses restoration to prevent prisoners from escaping suffering through death. At the same time, he investigates suspicious inconsistencies rather than treating revenge alone as sufficient, eventually exposing the Asura God’s scheme 29 48 49 54.

A black-hole-based martial soul with five ultimate attributes: darkness, space-time, ice, strength, and evil 2.
