Shane used Purple Lightning to make up for his shortfall in Haki.
Dragon used Rokushiki to compensate for his physical speed.
Their attacks grew faster and faster, with Purple Lightning and Haki erupting from time to time and affecting their surroundings.
Eventually, they fought their way out of Whitebeard and Sengoku's battle zone.
They climbed into the sky with Geppo, their punches and kicks never stopping for a moment.
Rayleigh, who had flown onto a boulder to slash at Golden Lion, had not expected anyone else to appear on this aerial battlefield.
"Rayleigh! Your crew doesn't have any rookies like ours, does it?"
Shiki laughed so hard he nearly dropped his cigar.
He was a master swordsman of the Two-Sword Style, renowned for his sharp, domineering slashes.
He particularly appreciated a powerhouse like Shane, who relied entirely on Rokushiki.
"Once Roger defeats Rocks, we'll take this kid with us!"
Rayleigh's words thoroughly spoiled the mood, making Golden Lion glare in anger.
"That Roger actually wants to steal our Apprentice Crew Member?"
He immediately slashed with both swords, sending sword waves sweeping across more than a thousand meters.
They cleaved straight through the sea, catching quite a few Marines and pirates along the way.
"Of course! If Roger wants someone, that's the captain's order!"
As vice-captain, Rayleigh wholeheartedly approved of Roger!

Shane took a claw strike from Dragon and swiftly returned a punch.

Shane unleashed a blow and launched a flying kick at Dragon.
By now, he could harden both feet with Armament Haki while fighting with both fists!
This meant Shane's Haki had grown stronger again.
He simply could not yet protect his entire body with Haki while fighting at full strength like Dragon.
Still, reaching this point was already rapid progress.
Dragon and Shane attacked with rapid punches and kicks.

Shane brought his dragon tail into the fight too.
Dragon was inwardly shocked. He can already harden his hands, feet, and dragon tail with Armament Haki simultaneously!

Silver Axe had run into Shane more than once during the battle.
Last time, Kaido had been with him; this time, it was Dragon.
"This kid really likes making friends in battle, huh? Honestly!"
Gaban swung his axes wildly.
If axes counted as swords, he would belong to the Two-Axe Style!
His relationship with Silver Axe was equivalent to that between Whitebeard and Golden Lion.

His clothing style was more of a blend of Chinese attire and Western cowboy fashion.
"Vice Admiral Zephyr! I still have strength left, and the fight isn't over!"
Dragon stared fixedly at Shane, afraid his opponent would seize the chance to slip away.
"That kid's a Zoan user. You might tire, but he won't necessarily."
Zephyr clenched his fist again; he still had two years before his official promotion to Admiral.
But he was already an Admiral-level powerhouse capable of suppressing Wang Zhi, Silver Axe, and John!
"Against tenacious Zoans, you have to be fast and strong enough to defeat them in the shortest possible time, then restrain them with Seastone shackles!"
Zephyr looked at Shane as he spoke.

Kaido panted heavily, his entire body bound in Seastone.
"How did you end up fighting Zephyr?"
Linlin rushed over, knocked several Marine captains flying with one slash, and rescued Kaido.
"Shane gave him to me!"
Kaido felt he absolutely could not let Shane look down on him, but Zephyr was far too fierce right now.
Those fists, that arm strength, and that terrifying Armament Haki were truly brutal.
"Hurry, Linlin! Tsuru and her followers are all here!"
Stussy held down her hat, her golden curls whipping in the wind.
Tsuru hurried over, followed by many elite headquarters Vice Admirals supporting her.
Like Momousagi in later years, Tsuru was quite charming in her youth.

Riding her thundercloud, Linlin flew swiftly toward the back of the valley.
She had to find Shane before Zephyr gave him a beating.
