Realm Structure
| Stage / Realm / Level | Great Dao Attainment | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Early-stage Quasi-Saint | Initial mastery of the Great Dao | Marks entry into the Quasi-Saint realm. 190 |
| Mid-stage Quasi-Saint | Minor accomplishment in the Great Dao | A substantial advance over the early stage. 190 |
| Late-stage Quasi-Saint | Great accomplishment in the Great Dao | The gap between minor stages is immense; late-stage experts can decisively overwhelm weaker Quasi-Saints. 190 228 |
| Peak Quasi-Saint | Perfection in the Great Dao | The highest complete state beneath Sainthood. All Three Corpses are severed, and the cultivator reaches the limit permitted by the Heavenly Dao. 230 256 |
Cultivation
At the Quasi-Saint level, cultivators contend through true Great Daos rather than merely laws. Mastery of laws belongs to lower immortal realms, while mastery of a Great Dao marks entry into Quasi-Sainthood. 190 251
Quasi-Saints cultivate primarily through enlightenment; ordinary heaven-and-earth spiritual energy no longer meaningfully affects them. They may directly draw Chaos spiritual energy for cultivation. 65
Three Corpses
The conventional route to peak Quasi-Sainthood requires severing the Good, Evil, and Self Corpses with Innate Spirit Treasures. 8
- Peak Quasi-Saints must sever all Three Corpses and perfect their Great Dao. 230
- Anchoring Three Corpses at the peak level requires Ultimate Innate Spirit Treasures, which are exceptionally scarce. 311
- Some cultivators may sever corpses but lack suitable treasures to anchor them, preventing further progress. 311
- A cultivator whose corpse-bearing treasures share the same origin can achieve greater power after merging their mana. 312
Merit-Based Advancement
Immense merit can elevate an individual directly into the Quasi-Saint realm, as demonstrated by Cangjie after creating three thousand characters. 217
- Merit-born Quasi-Saints possess immense mana sufficient to suppress many immortals. 218
- Without corresponding Great Dao comprehension, divine abilities, or profound cultivation, they are disadvantaged against ordinary Quasi-Saints of the same realm. 218
Power and Limitations
- Quasi-Saints are Great Divine Powers in every era of the Primordial Era; a race guarded by one can be considered a major race. 221 279
- Divination treasures generally cannot deduce Quasi-Saints because their Great Dao protects them. 52
- The difference between early, mid, late, and peak Quasi-Saints is enormous; the divide between late-stage and peak is likened to a major realm. 228 256
- Peak Quasi-Saints are the strongest beings below Saints and historically determine the outcomes of the Primordial Era's highest-level conflicts. 8 256
- Even peak Quasi-Saints remain fundamentally inferior to Saints, whose power and essence transcend all beings below their realm. 163 164
- A peak Quasi-Saint who takes even half a step beyond the ordinary limit can suppress other peak Quasi-Saints, as illustrated by Kong Xuan's Five-Colored Divine Light. 389

Relationship to Sainthood
Saints stand above Quasi-Saints as Primordial Grand Unity Limitless Golden Immortals: beings who wield the Great Dao, transcend heaven and earth, and are immortal through immeasurable kalpas. 8
Peak Quasi-Sainthood is the end of the normal immortal path. Advancing beyond it is extraordinarily difficult without Hongmeng Purple Qi or an exceptional alternative method. 310 312 389
