• Purple poisonous smoke filled the Ancestral Shrine, and Ryuto, Hashirama, Madara, Tobirama, and Izuna struggled to defend themselves in the confusion.

• The Branch Family elder revealed that his family had worked with people from the lower world, and Hyūga Tenshu admitted his clan had agreed to serve the Branch Family in exchange for Byakugan advancement techniques.

Hyūga Tenshu stole the Tenseigan, used it to overpower the Branch Family, and fled with captives to pursue his plan of restoring his Otsutsuki bloodline. Ryuto and the others prepared to track him down and stop him, while Tenshu promised to return as their enemy.

• Hyūga Tenshu used poison and a Hyūga secret technique to immobilize the Branch Family elder, then took the fused Tenseigan and implanted it in himself.
• Tenshu demonstrated the Tenseigan’s powers, subdued the Branch Family members, and captured several Kaguya Clan members to use in his plan to restore his Otsutsuki bloodline.

• Ōtsutsuki Jing told the group that Hyūga Tenshu had stolen texts and materials and was likely hiding in an abandoned underground base on the moon.
• Jing led Ryuto, Hashirama, Madara, Tobirama, and Izuna through the base’s traps to a laboratory where they found dead Kaguya Clan members and Tenshu with horns and a Tenseigan.
• Tenshu revealed that he had used forbidden techniques to strengthen his Ōtsutsuki bloodline and created more than a hundred puppets combining Byakugan and Kaguya bone abilities.

• Tenshu used Attraction and Repulsion to slow and repel the group, but Tobirama touched his robe and teleported him to a marked location on the moon.

Elsewhere, Hashirama began risking his life to save the gravely wounded Madara as Ryuto and Tenshu prepared to collide at full power.

• Ryuto resisted Tenshu’s attraction and dodged his Truth-Seeking Orbs and rubble, discovering that his ki could push the orbs back but not destroy them.
• Ryuto feinted with a Kamehameha, then used a Destructo Disc to cut Tenshu’s blue Chakra Cloak.
• Enraged, Tenshu fused all six Truth-Seeking Orbs into an enormous black sphere and began lowering it toward Ryuto.

Ryuto, Hashirama, Madara, and Ōtsutsuki Jing realized Black Zetsu was trying to free Kaguya, but they were too exhausted to pursue him and agreed to return to the clan grounds.

• Ryuto asked the wounded allied forces to lend him their vital energy, and they agreed and raised their hands.
• Ryuto gathered their energy into a growing sphere but realized it was not strong enough to stop the Expansive Truth-Seeking Orb.
• Tobirama told Yamanaka Roichi to use the Communication Formation to reach the Shinobi Alliance and ask everyone to contribute vital energy.
• Ryuto called on the entire Shinobi World to raise their hands, and countless people sent their vital energy toward him.

Ryuto overwhelmed Kaguya’s Expansive Truth-Seeking Orb with the energy of the Shinobi World and defeated her. He stood over the motionless Kaguya and asked whether she had any other moves before taking her life.
