Naruto and Hinata became engaged as Konoha pushed the shinobi villages toward federation and prepared for the Ōtsutsuki threat. The arc ended with Naruto sparring against Sasuke and Kakashi, while Tobirama abruptly removed Kakashi’s eyes for examination.

• Minato told Hiashi that Naruto and Hinata wanted to get engaged, and Hiashi agreed to help arrange Naruto’s surprise proposal.
• Kakashi received Obito’s Mangekyō Sharingan and enhancements from White Zetsu and Indra’s tissue cells, while Kakashi and Yugito Nii made their relationship public.
• Naruto proposed to Hinata amid a flower-filled clearing, and Hinata accepted his ring and kissed him.
• Tsunade presented the federation plan to the village representatives, who agreed to cooperate after meeting Kaguya Ōtsutsuki.
• Ōtsutsuki Isshiki sent a distress signal, and Momoshiki and Kinshiki began traveling toward the Shinobi World as Tobirama accelerated preparations against the Ōtsutsuki.
• Tobirama transferred Madara’s soul into Naruto’s Sealing Space and restored Madara’s body and chakra, after which Madara taught Naruto to use Limbo: Border Jail.

Tobirama and the Shinobi World Federation captured Isshiki, whose Kāma attached itself to Naruto before the villages began addressing the Tailed Beasts’ rights. As Momoshiki and Kinshiki arrived, the heroes fought them on the moon, where Isshiki warned that Momoshiki could transform.

• Gaara joined Naruto, Sasuke, Hinata, Karin, and Tobirama at the Fourth Training Ground, while Tobirama returned Kakashi’s Mangekyō after learning he had overused it.
• Jigen questioned White Zetsu No. 009 and learned that the Shinobi World was searching for Isshiki, while Kara members later came under investigation by Itachi and Tobirama.
• Isshiki abandoned Jigen’s body and attacked Kaguya and the others, but the group fought back until Karin sealed him with the Chains of Heaven.
• Isshiki escaped the seal as a scarlet streak and placed his Kāma on Naruto, then entered Naruto’s Sealing Space and faced Hashirama, Madara, and Kurama.
• Tobirama explained Kāma’s danger to Naruto and studied Isshiki, while the Shinobi World Federation gathered to hear Kurama propose rights for the Tailed Beasts.
• Tobirama opened Naruto’s seal to question Isshiki, learned Momoshiki and Kinshiki were coming, and later helped Naruto suppress Kāma as the villages advanced their research and preparations.
• Tobirama helped Sasuke awaken nine-tomoe Rinnegan and developed new eyes and training plans, while Sasuke, Itachi, Indra, and others learned Sage Mode.

After Momoshiki was sealed and Sasuke returned home, Naruto and Hinata married amid a gathering of friends and allies. A new Ōtsutsuki, Urashiki, arrived to harvest the Tailed Beasts, and the shinobi trapped him in a layered space-time barrier as Kakashi prepared to attack.

• Momoshiki consumed Kinshiki and fought Naruto and Sasuke, but Tobirama, Karin, and the others ultimately suppressed him inside Sasuke’s mindscape and extracted his chakra.
• Sasuke returned home, fought Itachi, and carried him back as a bound gift for Mikoto, who brought them inside to eat.
• Naruto and Hinata’s wedding brought together their families, the Five Kage, former Hokage, and friends, and Kurama set off colorful fireworks over Konoha.
• Ōtsutsuki Kunjiki sent Urashiki toward the Shinobi World, where Urashiki attacked Killer B and Gyuki and stole their chakra.
• Sasuke brought Hikari, an Uchiha from the Warring States Period, to dinner, and Hinata and Karin reassured her that she could live safely in the changed world.
• Tobirama planned to trap Urashiki using Isobu as bait, while Naruto assembled a team that included Karin and arranged for Yugao to watch Hikari.
• Urashiki targeted Isobu at its pond, but Karin’s layered space-time barriers trapped him, and Kakashi prepared to take him out.
