Shane uncovered more of Wano’s history, then sailed to Lodestar Island to challenge Roger after the Roger Pirates stole the Poneglyphs. Their battle pushed Shane’s Haki and ambitions toward new heights, and both captains vowed to set the era in motion as they pursued the path to Laugh Tale.

• Golden Lion learned that many of his crew had joined Whitebeard, found the ship’s wheel embedded in his head, and left to seek Garp while swearing vengeance on Shane.
• Olvia deciphered Wano’s Historical Coordinates and explained the Kozuki Clan’s duty and Joy Boy’s invitation to Laugh Tale, while Shane considered the ancient alliance and the forces that had erased the past.
• After Sukiyaki entrusted Wano to him, Shane opened its ports, expanded his forces, and sailed with a fleet of seastone-and-alloy warships toward Totto Land.

Shane and Roger battled on Lodestar Island, where Shane defeated Zephyr and claimed Roger’s Poneglyph rubbing before their crews parted. Pursued by the Marines and Saint Saturn, Shane fought the Elder and declared his plan to reshape the world and lead people beyond the sky.

• Shane and Roger fought for days, forged new Haki techniques, and disguised their recovery from the Marines before confronting Sengoku’s fleet.
• Sengoku ordered a Buster Call on Lodestar Island, but Shane and Roger fought the Marines while their allies tried to escape.
• Shane defeated Zephyr, and Roger drove Sengoku into the sea before Shane claimed victory and ordered a rubbing of Roger’s Poneglyph.
• Olvia completed the rubbing, and Shane invited Roger to join his plan to turn the world upside down before the crews shared a banquet.
• After drinking the Fusion Serum, Shane sailed toward Laugh Tale as Roger held off Garp and the Marines pursued the fleet.

Shane defeated Saint Saturn and fought Garp until Imu’s strike appeared to kill them both, then secretly recovered and reached Laugh Tale. After learning Joy Boy’s history and awakening Nika, Shane returned to Elbaf and united its rival factions under his command.

• Shane awakened the Paw-Paw Fruit, separated Saint Saturn’s soul from his body, and fought Garp while arguing that the world could change beyond Celestial Dragon rule.
• Shane forged his arms into Black Blades and battled Garp until Imu’s beams struck the battlefield, apparently erasing them both.
• As the world mourned Shane and the Dragon Emperor Grand Fleet defended its territories, Shane reappeared with his crew and entered Laugh Tale beneath Reverse Mountain.
• Shane and Olvia translated Joy Boy’s message, which revealed Imu’s betrayal and Joy Boy’s dream, and Shane transformed into Nika as the Ancient Weapons rose.
• Shane announced he would share Laugh Tale’s truth and treasures, then sailed toward Elbaf and declared he would bring the island under his command.

• Shane declared himself the Sun God, rallied the Giants, and defeated Whitebeard after a two-day battle, then knocked out Golden Lion to protect Kaido.
• At Elbaf’s Winter Solstice feast, Shane secured the Giants’ allegiance and learned that Marines and pirates were attacking Hachinosu, where his allies and Zunesha repelled the invasion.
• Shane returned to Hachinosu, where news of his survival and victory over Whitebeard drove his bounty to 5.7 billion Beli and led the Marines to position forces around his fleet’s territories.
• Roger and his crew arrived at Hachinosu, and Shane challenged them together, defeating the crew in a prolonged battle while advancing his Haki and Devil Fruit abilities.
• Shane defeated Roger with a decisive blow, then declared that the Roger Pirates would join his Dragon Emperor Grand Fleet as an allied fleet.
