I've Had Professional Training-Unless I Can't Hold It In
The usually bustling streets of Konoha are now shrouded in a sense of oppression.
At one o'clock in the afternoon, when the sun should have been shining brightly, the Sky Manipulation seemed to be slowly covered by a huge black curtain, dark and gloomy, as if the end of the world was about to come.
Thick, dark clouds piled up in layers, like a towering mountain about to collapse, weighing heavily on the hearts of every Konoha Villagers, making it hard to breathe.
The wind began to rage, blowing the street stalls to their sides and scattering debris everywhere. The stall owners scrambled to tidy up, their faces filled with panic and unease.
Just then, three figures appeared at the Konoha Gate.
Even in such a depressing atmosphere, Might Guy, dressed in his signature green bodysuit, maintained an upright posture and a determined gaze.
He gripped a wooden plank tightly with both hands. On the plank lay Aburame Torune, her face pale and bloodless, her clothes covered in dust and bloodstains.
Kurenai Yuhi followed beside her, her expression grave, her brows furrowed, and her eyes revealing anxiety and worry.
This is a huge deal!
The ninjas who went out of the village on a mission were ambushed by Root ninjas.
To achieve their goal, they even allied with ninjas from other countries and revealed Tsunade's weakness of hemophobia.
These are enough to turn Konoha upside down!
The two Gatekeepers of Konoha looked surprised when they saw the newcomer.
But their years of guard duty made them react quickly and immediately stepped forward.
Before they could even ask, Kurenai Yuhi said urgently, "We're going to see the Lord Hokage, please keep this a secret!"
Kotetsu Hagane and Izumo Kamizuki, the two Gatekeepers, exchanged a glance and nodded. Kotetsu Hagane said, "Don't worry! We'll arrange it right away!"
Just then, the owner of a small shop near the entrance of Konoha was frantically tidying up the clothes hanging outside the shop.
The wind kept blowing, making her clothes flutter around and adding a lot of difficulty to her tidying up.
But she moved quickly, and her eyes revealed a competence that was different from that of an ordinary boss.
In no time, she finished packing all the clothes and hurriedly went into the store.
The store was dimly lit. She quickly walked to a secluded corner and took out a mask commonly used by the Anbu from a Hidden Compartment.
The mask's cold touch made her shiver slightly, but without hesitation, she quickly put it on.
She took a deep breath, pushed off with both feet, and vanished from the room like a black lightning bolt.
On the Rooftop of Konoha, a fierce wind howled, and heavy, leaden-gray clouds pressed down on the sky, as if they were about to collapse and swallow the entire Konoha at any moment.
Hiruzen Sarutobi stood quietly on the edge of the Rooftop, wearing the red Cloak that symbolized the Hokage's authority. The wind, like a pair of invisible hands, made the Cloak flutter and sway back and forth.
That's how these people are; they like to meet on the Rooftop, but they can't be seen in the open.
Hiruzen Sarutobi held an old man's cigarette in his hand, slowly lit it, and took a deep drag.
Smoke rose in front of him, blurring his weathered face.
He didn't turn around; his gaze remained fixed on the distance, his eyes revealing a hint of worry and helplessness.
Just then, a steady yet slightly hurried sound of footsteps came from behind.
Danzo Earth Flow over slowly with heavy steps.
Hiruzen Sarutobi didn't turn around, but simply said, "I know about Root." His voice was low and calm, yet it seemed to contain endless weariness.
Danzo hearing this, Danzo's emotions erupted instantly, and his face contorted with rage.
He took a step forward and roared, "If we don't nip the Uchiha geniuses in the bud, they'll become the next Madara Uchiha once they grow up!" His eyes were wide open, flashing with a crazed light, as if he were controlled by some kind of obsession.
Hiruzen Sarutobi sighed softly, turned around, looked at Danzo with gentle eyes, and said, "Aren't there still children like Itachi?"
However, Danzo remained unmoved. A fierce glint appeared in his eyes as he coldly said, "The same!"
Hiruzen Sarutobi looked at the Hokage Rock in the distance. "This matter must be explained first. If there is no explanation, the other villagers will not understand, and it will be difficult to explain to Kurenai Yuhi, Might Guy, Tsunade, Kakashi Hatake, and the Uchiha Clan."
Danzo hearing this, Danzo's facial muscles twitched slightly, and a hint of disdain flashed in his eyes.
He took a step forward, his figure distorted in the gale. "I will cut off my own tail!"
Above a vast, boundless forest, where towering trees reach for the clouds, Uchiha Yu spreads his magnificent Ukaku behind him, his hands firmly gripping Tsunade as he flies.
The wind whistled past her ears, and Tsunade's hair danced wildly. She looked up at Uchiha Yu's sharply defined chin, a hint of amazement flashing in her eyes, and sincerely praised, "Orochimaru has really come up with something incredible."
Uchiha Yu's lips curled up slightly, but he did not respond to Tsunade's words.
The two traversed the air and soon arrived at the Valley of the End.
The Valley of the End was silent, with colossal statues standing on either side of it.
Upon seeing the building, Uchiha Yu sighed, "Times have changed."
After leaving the Valley of the End, the two quickly arrived at the Konoha Gate.
There was a barrier above Konoha, Uchiha Yu landed steadily.
A strong wind blew by, Tsunade's cloak, printed with the word "gambling," fluttered in the wind. She looked at the magnificent gates of Konoha and sighed, "How nostalgic."
When Izumo Kamizuki saw that Uchiha Yu had actually brought the legendary Princess Tsunade back to Konoha, he was momentarily stunned.
"Teacher, do we need to register?"
Izumo Kamizuki shook his head. "Hurry up and come in! Jonin Kakashi has been waiting for too long."
"Um!"
Tsunade and Uchiha Yu walked briskly towards Konoha Hospital, drawing curious and surprised glances from the Konoha Villagers along the way.
After all, Tsunade, a legendary figure, had not returned for many years, and her sudden appearance was truly surprising.
Stepping into Konoha Hospital, the familiar smell of disinfectant hits you.
Tsunade walked straight to Kakashi's hospital room without stopping.
Gate of Opening, Kakashi lay pale on the hospital bed. Although he always wore his signature mask, the pain he had suffered was still evident in his tired eyes.
When Kakashi saw Tsunade enter, a hint of surprise and gratitude flashed in his eyes. He said weakly, "Lady Tsunade, thank you for coming."
Tsunade didn't say much, she just nodded slightly, "Don't move."
She quickly came to the bedside and began to diagnose Kakashi.
She first carefully examined Kakashi's wounds, gently touching the still unhealed cuts, causing Kakashi to frown slightly.
Next, Tsunade used her chakra to carefully probe into Kakashi's body and sense the condition inside.
The ward was extremely quiet, with only Tsunade's soft breathing and Kakashi's occasional muffled groans.
Uchiha Yu stood aside, quietly observing everything.
After a long while, Tsunade and said with a solemn expression, "The poison control time is very limited. Right now, there are many aftereffects. The follow-up treatment plan will probably require you to stay in bed and not walk around vigorously for about two months. Is that acceptable?"
Kakashi nodded without hesitation, and said with a wry smile, "It's already like this, so it doesn't matter whether we leave or not."
After saying that, he looked at Uchiha Yu, his eyes filled with gratitude.
Just then, a series of rapid footsteps suddenly came from the corridor, and the footsteps stopped abruptly at the door of the ward.
Tsunade and Uchiha Yu subconsciously looked up.
Immediately afterwards, the ward door was gently pushed open by an Anbu Ninja, and behind him, Utatane Koharu, Mitokado Homura, and Hiruzen Sarutobi walked in one after another.
Hiruzen Sarutobi first nodded gently to Tsunade, his eyes full of relief, and said, "Tsunade, it's good that you're back."
Tsunade bowed slightly. "Sensei."
After exchanging greetings, Hiruzen Sarutobi his gaze to Uchiha Yu.
"You must have had a hard trip."
It was truly unprecedented for the Hokage to say such things to a Genin, and Kakashi, lying in his hospital bed, was also quite surprised.
Immediately afterward, Uchiha Yu's words made Kakashi's eyes widen, leaving him completely dumbfounded!
"I need a reasonable explanation from the village regarding..."
"The Root ninjas are hunting me down."
"What!? What!?"
Kakashi was the only one in the room who was kept in the dark. He hurriedly got up and asked, "Yu, is what you just said true?"
Uchiha Yu shrugged. "Lady Tsunade can be my witness."
Tsunade trembled, but still said, "Yes, I saw it with my own eyes. Two Konoha ninjas colluded with the Snow Ninja of the Land of Snow to imprison me and attack the class that Yu belongs to. Every word is true."
Before Kakashi could recover from his shock, Utatane Koharu cleared her throat and asked, "Is there any evidence that the people who attacked you were Konoha Ninja?"
Tsunade frowned slightly. "Wasn't the person brought back by Kurenai Yuhi and Might Guy?"
Utatane Koharu looked at Hiruzen Sarutobi, and the Third Hokage nodded. "Yes, he's been brought back, but we can't yet prove that his actions are directly related to Root."
Upon hearing this answer...
"Puff!"
Uchiha Yu covered his mouth, his face turning red. "No, I'm sorry, I've received professional training, but... but I really couldn't help it."
Everyone could hear the hidden meaning in his words. Hiruzen Sarutobi sighed, "That's just the way it is. There's no evidence to prove it."
"Alright." Uchiha Yu Teuchi Hiruzen Sarutobi's attempt to smooth things over, then turned to Tsunade. "You see, we treated this like the sky was falling, but when we got back to the village, it just ended like that. Oh, it didn't end for no reason. I think the price is crippling two Root ninjas? Probably not. They'll probably be locked up for ten days or half a month, and maybe they'll be released without my knowledge."
"Uchiha brat." Mitokado Homura frowned. "This is a problem that the village's higher-ups should consider. Until the investigation results are out, as a ninja of the village, you just need to obey."
"Hmm, obedience. Come to think of it, it makes sense." Uchiha Yu sighed as he walked to the window, jumped onto the windowsill, squatted down, and said without turning his head, "The village needs peace. Some things can be resolved peacefully, I accept that."
"Actually, I didn't have high expectations at first. It was simply that there was no need for me to help Danzo cover it up."
Having said that, he jumped down.
The atmosphere in the room instantly became incredibly oppressive. Hiruzen Sarutobi took out his pipe, but Tsunade reached out to stop him, saying, "This is a hospital."
Hiruzen Sarutobi shook his head helplessly. "Tsunade, come to my place tonight. It's been so many years, I have something to tell you."
Tsunade nodded, but her eyes held endless weariness.
Inside the dark and gloomy Konoha Torture and Interrogation Force of Konoha, the air was filled with a nauseating stench of blood and decay.
The flickering torches on the walls cast shifting shadows, making the entire space seem even more eerie.
Ibiki Morino sat at a dilapidated wooden table, his cold gaze as sharp as a blade, fixed on Aburame Torune, who was Binding Vow to torture devices opposite him.
Aburame Torune's body was contorted in pain, large beads of sweat rolled down his forehead, and his face was as pale as paper.
"Tell me, what exactly was the reason for attacking Uchiha Yu and his class?" Ibiki Morino's voice was deep and cold, echoing in the small Interrogation Room.
He had subjected Aburame Torune to prolonged and severe torture, leaving shocking scars on her Aburame Torune.
Aburame Torune's willpower was far less resilient than Uchiha Yu's. Under Ibiki Morino questioning, he finally broke down and said with a somber expression, "I received a mission."
However, just as he finished speaking, Aburame Torune's body suddenly trembled violently, as if controlled by an invisible force.
His tongue moved uncontrollably in his mouth, and he could only make some indistinct whimpering sounds in his throat, unable to utter a single complete word.
Upon seeing this, Ibiki Morino frowned deeply, a hint of annoyance and helplessness flashing in his eyes.
He knew that the Root ninjas were all bound by an extremely vicious Cursed Seal. This Cursed Seal was like a strong shackle that would be triggered immediately if they were about to mention any confidential information, causing them to get stuck. In severe cases, it could even cause them to die on the spot.
Ibiki Morino stood up and paced back and forth in the Interrogation Room.
He tried to find other ways to break through Aburame Torune's defenses, but at this moment, it seemed that all his efforts were in vain.
"Damn Danzo!" Ibiki Morino cursed inwardly.
To be honest, very few people in Konoha like this guy.
Finally, Ibiki Morino sighed helplessly, formed hand Hand Seal, and released the torture chamber.
Aburame Torune collapsed to the ground, panting heavily.
Ibiki Morino looked at Aburame Torune on the ground, a hint of pity in his eyes.
After all, no matter what, this guy is just a pawn carrying out orders.
Ibiki Morino emerged from the Interrogation Room, breathing in the slightly fresher air outside, hoping to dispel the gloom that lingered in his heart.
After a while, Ibiki Morino his strength, turned around, and prepared to return to the Interrogation Room.
He still held a sliver of hope, thinking that perhaps he could Aburame Torune Tokune.
But when he Gate of Opening, the scene before him made him freeze in place.
Aburame Torune's body leaned against the chair, the spot where it had been was now occupied by a thick, dark red pool of blood.
His mouth was wide open, half of his tongue had fallen to the ground, and blood was still seeping from the corner of his mouth, pooling on the ground.
Even more horrifying, countless black worms were crawling out of Aburame Torune's seven orifices and wounds, frantically gnawing at his body.
The insects swarmed together, their writhing bodies intertwined, emitting a chilling rustling sound.
The person is definitely beyond saving.
As the sun set and the wind dispersed the clouds, Konoha was bathed in a warm orange glow, as if draped in a soft veil.
The Uchiha Clan's territory is filled with the warmth of everyday life, exuding peace and comfort everywhere.
In the open space of the clan's territory, a group of children were laughing and playing.
Some children were playing hide-and-seek, chasing each other, while others sat together sharing snacks. Their cheerful laughter echoed in the air, and all the troubles of the world seemed irrelevant to them.
Not far away by the river, several middle-aged women were squatting on the Stone steps, washing clothes and chatting about everyday matters, occasionally bursting into hearty laughter.
At this moment, the members of the Police Force finished their patrol duties for the day. Although their steps were a little tired, their expressions revealed a sense of satisfaction after fulfilling their responsibilities.
They Earth Flow the small shops on the street, intending to buy some food to add some flavor to their dinner.
The shop owner greeted them warmly, and laughter filled the shop.
Uchiha Yu stood quietly to the side, gazing at this harmonious and beautiful scene, his heart filled with mixed feelings.
He sighed softly and shook his head helplessly.
Beneath this seemingly peaceful surface lies a massive crisis capable of destroying everything.
Who could have imagined that the Konoha High Command would be so heartless as to carry out such a brutal massacre against such a Clans, regardless of gender or age?
They keep saying it's for the peace and stability of the village, but how much of a threat can these unarmed clansmen, who live ordinary lives, actually pose to Konoha?
Uchiha Yu was deep in thought when suddenly, a purple figure appeared in front of him.
Looking up, he saw the Purple-haired Female Ninja he always met.
"The Clan Leader wants you to go to his house."
Uchiha Yu snapped out of his daze, nodded slightly, and turned to walk towards Uchiha Fugaku's house.
Upon arriving at Uchiha Fugaku's magnificent mansion, before even stepping inside, the sound of a heated argument reached my ears.
He frowned slightly, gently pushed open the half-closed door, and saw Uchiha Fugaku and his wife Uchiha Mikoto standing in the center of the living room, arguing heatedly.
Fugaku's face flushed red, his hands clenched involuntarily, while Mikoto's eyes reddened and her voice trembled slightly.
In the corner, a small figure was squatting there, intently eavesdropping on the noise inside.
Uchiha Yu Earth Flow forward quietly, his footsteps so soft they still startled Sasuke.
Sasuke turned around abruptly and met Uchiha Yu's gaze.
Uchiha Yu was the first to show a gentle smile and greet him softly, "Sasuke, don't get involved in adult matters."
Uchiha Sasuke blinked, first nodding obediently, but then shaking his head, his young face filled with confusion.
It seems that those complicated adult matters are indeed difficult for him to understand at this moment.
Looking at Sasuke's expression and hearing the ongoing argument in the room, Uchiha Yu sighed helplessly and suggested, "Let's go, let's not stay here. Let's go for a walk and come back when the argument is over."
Sasuke hesitated for a moment, then nodded vigorously, a hint of expectation flashing in his eyes. "Can you teach me the Great Fireball Technique?"
Without the slightest hesitation, Uchiha Yu readily agreed, "Okay."
The two walked side by side toward the edge of Konoha.
Along the way, Sasuke was as excited as a happy little bird, chirping incessantly, eagerly anticipating witnessing Uchiha Yu Great Fireball Technique.
"If I learn this, my brother will look at me with new respect, right?"
"That's true." Uchiha Yu nodded with a smile. "It would be best if you hid in a corner and used it on Itachi, giving him a big scare."
Finally arriving at their destination, Sasuke stood to the side, full of anticipation, staring intently at Uchiha Yu, waiting for him to show off his skills.
Uchiha Yu took a deep breath and quickly began to Hand Seal, his movements fluid and graceful.
But just as he was about to complete the last seal, he suddenly stopped forming the Hand Seal.
Seeing this, Sasuke looked puzzled and couldn't help but urge anxiously, "Why aren't you Hand Seal?"
Uchiha Yu did not answer immediately, but simply pointed to the grass by the river in the distance.
Looking in the direction he pointed, two green praying mantises were standing quietly on the blades of grass, their movements strange.
As the two approached, they discovered an unusually swollen praying mantis greedily devouring another. Strangely, the mantis being eaten offered no resistance, simply accepting its cruel fate in silence.
Sasuke's eyes widened in surprise and confusion, and he couldn't help but ask loudly, "Why is this? Why would a praying mantis eat another praying mantis?"
Uchiha Yu thought to himself that if he hadn't watched the animated series "Black Cat Detective," he would probably be speechless in the face of this scene.
He searched his mind for plots from the cartoon, and then patiently explained, "After the female praying mantis becomes pregnant, she will be very weak. The male praying mantis will sacrifice itself to provide nutrition for the female, so that the baby mantis can be successfully conceived."
Sasuke tilted his head, his eyes fixed on the two praying mantises, his brows furrowed, and continued to ask, "Then why can't the male praying mantis go hunting?"
This was a tricky question, and Uchiha Yu couldn't find a suitable reason for a moment. He could only say casually, "Hunting is not as fast as sacrificing yourself. Some things are just like that. For the sake of your children, you can sacrifice yourself."
Sasuke nodded slightly, but a hint of confusion remained on his face as he muttered softly, "I still don't quite understand. The Ninja Academy didn't teach any of this."
Subsequently, Uchiha Yu kept his promise and demonstrated the Great Fireball Technique to Sasuke.
Flames erupted from his mouth, and a wave of intense heat swept over him. Sasuke stared in disbelief, his eyes filled with adoration.
After the performance, Sasuke's face turned bright red with excitement, and he kept asking Uchiha Yu questions while holding his hand.
Several tens of minutes later, Sasuke returned home satisfied and in high spirits.
Upon entering, one sees Uchiha Fugaku leisurely sitting in the courtyard drinking tea. Judging from his expression, it seems as if his heated argument with Mikoto had never happened.
When Fugaku saw Uchiha Yu return with Sasuke, he nodded slightly, a hint of barely perceptible relief in his eyes.
He gestured for Uchiha Yu to sit opposite him and poured him a cup of tea himself.
When Sasuke skipped back to the house, only Uchiha Fugaku and Uchiha Yu remained in the courtyard.
Fugaku picked up his teacup, took a small sip, and slowly said, "I've heard about what happened to you. I'm sorry, the Uchiha didn't stand up for you."
"That's not true, Clan Leader." Uchiha Yu swirled his teacup, showing no intention of drinking, and said calmly, "I know the situation within the clan very well. Right now, we have to keep a low profile."
Uchiha Fugaku looked at Uchiha Yu with great appreciation in his eyes. "Yes! You're right! The most important thing right now is to be patient!"
When Fugaku mentioned this, Uchiha Yu inexplicably thought of the two praying mantises by the river.
'Would you allow yourself to be consumed, simply so that your beloved children could survive?'
Thinking about it this way, Fugaku, who offered no resistance and watched his own son stab him in the back, is probably the most tragic character in the Hokage.
But it was Fugaku's selfishness that led to the massacre of the entire Uchiha clan.
In the end, only his eldest son survived.
From a certain perspective, Fugaku was also a scapegoat who was put on the spot by his clan. As the Clan Leader, he naturally had to consider the interests of his clan.
However, upon seeing that it was Itachi Uchiha who had defeated him, he immediately abandoned the interests of his clan and became a male praying mantis.
Thinking of this, Uchiha Yu stood up. "Then, Clan Head, if there's nothing else, I'll take my leave."
Uchiha Fugaku nodded. "Yes! You have great talent, don't waste it."
"Yes."
As night quietly fell, Uchiha Yu wandered alone through the streets and alleys of the Uchiha Clan Compound.
The moonlight, like water, spilled onto the stone path, outlining his tall and lonely figure.
Most of the houses along the street had their lights on, and occasionally laughter and cheerful voices could be heard coming from inside.
After some time, a member of the Police Force patrolled the area and saw Uchiha Yu still loitering around. He kindly reminded him, "Hey, it's getting late. Go home and stop wandering around outside."
Uchiha Yu then replied softly, "Okay, I'll go back now."
He turned and walked towards home, his steps still somewhat slow.
And right where he walked, a strange scene quietly unfolded.
A thin, red substance, like a veil, slowly rose from the ground, appearing and disappearing in the air.
The red color was extremely faint, almost imperceptible to the naked eye. It drifted gently, gradually merging into the air and spreading throughout the Uchiha Clan Compound.
